Belle unité de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains est situé au 4Úme étage. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un dressing, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un accÚs au balcon et d'une salle de bain privée. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et une télévision à écran plat. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit pour une couchage supplémentaire, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un accÚs au balcon. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée dispose de comptoirs en granit et d'appareils en acier inoxydable. Cette unité a une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. L'unité comprend WiFi gratuit.

Our stay was very good, the only things we could say was there were only two elevators to accommodate 20 floors, which meant that you could be waiting 10-15 minutes on one, on the day we were checking out my husband had to wait 20 minutes as he had a cart, also if I was about an inch shorter I would needed a steps to get into and out of bed, as both beds had the very deep mattresses, which they didn’t consider shorter or disabled people

We had a blast here! The only issue was the elevators. I can’t imagine staying at the busiest part of the season. We were able to walk up but staying any higher than the 4th floor would have terrible.

Perfect Location!!

We stayed at the Seawind property for the 2nd time and both times were excellent. We chose this property due to the location and the kiddie pool for the grandkids. Highly recommend staying at the Seawind.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Good location. Clean. No issues with the unit itself. However, we had a family emergency come up three days before check in, so I called the leasing office and spoke to someone in depth about our situation and she assured me someone above her/with more authority would call me back. No one ever contacted me. That just rubs me the wrong way.

Great View, Nice Condo

Thi condo was spacious enough for 6 and the view of the ocean right out our LR and MBR was spectacular. The beach was great and everything was close. Our 1 and 2 grandkids and all of us spent a lot of time on the balcony. Other than a couple minor issues, the unit was great.

Wonderful condo & vacation!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while vacationing in Gulf Shores. The location on the 4th floor is perfect for us to take the steps instead of the elevator. The location in Gulf Shores makes it easy to walk to many restaurants. Communications and checking/out with Liquid Life Vacations was VERY easy.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the rooms but some of the pictures didn’t show the same furniture and the angle of the bunk room made it seem larger. I think it would be great if check out time was at least till 11. It’s hard getting everything ready and to the cars when so many people are checking out.

Straights vacation

Overall the property was very nice, didn’t enjoy the elevators often having to wait 20 minutes but thankfully we were on the 4 th floor so taking the stairs was an option we often used! The check in process was a little irritating just because the property was ready at the exact check in time but we only had to wait about 30-45 minutes

Room was the first by the elevator. Other than 7am and and 8pm it wasn’t that loud. The ice maker in the room is probably more annoying than noise outside the room. It was a clean property, it was just as listed. We enjoyed our stay there alot. Property managers were in constant contact which we enjoyed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacation wt 21 people. Have not stayed at Seawind, and probably won't again.

Awesome Condo!!

Renting was so simple!! They stay in touch with you through the months leading up to the date of vacation. Process was easy and simple. Love the text for codes and info!! P.S. please give 2 parking passes..35.00 too much for the 2nd!!
