Magnifique chalet sur l'eau, prĂšs de la plage !!

Venez visiter notre belle maison de 3 chambres sur la crique. Maintenant, avec Internet haute vitesse, vous pouvez mĂȘme diffuser des vidĂ©os !! Le gĂźte est sur l'eau et Ă  quelques minutes de la plage de Reid State Park. Nous incluons une passe de parc qui est valable pour tous les parcs de l'État du Maine. Admission Ă  la plage est de 6 $. 50 par personne. Par consĂ©quent, le parc passe sauve vraiment. Vous pouvez vous promener, aller Ă  la pĂȘche au large du flotteur, prendre l'un des kayaks ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre sur le pont et profiter de la vue. Faites un tour du phare ou faire du shopping dans la ville voisine baignoire ou Ă  LL Bean Ă  Freeport ..

Peaceful, sunrise over water, close to Reid State Park, general store, Five Islands, Georgetown Pottery, preserves for hiking, kayaking off the dock, Eros oysters next door practically. Comfortable accommodations and off the beaten track.

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and this lived up to expectations. Lovely setting & well equipped. Access to Reid State Park is a major plus.I did not take a kayak out but the steep ramp to the water would be challenging for an older user. The property is on a dirt road through woods, so arriving in daylight is strongly recommended.

What a fabulous few days we had at this very special cottage on the water! Having the dock and kayaks were such a bonus, it’s such fun to explore the little islands and swim off the dock! The house is very comfortable and clean and has everything you need (we forgot our monopoly game - that would be a good addition to the game cupboard) the kitchen is very functional and has pretty much everything but could do with a knife sharpening. The area couldn’t be more fun, beach at Reid state park is great, walks etc amazing and the proximity to bath is great for supermarkets etc. For sure hoping to return next year, thanks for a wonderful get away!

Very nice cottage. Dock access and kayaks/paddleboards a plus. Kitchen was well equipped, fans for hot nights were adequate. WiFi was good. No consistent Verizon service otherwise. Would stay again.

Wonderful place

What a great cottage. Overlooking the water. So comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Lovely deck, watching Eagles fly around. So nice !!We loved our stay. If ever in this part of Maine. I will stay here.

Peaceful get-a-way

My husband and I decided to take a short vacation to an area in Maine that we have never been to escape our busy lives and relax. We could not have chosen a better place! The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, very quiet, the view is amazing especially at night. The sky at night was so clear we saw many more stars than we ever see back home. During the day we took short trips to the town of Bath, Reid State Park, a short drive to the biggest dog park we have ever been to (our dogs loved it!!). The fall is a good time of year to visit if you are looking for a quiet get-a-way. We are not sure what the summer would be like but we would definitely try canoeing if we came in the summer months. The dock is just a short walk away. Great communication with the hosts! Harold responds quickly with any questions. We have to say that we have never seen a bigger cat than Clyde!

Fall coastal getaway

We went to Georgetown for two nights so we could watch the Bowdoin vs Wesleyan football game. The cottage was small but clean and had beautiful views of the water. We were close to Bath and an excellent restaurant called Blue. The cottage is also close to Reed State Park. It’s rustic but we would come back.

Relaxing couples getaway

The cottage has a beautiful view of the inlet. It's clean and cozy and feels very private. Convenient to Bath for some small town exploring or Reid State Park for a beach day (park pass was included which was a nice perk!). We had a wonderful, relaxing couples getaway. Didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but we did sit on the dock and dip our feet in to stay cool.

Weekend of Refreshment

We were four adults who enjoyed everything about this set apart spot, it is incredible! From our first interaction with Harold until we left the property everything was excellent! Cozy, clean cottage with plenty of room to “hangout’” in the rain. Harold provides great customer service. The view is spectacular!!! So good, we already booked for next year😊😊

Peaceful Retreat

My daughter moved to Bath and we decided to visit her over the Christmas holiday. We wanted a place with plenty of room and allowed pets. This property fit the bill. We had a minor glitch with the check-in process, but the property manager was very responsive, and we were on our way to a great visit. Despite having dreary weather for all of our trip, the view off the deck is incredible! I look forward to going back and enjoying coffee on those waterfront Adirondak chairs. The road back to the cottage was muddy and a little rough. They had just experienced a massive amount of rain in the weeks leading up to our trip. It wasn't an issue for us because we had 4-wheel drive. We'll definitely be back to the cottage for a future visit!

Private, comfortable cabin. Perfect!

Clean and cozy cabin. Easy in and out, certainly the summer months would offer more activity potential than a cold and rainy November weekend, but we made the best of it. Cabin was just what we were looking for for a guys weekend retreat “off-grid”. Thanks for booking us last minute!

The cottage was newly built in 2004 and is situated on Robinhood cove with 250 feet of water frontage and a pier and float.

We are near the beach Reid State park and include a park pass. There is a lovely deck with water views, lots of space and privacy too.
