We stayed at this property two weeks ago and had a mixed experience. The listing advertises three bedrooms, but it’s a bit misleading—fine print reveals one is a loft with a pullout couch, which may not suit all groups. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, dropping frequently, which was frustrating as we planned to relax and watch football before our event. Despite the host’s mention of ongoing efforts to fix it, this was a letdown. The air conditioning struggled to cool the downstairs bedroom, making it uncomfortably warm and forced to keep bedroom door open. The noisy unit was located in open air loft area and came with an unlisted restriction not to set it below 68F. Additionally, the property seemed neglected, with dead insects upstairs and noticeable dust in the bathroom, suggesting it hadn’t been occupied or cleaned recently.On the positive side, the property was functional, and the host was responsive, though the issues impacted our stay.

Overall - very nice property. Kitchen was nice, but was a little understocked. We didn't have hot water while we were there, but the property manager worked hard to make it right.

Excellent location, very comfortable for 2-4 people. Very clean, great pool area to cool off. It was great being able to park in the garage as well. The recommendations I have for the owners is to offer nicer towels that actually dry, maybe a toaster or toaster oven and please put window coverings on the kitchen / patio side.

Nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Papago Pad on VRBO. The space was well equipped, and in a quiet yet convenient location—close to shops, and eateries. Communication was prompt and friendly, and check-in was seamless. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen. Overall great value and we’d be happy to stay again.

This was an excellent stay where the house was located. It was quiet and convenient location to do stuff we needed to do. We had a nice family cookout. Everything worked. The house was cold as the temperature outside was hot 104, so much appreciated. Parking space was perfect. Didn't use the garage but was available. There was a washer and dryer - perfect to wash kids uniforms after each day. Plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and cozy.

The location was great for our purposes, the pool was nice and they had floaties to use. Evan the property manager was nice to work with but it’s more like 2.5 bedrooms. The 3 bed is a pull out in a loft. We ended up doubling up in the upstairs bedroom. We really appreciate having the kitchen.

Excellent stay, will do it again

We loved our weeklong stay with family! The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the common areas for everyone to relax, and multiple desks made it easy to get work done when needed. The bedrooms were spacious with great closet space, and the restrooms were spotless. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms—it made the stay even more convenient. The backyard was quiet and enjoyable, perfect for unwinding. The location was also ideal, just a short distance from ASU. The spacious garage parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!

A desert oasis!

What a fantastic property and fantastic neighborhood! The location was great as it was walking distance into Papago Park where we hiked daily and toured the zoo. The pool is a short walk from the townhome which was no issue. The house has a great layout and a perfect bavkyard. Evan was extremely responsive in messaging and accomodating a late check in. We'd love to return!

This was perfect place for mom & I on business trip. Grocery, restaurants all close drive/or uber. House was is just as listed. Would be great for couples as upstairs has separate living area,bath & bedroom. Spacious backyard. Communication quick, easy. We would definitely stay ago.
