Hello Sunshine is a hidden gem of a place. Very comfy and walkable to Mass Street. The hosts have gone out of their way to add little extras, throw blankets, coffee, refreshments, bathroom amenities—including makeup wipes! — that make you feel at home. Highly recommend!

The location of this space was more than ideal; everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The space was very easy to access and provided plenty of upscale accommodations. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

So happy we found this! It was the best place for our family (and dog) to stay while we were in Lawrence visiting our daughter. Everything was perfect: very clean, beautifully updated, comfortable bedding…they thought of everything. Also, very close to Mass Street and we enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We look forward to staying again in the future! Thanks again to the owners:)

The owner had everything you might need plus. Great studio, close to downtown. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again when we are back in Lawrence.

Great place!

This place was so very perfect for what my friend and I were looking for on our Girls Getaway. Cute, clean, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, with great and thoughtful touches like chocolate, coffee, wine, etc. Would love to return here someday!

This was the most charming, sweet loft! Plenty of room and everything you might need. We really enjoyed being close to dining and other activities. So glad we got to stay here!

Jayhawk and mass st lovers must stay here!

So much better than any hotel in town. Perfect location to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping on Mass st. This was our second time and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when our son becomes a Jayhawk himself. Stay here and enjoy a nice relaxing time❣️

Lovely Weekend in Lawrence

What a perfect spot to stay for a weekend in Lawrence! This place was so cute and had every amenity you could think of. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was very pet friendly. It was also comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return!

Cozy stay close to it all

Jenny was great about communicating check-in and was helpful. This was a very nice place that was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be beat as it was within a couple blocks of everything on Massachusetts Street in Lawrence. Highly recommend.

Weekend get away

We wanted to stay close to Mass street in Lawrence. Hotel prices were very high, so I started looking at VRBO and found "Hello Sunshine". What a jewel of a property. It had everything we needed and more, was close to downtown, including the Farmers Market! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Lawernce!!

This property is adorable! Super clean, all the amenities you would need and the host was very responsive! The location is PERFECT! Easily walk to downtown Lawrence and farmers market. If I ever make it back to Lawrence, I would definitely rent again! Thank you for a great stay!

Race Weekend

We came into town for a race weekend and we’re thrilled with our accommodations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hello Sunshine is perfectly located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and even farmers market! It is equipped with everything you need and the host is so accommodating and communicative! Would definitely book again!!
