Lovely cosy property, furnished to a high standard

Warm, cosy and comfortable. Everything had been thought of including loads of towels, blankets, and information on local area, places to eat etc. Nice finishing touches, on demand TV, ps4, board games. As it was Christmas/New Year there was a lovely decorated tree and lights and some complimentary goodies! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely place for a weekend away

We would like to thankyou for letting us stay at Beach Boutique. We've never stayed at a property which was so clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was excellent for Camber Sands and for Rye. We were lucky with the weather so was able to walk into Rye for lunch. Communication was the best and lovely the little booklet we were emailed with all the information we needed for our stay. All 4 for us had such a lovely time we were sad to go home. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks again 😊

Beautiful getaway Cottage

The check in was very easy, arrived after long car journeyfrom London ( freezing day) to find heating on and soothing classical music playing . Also gift of milk cake and biscuits was v nice. The cottage is beautifully furnished with modern and comfortable sofas and bedding. TV in my bedroom was a real treat. full compliment of cooking and dinning impliments. Has parking so a winner,for us.. Richard was delightful and very helpful. Would certainly book again.

Wonderful cottage, well furnished and in great location.

We were a little apprehensive, given its close proximity to Pontins and potential car-parking issues with weekend visitors to the beach. Instead this is a quiet friendly estate with some children playing in the street (no playground as far as we are aware) and occasional dog walkers. The accommodation was fabulous, reasonably modern and very comfortable for 2 (perhaps a squeeze for 4). Location is great, as we mixed time on the beach with exploring the coastline, castles and gardens in the area. Managers Richard and Sofie were welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Lovely little holiday home

Arrived to a mini welcome pack, wine and chocolate pastry (what's not to like). All clean and tidy and it felt very homely. Dog bowls were provided which was a nice extra. My little dog was more than happy with his mini holiday. Beaches great for dogs. Walked his paws off! Only thing to point out is that it is a communal garden, shared by a few cottages (may have misread details as was expecting a private little garden). You do have a very small fenced in section outside front door but might not be suitable for dogs not on a lead. Would be very happy to stay again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles auf dem neuesten Stand, sehr gute Geräte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein und jederzeit erreichbar. Wonderful House

This house was perfect for our short stay in Camber Sands. Richard was the perfect owner. greeting us when we arrived and chatting to us towards the end of the stay. The house is a delight to stay in with everything you could need, and everything in working order, and a welcoming tray of cake, milk in the fridge and prosseco waiting for us was a lovely surprise. The location is superb, near enough to walk to the local pub and hotel for meals/drinks or a short drive to Rye where you are spoilt for choice of where to eat/drink and what to see. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to and friends/family, and if this is representative of the quality of the properties operated by Richard under the Beside the sea banner, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in renting again. Thoroughly recommended, congratulations to Richard at Beside the sea Holidays for such a wonderful property and friendly service.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten in Camber wunderschöne Tage und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Im Haus findet man alles vor, was man für einen Urlaub braucht und der Strand ist nur einen Steinwurf weit entfernt. Ich habe nur 4 Sterne verteilt, da der Essbereich für 4 Personen recht klein ist.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemüht. Das Haus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet, hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Feriensiedlung nicht weit vom Sandstrand. Wermutstropfen: hörbares Wasserrauschen aus dem Bad - auch im Wohnzimmer, beengtes Sitzen auf Klappstühlen am Eßtisch und schwieriges Lüften im zweiten Schlafzimmer, da das Bett das Fenster blockiert.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It was exactly what we needed, a beautifully presented home from home finished with some very thoughtful touches and situated in a great location. The property is just a short stroll from the beach, a few minutes by car from Rye and contains everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We (four adults and a small dog) stayed for three nights but could quite easily have put down roots for longer. Richard and Sophie were extremely kind and helpful both prior to and during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate in going back for another stay!

It's a real home from home

This is my 3rd stay in this property and I absolutely love it. As usual Richard and Sophie were there to make me feel welcome such a personal touch. The property was as usual clean and obviously well maintained and the welcome pack a really nice touch. The property is about a 5minute walk to the beach so you can leave the car at the cottage so no hassle to find parking. You must go into Rye and go to The Standard for a lovely roast dinner. The cutest cottage we have ever stayed in!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cosy, cute cottage. It had everything we needed for our family of 4 and was better equipped than our own home!! Lovely welcome pack that was very thoughtful and just moments away from the amazing beach. We will be back!

BLUE BEACH COTTAGE IN TINY TOWN

Shocked at first by its tiny size,but for two people it was fine when we found that everything was at our fingertips. Very clean, comfy bed, good dishwasher and washing machine, hopeless dryer. Had to borrow clothes airer from Richard because none in the cottage. Replacement bulb in cupboard provided quickly by Richard. Nice little front deck with table and two chairs. Bathroom shower ok and nice big towels. Two single beds in second bedroom, but door unable to be closed as bed longer than the wall. Lovely beach feel about the cottage and the beach not too far away either.

Excellent place for dogs and families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The owners were friendly and the little touches made all the difference like having welcome gifts of prosseco, fresh apple juice, apple crumble cake and macaroons (which were soo good) The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. There was tea and coffee even milk in the fridge. There were even dog bowls and a high chair. These things make such a difference when travelling from afar. The property was clean and homely. We would defiantly recommend to everyone as we have already been doing. We look forward to seeing Richard, Sophie and Arthur again.

Cosy and inviting

The cottage was very clean and modern. We were welcomed with prosecco, macaroons, chocolate croissants and carrot cake. The whole cottage has been finished to a really high standard and is so convenient for walks to the non-pebbled beach. The owners very organised and comprehensive welcome pack came in really useful. A ridiculously relaxing weekend break - would definitely recommend!

Lovely little place by the sea

We had a great weekend at the Beach Boutique. It's a 5 minute walk walk to the beach, friendly owners and everything you need. We loved the welcome supplies....especially the carrot cake!

Perfekte Location in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben eben unseren ersten Urlaub in England verbracht und sind vom Land und seinen Bewohnern begeistert. Dies gilt insbesonders für die white sands holyday cottages in Cambers. Eine kleine, äußerst gepflegte Siedlung am Rand von Cambers die uns sehr an Florida erinnert hat. Das Haus in ruhiger Lage ist perfekt ausgestattet und gepflegt mit allen erdenklichen Extras in kaum 5 min Entfernung vom Strand. Als wir ankamen, erwartete uns ein kulinarisches Begrüßungspaket mit lokalen Spezialitäten und eine Flasche Prosecco. In dieser Art haben wir das auf unseren Reisen noch nicht erlebt. Dazu eine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln und Küchenbedarf. Einfach super. Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche mit Strand und Ausflügen in die historisch, landschaftlich und kulturell hochinteressante Umgebung. Und - keine Angst vor dem englischen Essen. Wenn man die richtigen Restaurants kennt, ist es viel besser als sein Ruf auf dem Kontinent. Unser spezieller Dank gilt Richard und seine Frau Sophie, die sich mit größtem Engagement und Liebe um die Liegenschaften kümmern. Probleme oder Fragen werden prompt gelöst. Wir haben eine sehr netten Abend bei einer Flasche englischen (!) Weins verbracht und über Gott und die Welt geredet. Fazit: besser geht's nicht. Wenn der Level so hoch bleibt, wie er jetzt ist, wollen wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

traumhafte Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Das Haus ist hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht: alle Küchenutensilien samt Messer und Kochwerkzeuge, Salz, Mehl, Öl, Tee, Kaffee, Müllbeutel, Geschirrspülmittel, Klopapier, (selbst Geburtstagskerzen). Dazu gab es ein grandioses Willkommenspaket mit Prosecco, Kuchen, Croissants, Saft und Milch. Einfach einmalig! Auch die vorhandenen Geräte bieten Luxus: Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen/ Herd, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger, Fön, Bügeleisen. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich in der Nähe, sind sehr hilfsbereit, aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig in einer netten Siedlung gelegen. Der Strand und die umliegende Landschaft sind einfach wundervoll. Wir hatten wirklich einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen.
