Il s'agit d'un appartement d'une chambre situé dans une maison commune donnant sur la ville de Van Buren, dans le Missouri. Nous sommes situés à 1000 pieds d'altitude et la riviÚre Current et la ville sont à environ 500 pieds en dessous. Depuis le porche de cet appartement, vous pouvez voir plus de vingt kilomÚtres et le paysage et les éléments visuels changent constamment. Nous sommes situés à environ trois miles du parc national Big Spring et à moins de deux miles de la riviÚre Current River National Scenic Riverway.

Short but sweet

This is a super cute property with a great view for morning coffee. They have a gas stove - which allowed me to make the boys the s’mores I promised when a fire wasn’t feasible due to a storm blowing in The apartment had everything we needed and we would certainly go back. Thank you! The owners were responsive and friendly, and we were able to get in a little early when we arrived sooner than expected. Also, all four of us were able to get hot showers when we got back from a long day in n the river, which I personally appreciated since I was the last one through lol.

We arrived later than expected and missed the driveway. I messaged Heather at 11 pm and she quickly called me and was going to walk to the end of the drive to help us get to where we needed to be. We got there and situated, she was super sweet. I messaged her the next day to ask a question and she responded quickly to answer me. We enjoyed every minute there, and her apartment, the outside and scenery was beautiful. I will be booking to stay here again.

Big Springs

This property was in a great location to Big Springs and Van Buren. It also, had a wonderful view from the patio, kitchen, living room and bedroom. In the morning there are thin clouds over the woods and it looks like your sittin above the clouds.

Cozy and clean

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a unique place to stay. This place fit the bill. Very short drive to Big Spring and the Current River. We really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds on the property. We were well taken care of and all our needs were met. Also a beautiful view! I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time staying here. The views were amazing. It was so relaxing and peaceful to sit outside and look out at the view. The place had everything we could ever need and more. We picked this place mainly because it was dog friendly and we couldn’t have been happier. For a place that allows dogs I couldn’t find evidence of another dog being there. The place was very clean. Definitely would come back again!

Awesome Destination

Our 2nd time around for this magnificent place. The view is incredible and words do not do it Justice. The apartment has everything you need if you just want to hang there, or some nice local places to dine out as well. Visiting surrounding towns within a half hour of Van Buren is very doable and Big Spring is amazing. We WILL be back!!

Breathtaking View

The rental is clean and comfortable, close to everything the small town of Van Buren, MO has to offer including access to Current River and Big Spring Park. The view from the front of the rental is just so amazing, words cannot describe it. I highly recommend this one.

We have been enjoying the outdoors and the town of Van Buren, Missouri for years. We are excited to continue the tradition of the previous owners of renting the apartment to others so that they, too, can enjoy all that the Ozark National Scenic Riverways area has to offer.

We feel very fortunate that the former owners retired to another part of the country just at the right time for our family. After spending many years in and around Van Buren, we are excited to be a part of this community and continue to enjoy the river, the hiking, the fishing, and more for years to come.

The view here is spectacular and the location cannot be beat. We are close to amenities yet are more secluded than a hotel. With the full kitchen and outdoor grill, guests can make themselves at home.
