We had a fantastic stay at this villa, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa and terrace is beautiful and very well equipped. The heated pool was a highlight and perfect for younger children and older guests to enjoy throughout the day.The communication with the host was exceptional from booking and throughout our stay, Nick was on hand to answer any questions.The location was perfect, 10 minute drive to playa del arena with lovely restaurants and a very clean beach with clear water. I would highly recommend for anyone loooking for a relaxing and stress free getaway.

Fantastic villa. Family of nine and we loved it. It’s, clean, spacious, no negatives. The outside space was perfect for our family with ages ranging from 7 months to 81 years plenty of quiet spaces.The pool was lovely, we spent most of the time in or around it. The pool table was great we all played on it every night so much fun.We had dinner out locally within walking distances of villa, all good.We went to Arenal and most of the family went Go karting whilst there , worth a visit.Communication with Nick and Leah was excellent and the odd issue we had was responded too very quickly. The hot tub was really nice as well.The food and drink hamper was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.Overall we had a brilliant holiday the only negative was that we couldn’t stay on for another week.

Stunning Villa

The pictures of the villa are exactly what we found on arrival. We were a party of 7 with grandchildren aged 19 16 and 4 years old and there was plenty to keep everybody entertained. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and made preparing meals a breeze. Nick was an excellent host and exceedingly helpful answering any questions. We had a wonderful holiday and my family are keen to return.

Stunning Villa

What an amazing villa, just returned from getting married in Xabia and this villa was incredible. From the smells in the house to the fantastic decor and high end finishes. The outside area was utterly incredible they have literally thought of everything. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub had a bbq and even had late night swims in the pool that felt like a bath. I can not thank you enough for our stay in your home we are hoping to return one day.

Beautiful House and Outdoor Area

Eight of us had a great time in the house "Sueños 2". The house has everything you need in a household. When the weather is nice, the pool area is a wonderful place to switch off. The owners and the people in charge on site looked after us and were available if we needed them. The weather was not so good during our stay and a neighbour was rebuilding his house, so we had some noise and rainy days, but Nick and Leah were not to blame. We would holiday there again.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is absolutely amazing, from the clean, calming decor to the facilities, both inside and outside of the villa. We took full advantage of the pool, hut tub, pool table and outdoor bar. There are also loads of books and board games for adults and kids. The kitchen was beautifully clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The area is very upmarket and felt safe. There are also a couple of nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away. This is a real home from home and I’m sure many people would love to live in this villa. Highly recommend!

I you even wondered if the pictures on site of this holiday house reflect reality, please stop. Its just as shown and even better! If you’re looking for a house that has it all, do yourself and your family/friends a big favor and go for this. It was about the 7th time that we stayed in Javea (different areas) and this one tops it all. Area is also very nice, you can take the provided mountain bikes for a great ride to Granadella (but remember that you have to get yourself back up again )Contact with the house owner was very friendly and responsive. Special word of appreciation for the housemanager, who was more than helpful during the major power outage in Spain, she was there in half an hour, providing support and guidance, very helpful Very good chance that we will be back again next year

Fantastic Villa

Have just returned from our 2nd visit to this fabulous villa. The villa itself is fantastic, immaculately clean with everything you could want out of a holiday villa and more, everything you could think of in the way of crockery, gadgets, bedding, towels, ample sun lounges to make your holiday run smoothly. The communication between the owner and team who look after the villa is first class. Maintenance guys who cleaned the pool twice in the week we were there was excellent and very helpful. We heated the swimming pool ( at an extra cost) which is recommended especially at this time of the year which made it very comfortable for the grandkids to use the pool all day and evening. Cannot fault our second experience in this immaculate very spacious villa which can very comfortable accommodate 12 guests without been on top of each other, and would thoroughly recommend it for a family get together or celebration. Cannot wait for our next holiday at this wonderful location.

Fabulous Villa but...

Fabulous 5 star villa but we had builders over the hedge at the bottom of the garden completely renovation a property right on the hedge line. Started work very early and did not finish every day until 4pm.Very Very loud drilling all day amongst other very noisy knocking down walls. Called the manager Leah who had a word but made no difference the work is on going all summer. We had to go to the beach every day to escape the noise. Did contact the owner who was very apologetic but he needs to advise future clients of this dreadful problem.

We are really sorry that you had some disturbance during your stay, this is not something that we could have possibly foreseen or prevented and are genuinely disappointed that your stay was not what we had planned for you. We do strive to think of everything to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible, But on this occasion the noise you encountered was completely out of our control. Our Villa care team responded immediately, and had a long conversation with the building company, they have assured us that they will do everything possible to lower any noise and that the renovation is due to be completed soon. Stunning villa

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 8 covering 3 generations and there really was something for everyone at this beautiful villa. Daily bike rides, then pool and table tennis tournaments followed by a cool off in the lovely swimming pool; lounging around in enormous comfort everywhere with plenty of space and shade for everyone made this the perfect chilled holiday. We rarely left the villa except to occasionally eat out in Javea, choosing to bbq instead and sit outside enjoying the beautifully lit garden at night. The kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard - it has everything you could possibly need. Communications with the villa team was excellent and the couple of minor issues we had were promptly dealt with. We were warned about the renovation works going on behind the property before we left the UK and whilst we would've preferred complete peace and quiet, it wasn't unbearable - the builders were respectful and as quiet as they could be under the circumstances - it didn't spoil our holiday. We highly recommend a visit to this stunning villa - can't wait to return😎

Lovely stay in Javea

We rented this villa for a week in September and had an amazing time! The villa is beautifully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need - we have never stayed somewhere with so much glassware and crockery! The outdoor area is lovely and the pool is the perfect size. The only little issue we had was a lack of sun umbrellas - there was only 2 and a lot of our party like full shade. Someone did come round after contacting the host but unfortunately due to some of the umbrella bases being broken they were unusable. We needed a travel cot and there were 3 in the villa but unfortunately they were slightly damp and mouldy but still usable after a bit of a clean! Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable and we had a brilliant week in the sunshine! I would recommend having a car as whilst the location is lovely and quiet it is off of main roads which don’t always have pavement so not the safest to walk along and is a fair distance from the main areas of Javea.

Stunning!!! Wow factor!!

I can't praise this beautiful villa enough!!! The pictures are exactly how it is, if not more!!! Upon arrival we were amazed by the electric gates, the safety and security of this villa is above expected. It really had the wow factor when we walked in. The kitchen is fully stocked with IKEA, and as for lighting, and the TV. The children loved watching it in the evenings, gorgeous picture to watch finding Nemo every night. A curved Samsung. From start to finish we had a wonderful experience. Nick who owns the villa is very friendly, and efficient. He would reply to my emails promptly, and even sent us the keys and a sat nav before we left. This was so helpful. I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays I've been on. Three family's and we were all blown away by the attention to detail. The area is very pretty to, scenery is beautiful, supermarkets and beaches are only a short drive away. Outside fridge came in handy to, especially when we locked ourselves out. But thanks to Dawn(villa care) we had a locksmith round in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this villa to everyone. You'll definitely need a car. We flew into Valencia, about 1hour 15mins drive, but pretty straight forward. I agree with the previous review. The closest toilet was in the bedroom over looking the pool, so everyone would use it. It got very slippery and dirty by the end of the day.

We loved our stay at this lovely villa

The Villa is spacious, cleen and well maintained. It looks just as good as it does on the pictures in the add. Outdoor area was beautiful but also highly functional. High quality sun beds, comfortable outdoor seating groups, enough umbrellas. Large pool (10x5m). The kitchen was extremely well equiped with everything you need and a lot more. 3 fridges to keep your drinks cold. Comfortable beds in spacious sleeping rooms. Communication with host and local team was really good. The area surrounding the villa is nice, but somewhat remote. It is located on a hill with steep roads with relative high traffic. We found some really nice walking routes through the forrest to some great viewpoints off the cliffs. You really need a car to get to everything else. The off street parking easily fit 3 or maybe even 5 cars if you park smart. However there is no shade for the parking area. Only issue we had was with the air con which kept turning off in the midle of the night. Apparently previous tennants had left the air con on all day while leaving doors open, with the result of condensated water all over the house. As a result the air con system was pre-set on a timer interval, which is why it kept turning itself off. This was really irritating, waking up in the middle of the night full of sweat and having to turn the air con back on. Hope that if we were to rent this place again the timer intervall is increased to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

La maison correspond exactement à l'annonce et aux photos, il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. Elle est magnifique, fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, gentils et ont pensé à tout pour que nous passions des vacances de rêve.

Très belle villa, très bien équipée. Nous avons réalisé notre mariage avec notre famille. Chambres très propres, piscine et jacuzzi au top ! Bref, que du bonheur

This was one of the best villa holidays I have ever had. It was for a birthday celebration bringing family from all over together and it could not have been more perfect. The pictures are exactly what you get - just stunning. However it was the little touches that make this villa extra special - every little detail is thought of and it is a real home from home making relaxing super easy. Communication from both Nick and Leah was excellent at all times, with super helpful recommendations and information about what to do/where to eat. Would highly recommend and no doubt we will go back again.
