Le salon en bas / grande salle est un lieu de rassemblement fantastique pour la famille et / ou les amis. Il dispose d'un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace pour s'étendre et se sentir à l'aise. L'immense cuisine est idéale pour cuisiner et recevoir des groupes. Chaque chambre a été conçue pour donner aux locataires un merveilleux sentiment d'intimité. Profitez de plus de 900 pi2 de terrasses ensoleillées et chaleureuses en vous invitant à l'extérieur. Plongez dans la détente de vos vacances tout en écoutant le flux facile de la rivière San Miguel et Cornet Creek à vos portes. Il y a une piscine et un jacuzzi sur place, qui sont chauffés toute l'année. Les sentiers de randonnée sont juste devant votre porte, aussi! EMPLACEMENT:
Telluride, CO 81435 (coin S / W de Pacific St. & Davis) Une fois arrivé à Telluride ... vous n'avez jamais à conduire votre voiture! La ville est à environ 1 mile x 1/3 mile dans son intégralité. Le condo est situé sur la rivière San Miguel dans l'incroyablement belle, ville historique de Telluride, CO Vous êtes à quelques pâtés de maisons du centre-ville, environ 200 à 250 étapes de Lift 7 (Coonskin) et la station Gondola dans les deux sens. En outre, Town Park est le lieu de rassemblement pour de nombreux festivals pendant la saison estivale et est une promenade facile de seulement 1/2 mile. Promenez-vous le long des pittoresques maisons victoriennes ou du sentier de la rivière, qui est juste à votre porte. Il y a 2 épiceries à quelques pâtés de maisons, un magasin d'alcools et des restaurants sont à quelques pas. S'il vous arrive de ne pas aimer marcher ou que vos facultés sont affaiblies, une navette gratuite, The Galloping Goose, peut venir vous chercher au coin du complexe toutes les 20-30 minutes. et fait une boucle complète à travers la ville toute la journée et jusqu'aux petites heures de la nuit.

Amazing place and stay!! Super clean, comfy beds, patio was perfects, and location, location, location. Parking lot was super convenient and can’t say enough about the back patio on the river trail. Walk to Clark’s grocery, walk to the gondola, walk anywhere downtown, walk to Bear Creek Trail…truly THE location whether exploring downtown or making out/back drives - always room in the lot upon return. The place is immaculate, well cared for, and had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a great touch, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay - we’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! Incredible location with a yard, creek for the kids to play in, and right on a walking path. It was easy to walk anywhere in town even with little kids. Great amenities, checkin very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Telluride

Our family stayed in this rental in early June 2020. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location of the home could not be beat. It is on the main trail and river. The home is within easy walking distance to pretty much everything in Telluride. Easy walk to the lift to ride over to Mountain Village. Would highly recommend!!

This experience was EXCELLENT. Everything was top notch. All kitchen necessities available, grocery store walking distance, I actually took notes should I even own a vacation rental. Views tremendous. Deck amazing. Great people watching down the river trail. easy access to everything in downtown. My first A+ VRBO experience. Can't recommend enough.

A perfect family place

While the furnishings and bathrooms are a bit dated and the water pressure is a little weak - this is the PERFECT family rental. We loved to spend all day on the porch and watch our kids play in the creek. Yes, you will have many people walk right by the yard, but you are at a distance and the views can't be beat. We stayed in October and the fall sun DID get a bit hot, even though it was 60 to 70- degrees. But we WILL be back. Thank you for a great stay!

The dish washer smelled like fish or shrimp when I opened it, smell was awful. I had to run it the second day and while running the entire condo started smelling like fish. We had to leave while it ran. And no we did not make fish or shrimp or bring any to the condo, I have no idea what was going on but I think you gotta check out that dishwasher

Gorgeous place in Telluride

Our family was in Telluride for 3 nights and we had an amazing time at the Viking lodge. The place itself is very spacious and you really get the feel of a mountain house. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the main street and the balcony gives access to the trail by the river. Communication went well as we got all the information we needed. I absolutely recommend and I would come back.

Great family spot

We came to Telluride with our family of 7 and this location was perfect. Right next to the store, the gondola and the town center. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The house was clean and everything worked great. We didn’t want for anything that wasn’t readily available!

We needed to see the beautiful town of Teluride and ski. Had a great time staying at this property. Really close to the lift and easy walking into town. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for an amazing ski weekend!

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for an amazing weekend of skiing and dining. The location was perfect —an easy walk to Lift 7 right out the back door was ideal to start and end the day right on the slopes and the location in town was so convenient for exploring Telluride. The accommodations in the condo aren’t fancy but were very comfortable and just right for our family of 5. Lily and Natalie from Lodging in Telluride made a great trip even better with their extremely prompt help both before and during the trip. We can’t wait to return!!

Quick family ski getaway

Overall a great stay. The unit is just as nice as it looks and the dealings with the property manager were very pleasant and easy. The unit also was very well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that made eating in a pleasure. It is conveniently located just steps from lift 7 but about a 7 minute walk from the gondola. The only down side was the thin walls between the adjoining unit where in certain rooms you could hear other people conversations.

First white Christmas I ever saw

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast my husband and I with 3 of our 5 children went for Christmas 18-26-34 all boys. They had a ball being kids again. Skied as much as was so cold and snowed the whole time we were there. Want to go back to same place next summer. We are from the south. Didn't know it really got that cold , beside that the house was GREAT big enough to not be on top of each other. Every thing you would need was there. Looking out kitchen window was a treat just beautiful. Perfect location too. Never saw the owner or manager but did not need them anyway was told how to get in and when to check out. Supper easy It really was wonderful trip. House is clean, stocked and comfortable

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
