The cottage was wonderful, very clean, well furnished , and we appreciated it being pet friendly. The hosts were wonderful. One evening a faulty fire detector went on and off. We called Missie and she and her husband were there in 25 minutes with a ladder and took care of it. We could not have asked for more

We have stayed here twice before. A favorite for us. Cute, super clean, great location, quiet neighborhood and A hosts.We were visiting our grandson at William Penn. Nothing to worry about, you will be taken good care of here so you can enjoy your trip.

All of Missy’s properties are so beautiful and comfortable and stocked with more amenities you would every want or need. Missy is always a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond for her guests. I’ve rented multiple properties from her over the years and have never had anything but wonderful experiences. The sunny cottage is conveniently located in town close to everything super clean and the beds are SO COMFORTABLE! I throughly enjoyed me stay as usual!

Unique small town experience

This place was fantastic. Close enough to everything so that you're 5 min from anywhere you want to be but you're not in the thick of things. I would rent again.

My wife and I had a perfect stay at the sunny chalet. We ended up having to spend more time at the place than we planned, and found it very warm and comfortable. Christian and Melissa are accommodating hosts and nice people.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Very clean house. Great selection of kitchen utensils, pots,and pans. Linens were great. Nice seating area in the backyard. Easy to find. Dobt hesitate to book a stay here.

We loved the house. It was immaculate and had everything we could need.

The outside property was really cute with chairs in the front and back. We loved the fire pit and really enjoyed the fire we had one night.

Quick get away.

We enjoyed our stay while making a quick trip to Iowa. Our primary reason for the trip was a return visit to Winterset. We stayed closer on prior visits so we wanted to explore a new town. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Golf trip

Exactly as described. Worked great for a quick golf trip and ended up surprised by the quality of golf courses around. Grill worked great after golf as well.
