Perfect spot to stay in Telluride! Condo was comfortable and clean and 5 minute walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Host was proactive and responsive in communication.

We loved our in town stay near the Beaver Pond. The view from the living room was amazing, the newly renovated kitchen was very nice, and the communication with the owner could not be better. The walk to town is short and the path by the river is so close. Would book here again!

Excellent location; best view in Telluride and it is easy access to all the best Telluride has to offer-a Town Park, River Trail, Pacific & Colorado Streets, market, bike rental, coffee shops, restaurants and much more. Clean, in great condition with amenities and a great value to boot.

Obviously the view! The recent remodel efforts have made the place feel very modern and clean. The parking was convenient, location perfect, fantastic communication.. I just can't think of anything negative to the place! Book it!

Beautiful and convenient location

Our stay was wonderful. The location of our condo was so convenient and within walking distance to downtown and the ski slops. Our condo was so nice and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner of the property and answered our questions fast while we were there. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Great location

Don has just about all you need at the property and it is well stocked. Really good for friends or family with adult children as distance to the lift and stairs may be hard for young kids to navigate. Would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect vacation

Don was wonderful communicating with us from the moment we booked throughout our stay. He responded almost immediately each time I had a question. The view looking out over the beaver ponds is hard to beat. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The location is great too. We walked everywhere . Hope to stay at this condo on our next trip!

Great Location with Nice Views

This condo is located on the east side of Telluride and has great views looking over the beaver ponds to Ingram Falls. It's close to good restaurants so no need to drive to eat out. A garage slot is provided for a small to mid-size vehicle. It's next to the river trail which is a beautiful walk and close to the Bear Creek trail which leads to a nice waterfall. The gondola to the Mountain Village is only a few blocks away.

NEVER USED THE RENTAL CAR ONCE

What a great location. This was our first trip to Telluride. Went for a boys weekend ski trip. Parked the car in front of the unit on Thursday and never used it again until Monday when we left. Truly the perfect location. We could walk to the Gondola and to all the restaurants, bars, stores, and bakery in town. I will be back. Very gracious host and he checked in several times. All was great.

Incredible

Could not have been better. The views, the location, the space itself - we literally cannot wait to come back! Don made it all very easy. The location is unbeatable. There were only 2 of us but plenty of room for more. Super cozy, we loved everything from the gas fireplace to the board games to the mattress and sheets! Highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Amazing - will return!

We loved Don’s property! The location within town was incredible! 1 block from the Main Street and an incredible view from the balcony. We wished we had more time. The unit was very comfortable as well! We hope to stay here when we return to Telluride in the future! Don was also so kind and communicative! Thank you for everything!

Great Telluride location

Location of this place is awesome. Short walk to ski lift / gondola and restaurants ect...The views from living room / balcony is incredible. Place had everything we needed...clean and very convenient. Loved the ski mountain and hope to make it back. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was easy to communicate with. Great experience. Perfect nest !

This home was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to nest during our vacation. It was ideal to rest up, relax, re-energize and plan next activities. Comfortable seating for all in the living room space with a warm fire to up the cozy factor, and an awesome view of the mountains to inspire! Don was welcoming from the start of our visit, reassuring us that we could easily reach him if need be. Perfect nest!

Perfect location and perfect place!
