Lake Haven Cottage is located 10 miles south of Kingston on Ellis Rd. This place offers a nice quite relaxing environment with great boating and beautiful sunsets. Conveniently located near the thiefneck cut through, Lake Haven Cottage is in the center of the action. Sand Island (Meigs County), Long Island (Kingston), and Gizmo are only short boat rides away. One boat slip is also included with your stay! Blue Springs Marina is a couple of coves over and it’s a great place to visit for all your boating needs. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Great little cottage on the lake. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and sitting on the porch having coffee in the morning. We saw Osprey diving for fish, a heron sitting on the dock each day, a resident ground hog, and lots of small birds and butterflies. Was a relaxing stay. Exactly what we needed.

This place is magical! My husband, our son an I had the best time here. Caught a lot of fish & even a turtle off the dock. The house is cute an very clean. Has everything needed. The boat dock was amazing, we didn’t bring our boat so we didn’t use the lift. The swing was relaxing w/the best views
We will definitely be booking again soon. Host was awesome and very helpful.. 10/10 recommend!

Annual father/son fishing trip

My son and I have I’ve stayed here 3 years straight. Awesome fishing experience every time. The private dock is amazing, and the lot is beautiful. Absolutely perfect for my son and I fishing trip! Highly recommended!

We loved the cottage! It was very cozy, beautiful view of the lake, and the covered boat house was very nice and conveniently close to the boat ramp.Everything we could possibly need was provided, communication with the host was prompt. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little spot

My wife and i had the best time over Valentine's weekend. It was nasty weather, but we still caught fish from the dock, enjoyed the geese and beaver swimming by. The house has great views and is extremely clean, bed was comfy, surround sound was great for movies. Plenty of towels and stuff for the bath and kitchen had everything possible...We shall return one day for sure!!

Home away from home

We were so comfortable in the Lake Haven Cottage. It seemed like a home away from home. We were able to have some of our grandchildren stay with us. We played games, watched movies, made smores in the campfire & fished with them. We caught 30-40 pan fish & a couple drums. This cottage was a perfect place to make meories.

Cottage lakefront Stay

We brought our boat down to fish off of Watts bar Lake. The property met our expectations. The neighbors were close, but we thought we were in a private location. The boat dock and lift behind the property was very convenient and functioned well. Cottage was clean and very well equipped. Steve was very prompt in responding back. Enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and quiet waterside getaway

From the moment of booking, the host, Steven, responded rapidly and warmly. The house is adorable and perfect for the small weekend getaway we needed. It has a boat dock and a good bank to put kayaks in. We will definitely be booking another stay next time we have a weekend getaway.

Fishing trip

Delightful, clean, stocked, well maintained home. Had a firestick so we got a choice of about anything we wanted to watch on tv! For me, the best part was having a covered dock with electric. My boat stayed dry, I was able to charge my boat batteries and it was a quiet, safe cove. I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance!

Wonderful

Great place to stay on the lake. Very clean inside outside is well lit at night. Large dock for boat and fishing off of. Owners were always a email away to answer any questions or issues that may come up. They even checked to make sure all was good a couple of times while there. Awsome people. The shower has good pressure and refrigerator stayed real cold. The bed was real comfortable. Slept better than my own bed.the only suggestion i would make is adding a full size mirror for us ladys to see the whole outfit in for when we go for a night out. I personally like to make sure the pants goes good with the top and asking husbands usually gets a "its fine" answer...no help there guys. Over all great place ,great owners, good fishing, will stay again if in the area.

Perfect Getaway

Exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. We came to the area for a fishing tournament. Not only were we able to hook up our boat to charge but with the privacy of the property, we had peace of mind that our boat wouldn’t be bothered. Host stayed in contact to ensure we had the best experience.
