From the initial expression of interest, the host was kind and welcoming. The communication was easy abd we received detailed and helpful tips for our stay, including precise directions. The apartment is spacious, airy and clean, abd has all you need for a comfortable stay. The location is not touristy, which can be nice. To get to the main attractions it took as about half an hour on a public transport, which is less then 5 mins walk. The seafood restaurant and the bakery below the apartment are a must!

This location is not in the center of all the tourist area which was fine for us. We had a bus pass that was very convenient. The # 230 bus literally goes to the entrance of the Acropolis. Definitely have the Google Translate app. Not everyone understands English. We’d definitely stay at this VRBO on another trip to Athens.
