Bienvenue chez nous Ă  Surfside Shores! Propre et spacieux, ce condo est une unitĂ© de coin situĂ©e au 2e Ă©tage avec trois chambres Ă  coucher et trois salles de bain complĂštes. SituĂ© Ă  seulement 1,5 km Ă  l’ouest de l’autoroute 59 (Ă  droite en T), ce complexe est proche des boutiques, restaurants et autres attractions du centre-ville. Vous pouvez vous rendre Ă  Bahama Bobs et Ă  l’épicerie Pier 33! Gulf Shores propose de nombreuses activitĂ©s: shopping, restauration, golf, parc aquatique, ou tout simplement aller Ă  la mer et vous dĂ©tendre, car aprĂšs tout, vous ĂȘtes en vacances!

Le balcon est carrelĂ© et a une table hauteur de balcon et quatre chaises. Il y a des chaises supplĂ©mentaires Ă  Ă©pargner. Vous pourrez vous asseoir, vous dĂ©tendre, parler (ou lire) et profiter de la vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe! Vous comprendrez bientĂŽt pourquoi il s’agit de l’un des condominiums les plus populaires de Gulf Shores. Ce complexe dispose de deux grandes piscines, de deux bassins pour enfants, de grillades en plein air et de grands espaces gazonnĂ©s oĂč les enfants pourront jouer!

Il y a trois chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain complÚte. La chambre principale a un lit king. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec des portes françaises qui ouvrent sur le balcon en bord de mer. Le troisiÚme
la chambre a deux lits jumeaux.

Toute rĂ©servation effectuĂ©e avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et fĂ©vrier) nĂ©cessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Les rĂ©servations effectuĂ©es qui ne rĂ©pondent pas Ă  ces critĂšres peuvent ĂȘtre annulĂ©es par la direction. AprĂšs le 1er octobre, les rĂ©servations peuvent ĂȘtre effectuĂ©es pour les mois d'hiver Ă  un minimum de trois ou sept nuits, selon les spĂ©cifications de l'unitĂ©.

Great location, great rate

This condo is just far enough from the busiest area of Gulf Shores, but not too far. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded with easy access from the condo. It was very clean and in great shape, an excellent value for the money. We will certainly consider this place again if we ever come back to Gulf Shores.

Great vacation!!

Our stay at this unit was perfect! Great view and plenty of room! Even with tropical storm Barry looming and the ocean off limits for the last two days of our vacation, we still has a great time!

Great spot!!!

This was our first time to the golf Shores, and we are so excited we chose this place! It is right on the ocean, and there is so much to do everywhere. You can walk the beach, walk the strip with all the stores, go to restaurants, just explore wildlife. We had a great spring break here with our family.

Decent place to stay

Stay was pleasant. Property was well maintained and met out needs, but a little pricey. My 145.00 a night condo turned into over 230.00 a night after all charges, including 22.00 each to park 2 vehicles for a 3 bedroom, without which we could not have made the trip.

Overall, wonderful vacation. Prompt, friendly communication with the property management company. The condo was in a great location, bright and spacious. It was in need of a deep cleaning which I mentioned to the property management company.

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was a great location on the strip and right on the beach! The view was balcony was awesome! The condo was the end unit so it was right by the stairs which was perfect for going up and down to the car/ beach. We only used the elevator for arrival and departure since we had all our belingings. They did have carts in the lobby to make it easier. The kitchen was mostly stocked, it could use some cooking sheets, maybe another saucepan and scissors. But We had an amazing stay, no complaints! We left some beach toys and boogie board for the next person.

Fun family vacation!

We loved the location- the closest we have ever been in all the years of beach vacations. There were four adults and two children-one that was two years old. The balcony railing was our only concern. The maintenance manager came and put up plastic fencing to help secure the railing for our stay at this location until it can be properly repaired. Otherwise than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Rest and recharge

Everything went smoothly checking in
had an issue with a balcony door, we called and maintenance was there the next morning to fix it for us. We had no other issues throughout the week. Would’ve been nice to have more sunshine but we did get plenty of much needed rest. Enjoyed our stay immensely

Cute and Cozy

The property is steps away from the beach. At first it seemed small, but it grew on us during the week. The first bedroom closest to the street isn’t the greatest with sound. The trash truck came promptly at 5am every morning, and woke me up, while emptying the bin.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This condo was perfect for our "JUGS" (Just Us Girls) get-together. It being on the 2nd floor, made it perfect for going back up to the room without waiting on the elevator. Corner unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was an added bonus for 8 women when trying to clean up after a long relaxing day at the beach. Easy access to the beach, and other nearby attractions. The beds were very comfortable, but that could be due to the fact that we were all exhausted by the time our heads hit the pillows. Friendly security personnel on site. Everything was perfect!!

The trash compactor was locked all week. The ropes were only opened on one end of the parking lot. The condo was very roomy and was nice.
