Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Central to ASU (Downtown Tempe), Cubs Spring Training, and Downtown Scottsdale. This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

ASU Graduation

Baby shower

We were in town for a baby shower, the weather was amazing, the house was excellent, loved being able to unwind in the hot tub when the day was over. Thank you Tina for the amazing place to stay at.

Convenient to ASU

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

Perfect VRBO

All the good reviews say it all. Modern, comfortable, extra clean, tons of towels, iron, steamer, pool games, air purifiers, more. Can’t think of anything that would have been better. Walking distance to food. Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend Stay

This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.

Family trip

The condo was relatively clean and the property manager was timely and helpful in her responses to our questions. I wouldn't advertise "sleeps 6" with only a full-sized daybed in one of the rooms, but other than that, it was conveniently located and it suited our needs for my elderly mother's final visit to her sister.

Very nice stay

We would stay again! Very nice. Location was perfect for ASU graduation. Close to malls restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, was very clean and it was quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Lovely little oasis

Delightful stay. Morning coffee’s on the patio and full of afternoon dips on the pool to cool off. Close to all the activities in Tempe and a cute donut shop nearby.

Great location!

The location was perfect for our stay and the communication with the property owner was quick. Nice townhome and we really appreciate all the little extras, like board games, kettlebells, etc. Will stay again!

Senior Baseball

The location was good for my needs and close to many types of restaurants and shopping. Easy freeway access as well. Covered parking was nice and everything worked as needed. Good place and good stay. I will use again if in the area.
