Great Stay

Perfect place for a long term stay. Air conditioning and a garage were a real bonus during the summer months. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and Location

Family oriented beach area right across the street with easy access. Great house with everything you could need. Property owner was amazing and very good with communication. I will definitely stay here again!!

Outstanding Great place to stay

Condo was great. Well equipped and very comfortable. . My stay was enjoyable. Property is right on the beach and less than 10 min walk to the pier and restaurants and shopping. Property Owner was welcoming and helpful.

The Beach House

This is the perfect spot! Cute place, great communication from the owners and perfect location (down the street from 2nd Street shops and dining, directly across the street from the beach and super close to two playgrounds for young kids. Will stay here again!

Love the location. Garage is a bonus. Close to everything, great restaurants, walkable but not noisy neighborhood. The beach was awesome, running/walking, morning/evening, to the pier and back. Would love to come back again!

An Idyllic Summer Retreat with Unparalleled Bay View

We had the pleasure of renting a clean and roomy one-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of the bay for a delightful three-month summer getaway. The location was truly outstanding, mere steps away from the water, offering easy access to a diverse range of restaurants and amenities. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the private patio and the added convenience of a garage. What truly stood out, though, was the warm hospitality of the owners. They were not only delightful to interact with but also incredibly responsive to our few needs, making us feel as if their property was our very own home away from home. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this place to fellow travelers. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.

Long Term Stay

Long term stay while babysitting our new grandchild just a few blocks away. It was home away from home. Perfect size for my husband and I and had everything we needed for every day living. We want to thank Kelley and family for being such great hosts!

Perfect family getaway, true long beach vibe

Perfect getaway for our family with 2 young kids, true Long Beach vibe! An exceptional value for being right on the beach. Kids played all day with the ample supply of beach toys available. Walked to playground and restaurants. House had everything we needed, we only brought clothes. Only recommendation is to bring your own knives if you plan to cook. Appliances, TV's wifi all worked great. Kelley was very responsive with questions prior to our trip and otherwise we had everything we needed.

A Quiet Refuge in the Midst of Lots of Action

We extended our stay in the Belmont Shores area in this rental and loved it. With beach, kayaking/paddleboarding, and fine restaurants just steps away, this apartment provided a very comfortable and amazingly quiet spot to get away when we needed to catch our breath. Loved that the owner had bikes and paddleboards and a BBQ available for use. And having a garage available for off- street parking was a real plus. We hope to return some time soon.

Great Little Getaway

Everything was as described and Kelly was great... Communication was amazing.. I liked the private parking in the garage I would definitely try and stay here again next time we're in town... only thing that made me give it a 4 stars in cleanliness is that the rugs are made of burlap and it tends to get everywhere but the house was clean besides the burlap..

Excellent!

Everything was just fantastic. GREAT property! GREAT location! The beach is right outside your door. 0.25 miles to Long Beach with a great running/biking path. Less than that to 2nd street and all its restaurants. Kelley was great and very responsive. We didn't want to leave!!!

Location, location, location!

The best thing about this rental is the location, directly across the street from the beach on the bay, very close to kayak and paddleboard rentals, and two blocks from the beach on the bay. Unfortunately, this is an upstairs unit (the stairs are steep) and there is absolutely no view unless the front door is open. The patio with the grill, table and chairs is in the back and is not especially inviting. The apartment is quiet, spacious, and reasonably well equipped, although maintenance and general cleanliness could use a bit of improvement. Kelley was a very responsive host and was quick in repairing whatever we told her about.

AMAZING Location!

We loved our stay... this place is right across from the sand. I was a little jealous of the other units that were facing the water and had a view. But we still had a nice view when we left the door open. Although that was a little tough with a 3 year old. But we would definitely stay here again! Kelley was a wonderful host and responded very quickly. Thank you!

Cleanliness Below Expectations

Positive: Excellent location, very comfortable bed, lot's of hot water. Negative: The apartment was dirty. Every flat surface, floors, tables, countertops, kitchen table & bench were covered in dirt and dust. There was a musty smell throughout. The shower curtain liner had mold & mildew. The refrigerator had open containers of condiments & wasn't very clean. There was an open bad of sugar in a cabinet that had spilled all over the shelf. The coffee pot was dirty. The unit needs a through top to bottom cleaning.

Kelley was a great host and was very responsive. My only complaint was the toilet kept running and the bathroom sink drain was broken. The location is perfect and right on the bay.

Great Location!

Cute little apartment in a great location - right across the street from the bay (that has sand and great area for kids). Short walk to beach/ocean and 2nd street which has wonderful shops and restauraunts. As the description says, it is upstairs so you need to be able to climb stairs. The kitchen and bathroom are on the older side, but works fine. Overall a great stay!

Belmont Shores stay

Great location! It was great sipping coffee every morning on the patio. The apartment was clean and cozy. We used the barbecue almost every night. Everything from signing up to checking out was super easy.
