To clarify, this listing is not for a specific unit, as all villas are assigned by the Westin at check-in. Our ad does state: "Images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images." We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the kitchen amenities and the employee at the deli. As these are the sole responsibility of the resort, we hope you were able to bring them to the attention of hotel management during your stay so they could be addressed. Regarding the spa, you're correct—there is not a full-service spa on property. Our listing reads: "Location highlights: Near a health/beauty spa." While the resort does not have an on-site spa facility, massage therapists can be hired to provide in-room services, and there are spa options available nearby. That said, we’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach, the spacious pool area, and found the beds and furnishings comfortable. We're especially happy to hear the shuttle drivers and concierge recommendations enhanced your experience. Despite the challenges, we’re glad you were still able to enjoy your vacation.
