Si vous recherchez un sanctuaire sur l'une des plus belles îles du monde, Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa est l'endroit où vous souhaitez aller. Un magnifique cadre en bord de mer avec un paysage tropical luxuriant et des vues spectaculaires vous attend. Le complexe est situé à Kapaa sur la côte est de l'île, à seulement 13 km de l'aéroport de Lihue. Voyager sur la Rive-Sud (Poipu) et la Rive-Nord (Princeville et Hanalei) est très pratique.

Le complexe dispose d'une rivière / piscine paresseuse ultramoderne dotée de deux toboggans, de chutes d'eau, de trois bains à remous à fond de sable, d'un bassin pour enfants à fond de sable, d'un snack-bar au bord de la piscine et du bar-grill Tahitian Lanai. Il y a un salon / spa et un centre de remise en forme Aveda Lifestyle de 5 000 pieds carrés. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour effectuer votre voyage est à distance de marche. Des épiceries, un centre commercial, des pistes de jogging, de longues promenades sur la plage sont à quelques pas.


Notre unité (n ° E205) est un rêve de vacances somptueusement équipé de 2 300 m². La cuisine comprend une table de cuisson et un four Wolf, un lave-vaisselle Fisher / Paykel, un immense réfrigérateur Sub-Zero en acier inoxydable, un four micro-ondes, des plans de travail en granite de qualité supérieure, ainsi que des appareils permettant de préparer des repas gastronomiques ou un déjeuner rapide. Chaque chambre et le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma murale.

Le paquet de meubles et d'accessoires est le rêve d'un designer. Chaque chambre donne sur un balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la superbe chaîne de montagnes de Kauai. L'unité est également entièrement climatisée, contient une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées Whirlpool et de belles salles de bains ultramodernes.

Kauai 2025

This is our second time staying at this resort. It is the perfect location for travelling North or South on the island and a short drive to the airport. The condo is well equipped to cook your own meals and the pool area is great to use after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed meeting other guests in the hot tub and hearing their stories. I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Kauai.

This is my second time staying at this resort and it did not disappoint! Massive room, huge bathrooms. Great location near our favorite restaurants and pretty close to the airport. The room was clean and we have no issues. Nice pool and beach access. Would stay here again!

This is a very nice unit with everything you need. the resort pool is good for kids and adults. restaurant is good and all the staff was friendly. The only knock is the picture makes it look like this unit face the pool, it does not. overall a great property and i would stay again.

This was a lovely resort accommodation. Very nice and secluded beach and wonderful pool. Conveniently located. If there was any mild inconvenience, it was some minor housekeeping issues at the start, but really minimal. The host was great.

Excellent choice for our stay

Loved the layout of the condo, the ease of check-in and checkout, less than 5 minutes to the beach, well stocked kitchen, nice pool, and best of all, the most amazing sunrises! Would definitely stay again!. Note to parents with small children- the waves are rough. Playing in the ocean would be difficult BUT the children's pool area has a sand bottom.

Condo was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. Appliances are all high-end. Property and grounds were immaculate. Pool was fun for the kids. Beach left a little to be desired. Would definitely stay at this location and condo again.

Wonderful Week in Wailua

The condo was very clean. The location was perfect fir us - ocean on one side and stores on the other. We appreciated the well-stocked condo. It had items like bandaids, baggies, beach chairs, and boogie boards . Communication with property management was timely and informative. Our family had a wonderful experience in Wailua.

The location was nice, just south of kapa’a so the traffic was not an issue and Safeway and Starbucks were across the street. Safeway was open 24 hours. The roosters crowing at 6:30 am was not an issue since we came from the PNW and to us it was really 9:30am our time. There is still the usual issues like slamming doors in the hallway from dummies but such is life. Oh, the locals are also A-holes playing their loud car stereos. Folks speed there too but somehow remember the speed limit when the police are around. Go to the Waimea canyon area when it is not cloudy or you will have wasted your time.

Kauai visit

We had a prearrival note that said the air was out of order. It did work 2 days later Saturday -Monday. Manageable with fans and doors open.The bathroom toilet paper holder in guest room was not holding to the wall and appeared someone tried to cover up. Light out under microwave. Good location and othewise pleasant stay.

Amazing suite and resort and perfect location!

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Spacious and clean and the amenities at the resort were fantastic. We have an 11 and 14 year old who thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool and lazy river and being right by the ocean. It would have been helpful if the restaurant on site would have had better hours and accessibility but the resort was in a great location for other options.

Beautiful Resort

We enjoyed our time staying here! The pool was great and we loved the shallow sandy area for our baby. The room was clean and the AC worked well to keep us cool. There was a pack n play and many beach accessories available for use. We did have to rent an umbrella and snorkel gear, but otherwise had all the gear we needed. Would stay here again!

Great property central location.

Had a bit of trouble checking in but was handled pretty quickly. The property is beautiful. Not specific to this unit as we’ve stayed in various units previously, but apparently there are multiple management companies handling units on the same property. It is a bit confusing when you need something small from the front desk and they tell you “sorry we don’t handle that unit” when the signage inside says see front desk with issues Re xxxx. (The batteries for most of the remotes were dead so we ended up buying replacements ourselves). Kind of nit picky… otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. A small suggestion is that the technology is a bit dated but we got around it using our own devices (laptops/iPads). But we weren’t there for the television resolution-ha! We would certainly stay there again.

great condo for families

I really like staying in the condo b/c we were able to drive easily north to Hanalei Bay Area and south to Poipu. Kapaa' is not as desirable as the north and south side of the island but it made it easy to travel the island. Kappaa doesn't have as many restaurants/things to do.

Good central location

Good proximity to things we wanted to do. Quality cookware, utensils and appliances. Much appreciated the quality beach chairs as well. Wish the on site restaurant was open more than a few hours 5 days a week but glad to have it as an option. There are other good eating options close and a Safeway across the street. We enjoyed our 2 weeks here.

Comfortable, clean, perfectly situated For travel north or south and west shores. Walk to shopping, close to cute downtown Kapa’a. Be nice if there were ceiling fans in bedrooms as well. Definitely would book this condo again.

Awesome Family Condo

The Condo and amenities were awesome! Perfect for family. The condo had everything we needed except for beach toys. The pool was wonderful with three hot tubs (1 for kids and 2 for adults) plus two slides, a waterfall grotto and lazy river were just what we were looking for. Wish I could have used my tube to cruise the lazy river, oh well. No daily maid service is a bummer but that's okay because it made it feel like home where the kids had chores like taking out the garbage and recycling and doing dishes. 4 stars because the traffic going towards Lihue sucks! Took us 30-45 min just to go from the resort to Lihue. We didn't even make it to Princeville or Hanalei due to the traffic. The traffic was because of the one way roads secondary to road construction and land slide (going towards Hanalei), oh well, there's always a next time. One more plus abou the resort is the very convenient Safeway grocery store and Starbucks. We highly recommend this place. Ed the owner, answered all of my questions and he was easy to communicate with via the VRBO messaging.

This is us in August of 2007 when we arrived on Kauai to look at the property at Waipouli. Owners (Fatima Gomez and Edward Fugate, husband and wife) are with children (from l. to r.) Korina, Kristy, and Isaac. We have always enjoyed traveling, and wanted to pass on this joy with our children. Hawaii seemed like the perfect place to start a family tradition of traveling together to a place we all look forward to going to.

We were looking for good investment property for our family, in addition to a property that we would enjoy going to year after year ourselves, and that the children would grow up feeling it was theirs to take care of and enjoy. The children enjoyed the resort so much, they were very enthusiastic when they were asked if they wanted to go there every year. We have spent time there every summer each year since, and the kids wouldn't think of us missing our annual tradition.

The resort is centrally located on Kauai, where activities on both north shore and the southern part of the island are easily accessible. A bike/walking path goes right in front of the resort, a number of good beaches are short distances away.
