Amazing New Construction Lodge sur l'incroyable riviĂšre Adirondack avec ses cascades. OMGosh ... c'est ce que vous allez dire quand vous verrez ce site. Il n'y a rien d'autre comme ce site et Lodge.
Le pavillon de 2200 pieds carrĂ©s se trouve sur 2. 6 acres de pin blanc vieux avec 608 pieds de front de mer bordant la riviĂšre Independence. La riviĂšre a de grandes chutes, de petites chutes, des piscines naturelles, des Ăźles, des affleurements rocheux, des trous pour nager, et quelle vue Ă©tonnante et sonne directement depuis le grand porche couvert. Être situĂ© sur une impasse privĂ©e vous donne une grande intimitĂ©.
Faites une belle promenade facile le long du bord de la riviĂšre et profitez des nombreuses sections de la riviĂšre. Profitez d'un feu de camp dans notre foyer donnant directement sur la riviĂšre.
Lorsque vous entrez dans le nouveau pavillon construit sur mesure, vous entrez directement dans la Grande salle avec ses plafonds cathĂ©drale, ses poutres apparentes, ses garnitures personnalisĂ©es et son incroyable savoir-faire. (Photos intĂ©rieures Ă  venir). Meubles haut de gamme, appareils mĂ©nagers, revĂȘtements de sol sont partout. Une cuisine ouverte et une salle Ă  manger avec des comptoirs en bois naturels et des barres de comptoir en bois naturel de 3 pouces d'Ă©paisseur donnent une excellente sensation Adirondack. Une cheminĂ©e Ă©lectrique en pierre naturelle dans la piĂšce centrale avec un aspect de flamme et de chaleur rĂ©els contribue Ă  son apparence Ensuite, sortez vers le grand porche couvert avec une vue imprenable. Independence Falls Lodge is absolutely beautiful inside and out! Immaculately kept! Our family had a wonderful vacation there the end of August! Breath taking views of the river, the sound of the water constantly flowing was so soothing and calming! We caught a few brown trout and a few other fish! The lodge had everything we needed and it was very accommodating! Ralph was a wonderful host and he and his wife take great pride in the Lodge and its property! I give it a 10!!! and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Independence Falls Lodge is spectacular! The house was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed but the setting was extraordinary!! Such a unique vacation experience for the children who got to ford the stream (grandma made it across once and called that good), water slide down rocks, swim in holes below and between waterfalls, jump from rock to rock, etc. The house was great for our multigenerational group. The younger family had two bedrooms, a bath and a family room on the lower level and the older folks were upstairs in the master and living areas with only a few steps into the house and a great deck to watch and listen to the water. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The swing outside was my favorite thing. The pictures make it look like you can easily cross to the "other side" of the river to the rocks, but we found that to be rather difficult! My kids could do it, but myself and my father-in-law could not. The house was very well appointed and clean. The proximity to town was convenient and the "shady trail" was perfect for our group.

Family Vacation

The Independence Lodge lived up to expectations. It was perfect for our 3-generation family of 8 and dogs for our summer vacation. Nestled in the woods, yet very accessible to main roads, the lodge allowed for trips to hiking trails, horseback riding, eating out. During time at the lodge, teens and parents ventured into the water. Everyone enjoyed corn hole, campfires, the swing near the river, the glider on the deck, the rocking chairs, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious common living areas, the beautifully maintained property, and the cleanliness of the lodge. The Independence Lodge was just what we hoped it would be.

Beautiful house/Ideal serene location

Firstly the house was amazing. Very clear a lot of thought went into the construction, finishes, and décor. The kitchen was well-appointed (above average) even with a few spices, seasonings, and condiments. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Besides the beautiful house the river behind it and the view was fantastic. Immediately relaxing and picturesque. It snowed while we were staying and you could make a postcard from the view. Sadly it was too cold to go in the river, but we will be back in the warmer months.We rented a snowmobile, went snow shoeing on the nearby horse trails, and went out to eat quite a few times. Great location for that region, close to Boonville, Turin, and Lowville.Great host communication, flawless execution on the house. No regrets.

Very well managed property

The owner was very easy to work with and communicated well. It is evident that they listen to tenants' suggestions and make all the necessary accommodations. This property is pristine, and the location is worth millions. I would highly recommend anyone stay here at any time of the year.

Fabulous

Beautiful place to stay on the river. The sound of the rushing waters was the background music of a very soothing weekend away. Of course it rained almost the whole time we were here but the cabin was more than comfortable. You know that a lot of thought was put in to making a stay here feel like a home away from home. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with more than you could possibly need. I’ve stayed in quite a few places where it felt like the furniture and appliances were used leftovers or were gotten from a 2nd hand warehouse. Everything here was placed to make your stay feel like home. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Family reunion

Had a family reunion with 4 couple, ages 63-75. Property was beautiful. Had everything needed. Kitchen fully equiped. Beds comfortable. Very nice fire pit. Plenty of room and parking.

River Wonderland

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful riverfront paradise. The sound of the river was tranquil and lovely to hear while drifting to sleep. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time exploring the river, its islands, and natural flat rock waterslides. My son enjoyed fishing the river and caught a lot of fish. The house set up was great for multiple family members and having private spaces when needed. The firepit and view were a treat for making smores and spending time together in the evening. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat. Clean and well stocked.

New York getaway

Chose this property for relaxation and family time. It was perfect. Beautiful house right on the Independence River. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. Beds comfortable. Upper deck for morning coffee. Lower patio with the cleanest grill I have seen in a VRBO house. We also used the outdoor fire pit for smores one night. We took a couple of day trips —to Inlet for kayaking and to Cooperstown to see Hall of Fame. We all loved this house and are very appreciative to the owners for sharing it.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

The cabin and surroundings are gorgeous and so peaceful. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the river. The cabin has everything you need for your stay, is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect getaway

Almost forgot to post. I almost don’t want to as I don’t want the schedule to fill up so we can’t get a week next year. From the moment we pulled in to the time we left, we were in awe. There is NOTHING you need to bring. Keurig and cornhole boards even. This place is so well worth the price. Looking forward to this place again next year for our much needed rest and relaxation.
