Ce magnifique chalet est niché dans des arbres face à l'eau à Bear Creek au large de la rivière Tennessee et du lac Pickwick. A une grande terrasse ombragée pour écouter les vagues et regarder de magnifiques couchers de soleil !! Un endroit parfait pour s'asseoir et se détendre !! 14 couchages !!Ceci est un chalet neuf de 2 étages avec tous les nouveaux meubles. L'étage principal a 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, salle familiale avec cuisine ouverte le tout avec de belles vues sur le lac. La cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse équipée d'un gril à gaz pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. À l'étage, vous trouverez un grand balcon qui surplombe la salle familiale et la cuisine avec 2 espaces séparés qui ont chacun des lits superposés queen. Un total de 4 lits queen à l'étage. Également une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse disponible. Pour les clients qui aiment la télévision, il y a un téléviseur 50 "avec satellite pour suivre l'actualité. Si vous prévoyez de faire du bateau, il y a une rampe de mise à l'eau publique au Colbert County Rose Trail Park situé à moins de 1,6 km de cette propriété. En outre, des bateaux peuvent être loués à la marina d'Eastport qui se trouve directement sur l'eau.

Christmas Family Getaway

The cottage was just as described. The only downfall was the parking, but there is a large parking lot just up the hill. We had a fantastic time.

Pam was so accommodating to our stay. We really enjoyed the cabin and how close we were to the lake and boat accesses. Plenty of room for our 9 person team and coaches. If you are looking for a wedding venue as well. The Riverton is a beautiful place where this cabin is located. Appreciate the ease of communication from the owners. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in as a team.

Riverton Gem

We had a fantastic, relaxing stay as a family at this rental. Pam was extremely responsive and responded to messages in moments. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The view could not be beat; I felt like I was drinking my morning coffee on the water with how the house is built. This property is so versatile. The double bunks upstairs are great for a large group, and the downstairs bedrooms are great for a couples trip. The event center on the property looked amazing as well. This will be our new go to for our weekends at the lake!

Home away from home for a few days

This property provided a nice place to rest and rejuvenate while we worked on a project a few minutes away. We had everything we needed and Pam was responsive to all questions and calls.

Nice place. But not kept up

The cutting board and griddle had old food on them. There were spider webs everywhere. The listing said they had a grill. The grate was completely rusted out. Only 1 TV. None in bedroom. Some kind of animal is living in the wall. It kept us up most of the night.

Fantastic place

Great place, bigger inside then what it looks like on outside. Mayflies and spiders where horrible outside definitely needs sprayed. Inside was plenty big enough. Only downfall was the parking space says 3 cars but only 2 could fit. There was extra parking but man is that a hike especially up a steep hill. Other then that everything was perfect! Definitely would stay again!

Cabin is beautiful. Directly across from the water. Views were amazing. There is no lawn for children to play. Up the hill where the venue is, there is a lawn and that is where the pier looking thing overlooking the water is. Everything else was absolutely amazing!

Beautiful Views!!!

Absolutely beautiful views. The interior is very cute. The house was clean but could use a little deep cleaning upkeep. Definitely not a rental if you have a boat. The drive is very steep. All in all we would definitely stay again.

Amazing view from the house of Pickwick Lake.

Great place to stay, the owner was awesome and very accommodating. The house was very nice, they had a big parking lot up the hill for the boats. If you have boats though, the driveway is extremely steep and you park the boats in a big flat parking lot above the house. Everything is very safe, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and actually never locked anything. The walk from the house to the lot on the hill for the boats is a workout! You will definitely get your exercise just doing that alone. There was power to charge batteries up in the lot, but being a long extension cord. Just know that the driveway is really steep, the boats will drag coming out on the road if you don’t get the right angle, great parking up the hill. Very nice place to stay, the driveway was the only thing that wasn’t good. (For boats)

Nice place, convenient boat launching

Interior is nice, lots of sleeping area. Can park 2 vehicles close to cabin, no boat. Boat parks up hill where there is charging and plenty of room. Main road is between cabin and lake 30 feet away, some traffic but not a lot of noise. Overall pretty quiet. Boat ramp is very convenient and is setup to launch 2 boats at once. I did not see a place to clean fish with a hose. Pam is easy to work with. I called her with questions and she immediately supplied solutions.
