Absolute Gorgeous 1876 Sourcil Colonial Home sur 36 acres. Enfants de moins de 12 ans gratuits!

Magnifiquement nommée maison de campagne de 1876 avec de vastes pelouses et un vaste patio clos en pierre bleue, parfait pour les barbecues ou les grillades s'mores dans le foyer.

La maison elle-mĂȘme est spacieuse et pleine de charme. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec une salle Ă  manger formelle de garde-manger de majordome pouvant accueillir 12 personnes et donnant sur le jardin paysager. Un porche grillagĂ© surplombe les pelouses devant la maison. Le grand salon dispose d'une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois spectaculaire, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et de siĂšges confortables. La chambre principale offre une vue magnifique sur les bois et les chevreuils occasionnels derriĂšre la maison oĂč des hectares de sentiers de randonnĂ©e privĂ©s commencent. La grande grange, situĂ©e prĂšs d'un ruisseau, a Ă©tĂ© transformĂ©e en salle de jeux avec piscine, ping-pong, baby-foot, air hockey, match de basket, flĂ©chettes, etc. Cela garantit que mĂȘme si le temps est mauvais, il y a toujours quelque chose d'amusant Ă  faire!

La maison est située entre la Phénicie et Woodstock et à une courte distance en voiture des commerces locaux et des stands de ferme.

This house is like a warm hug from a down-to-earth, fun-loving, secretly luxurious friend. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and clean. It's a place to hang out OR be active. The game barn is a standout feature. The beds are comfy, rooms full of soulful yet hard-wearing antiques, kitchen is stocked, and the host is so solicitous and makes you feel like family. We truly did not want to leave!

How to describe the most wonderful stay? Jim’s house is full of life and character - my family and I had everything we needed and more. We loved the game room, the pool and hot tub, the backyard patio, the teepee - as well as every room in the house. We were comfortable and relaxed and inspired! I would highly recommend this property to anyone - except I want to keep it a secret for myself! Really perfect.

1876 Eyebrow Colonial Home was an idyllic vacation spot for our extended family. The house and grounds are perfectly charming. The pool, hot tub, gardens and barn provided lots of fun entertainment for the whole family and a relaxing setting to hang out. Jim was very helpful and accommodating. His thoughtful hospitality provided everything we needed to enjoy and explore the beautiful surrounding area. We highly recommend this special property.

Birthday Trip

Perfect location for a relaxing girls weekend. We loved the peace and quiet, the hot tub, the fireplace and all the quaint, interesting decor. Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Jim was so nice, easy to work with and accessible It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the pool and baths. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The two fourteen year olds loved it. Especially loved the game room. They spent a lot of time in there. They also took a walk on the trail. We didn’t hear the words “I’m bored” once. Kitchen is stocked. There are board games and books and DVDS. What an amazing vacation.

My husband and I met our son and his family at this beautiful home. There were 6 of us ranging in ages from 2 years to 65 years. We all had a fantastic time! The house was clean, private, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the hot tub (robes and towels were provided) and the game room was a family favorite. Lots of interesting things to explore and try! Property is close to Woodstock and Phonecia, grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We were happy building a fire outside, roasting marshmallows and hanging out together. Lots of property to explore and enjoy nature. Our son’s city dog must have run miles chasing wildlife! We want to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Everything was as advertised, check in was a breeze, communication with Jim was easy! Great property! Thank you so much for the memories.

Family Time

We chose this house to spend time with our family and spend quality time together. The house has many interesting features and areas to relax. Kitchen was well equipped and the separate pantry was a plus. We made good use of the Barn/ game room. We had our own family Olympics. Jaime was east to reach at all times. We will cherrish our family time.

A Beautiful Place to Ring in 2025!

Jim’s home is the most perfect rental- the best we’ve stayed at by far! Aside from the gorgeous house, grounds and game room, there are also so many touches that make this property feel like a home away from home. No detail has been spared and I truly can’t recommend it more highly. We are hoping to be back as it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for our Christmas Holiday

We were so happy to have found this gem at the foothills of the Catskills. It wa a perfect respite for our family during the Christmas holiday. The location, warmth of the property, and a little snow made it so much fun and homey. The hot tub was an awesome way to celebrate the end of the day. Jim gave us outstanding support and caring throughout the visit. This home would be a treasure at any time of the year.

Amazing Fall Getaway

I recently stayed at this property for a long weekend with my family and had an amazing time! The house has something for everyone to do and plenty of space to spread out. My 7 year old son adored the game room and it kept him busy for hours. The property is located halfway between Woodstock and Phoenicia so there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Jim makes your entire stay a piece of cake from check-in to dinner recommendations. Don't hesitate to book- you'd be missing out!

Woodstock Memorial Day weekend

We have a family of 5. We love to explore new towns in the northeast! This property was wonderful! Pool, hot tub game room (barn) nobody was board! It was relaxing and a wonderful place to stay! It is only a short drive from Bearsville and Woodstock with lots of shopping food and live music. We explored the Ashokan rail trail and reservoir and Kingston as well! Highly recommend this property!!

Great house

Booked this house for a winter birthday celebration. The house kept us all very entertained. The owner is very nice and responsive to my questions. The house has such a warm and charming feel. We all felt safe and right at home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

cozy and lovely stay

my family and I stayed in Jim's home for my birthday and had the loveliest time. the property is beautiful and the house was clean, cozy, and had everything/anything we needed to make it a great stay. the game room was really fun for the whole family and the yard was great for my dog to enjoy. Jim was always accessible for anything we needed. The whole weekend was so special and a great way to spend my birthday.

Last minute stay at the Eyebrow Colonial

The house was amazing in every way! Jim was an awesome host. I don’t usually write reviews, but for myself and my family (ages 10-84) this was an awesome vacation. Everything listed is accurate and as pictured. The house is even more beautiful in person.

Our Stay at Lake Hill

We had an excellent stay over the Christmas break. It was the perfect property for our family. The host was very informative about the property and check in was easy. The location is very convenient, close to shopping and restaurants in Woodstock. Our family enjoyed skiing at Belleayre Mounting, only about 30 minutes away. The home was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The barn game room was perfect for evening family games. We highly recommend the property.
