Great spot

The neighborhood is quiet while being super accessible and convenient. The neighbors and their cats were so friendly. I had a great time.

Labor Day stay

Location was very nice and neighbors were really sweet to help when I had some issues with the lock box! Overall nice/clean apartment and would stay again :)

Great property in a great location

The property was exceptionally clean located in a great neighborhood just few minutes walk from a beach. The property owner will go above and beyond her duties to accommodate her guests. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay there again.

Great beach place

The place was super cute and perfect for 3 people. We were able to walk/scooter most places that we were going. Took us a bit (at night, in the dark) to figure out that the place was behind another house, but other than that we had an amazing time and the place was exactly as described. The neighbors and their cute cats were very nice as well.

We'll be back!

Tracy went above and beyond to communicate with us whenever we had a question / request. She even offered to lend us her own paddleboards! We loved our week in this clean, fresh, cozy apartment. I especially loved the beautiful, safe walk, just around the corner for daily yoga. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great area

Communication was a bit rocky at first. Luckily we found parking as we arrived, that can be a challenge as it’s street parking only. We were able to connect and meet Tracy, she was very lovely! The place was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet, nice area. Keep in mind it is an upstairs unit. As far as essentials, she had basics. Shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer. Everything else you will need to bring. Overall, once the communication issue was fixed everything was just fine.

Location Location Location

Loved everything about this place. So close to the ocean, restaurants, rented bikes and rode the boardwalk. Lunch at Tequila Jacks. Yum! Went to San Diego and Walked Torrey Pines. Beautiful! Saw the Seals. Walked to the Hollywood sign another day. Had lunch at the Waldorf Astoria and walked on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Went to the Market and The Grove in LA. Visited OVO and bought too much. What a wonderful trip and great place to stay! Thank you!

J'ai demandé d'avoir les infos pour accéder à l'appartement. N'ayant pas l'information j'ai contacté Expedia. La personne m'as donné deux codes pour ouvrir la porte. Ces deux codes étaient TRÈS loin de la réalité, des codes à 10 lettres et chiffres alors que le code était à 4 chiffres que j'ai reçu quelques heures avant l'arrivée par la propriétaire. J'ai envoyé plusieurs message sans réponses.

Great Property

Overall great property. Check in instructions were very through and easy to follow. Property itself was nice and had everything you would need. The walls are a little thin. And the only parking is street which can get full at night.

Cute decorating- nice neighbors- air conditioning in bedroom. Would have like a coffee pot and towel mat for outside the shower. Otherwise it served us well! Good restaurants for coffee and breakfast around the corner.

Had so much fun!

This apartment was located close to the beach and within a great area. There were so many shops and restaurants, not to mention close to the beach. We had such a great time here.

Weekend trip to long beach

Great location for morning walks close to beach. Fairly clean apartment with all amenities I needed. One issue was smoke detector needed battery changed and beeped the whole time. Reached out to owner with no response so dealt with it for three days. Thank goodness for ear plugs!!!

Cozy stay

The location of the apartment is a little confusing, but the neighbors were nice enough to direct us. The walls are kind of thin (I could hear the neighbor coughing). The surrounding area is really nice and we felt safe walking at night. Plenty of street parking
