Été nager et faire du bateau avec quai privé et barbecue au propane sur le pont du lac. Location de bateaux sont disponibles dans les marinas locales. Il y a beaucoup de choix de restaurants sur le lac pour s'y rendre en voiture ou en bateau!

Profitez du riche feuillage d'automne et de la cueillette et de l'antiquité des pommes locales.

L'hiver est magnifique!Retour à un feu de cheminée dans la cheminée en pierre après une journée de ski local et de tubes de neige à Mountain Creek, Mount Peter ou Stirling Mt. Amusez-vous à faire du patin à glace et de la motoneige sur le lac !!
Juste une heure de sites et d'attractions de New York. À distance de marche du bus de New York. Woodbury Commons outlet à proximité. Le Festival de la Renaissance à proximité de Tuxedo. Mt. Sentier des Appalaches a une grande randonnée. Excellents restaurants! Il a tout!

We are in a residential area in the Town of Warwick. Guests need to be considerate to residents in neighboring homes. Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Littering is illegal and all guests are subject to NY Penal Code section 240.20 or any statue regarding disorderly conduct.

Cozy Weekend Getaway

My partner and I stayed here for a quiet weekend getaway and it was perfect. The home was cozy and welcoming. Enjoyed the snow fall and picturesque view of the frozen lake. Would definitely book again.

Wow! Nice place right on the Lake. We’d come again!There was one issue with the Clothes Washing Machine. The front loader door and soap dispenser should ALWAYS be left open after use! The result of not following this rule of thumb is gross mold!The owner should be made aware that the front dockside cleat on the boat is loose and should be repaired ASAP.

Great stay!

Lakefront House on Greenwood Lake is awesome. We were in town to visit Watchtower Headquarters in Warwick. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication was Jody was quick. We enjoyed the lake so much! We look forward to returning again.

Very clean, beautiful home with great lake views

We came for the weekend with my parents for a little ski get away. This place was very clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels, and had amazing lake views. Jody was great with check-in process and communicating. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Visiting family nearby

This was a very comfortable well equipped home with plenty of room for relaxing, dining and parking. The view of the lake was beautiful and it was close to hiking trails as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Very quiet during our stay in early May.

Perfect lil get away

We loved this house! It’s a great spot on greenwood lake. Very easy to find. We rented a boat and had a great few days. And so did the dog!

My husband, Ira and I are New Yorkers. He grew up in the Bronx near Yankee Stadium and I grew up in Mount Vernon. As a child, Ira's family would spent summers in the Catskills and he had a special memory of being in a motorized boat with his Dad and friends on a beautiful, grand lake. When our kids were about that age, he drove us to find 'the lake' and we did!

The moment we stepped foot on the deck and took in the incredible view of the lake, we fell in love. To this day, the deck is our favorite part of the house. It is so peaceful and lovely.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Along with these views, it is a very functional, easy house. The open floor plan downstairs, makes it very comfortable for visiting, sharing a meal or a movie and just hanging out. The three bedrooms upstairs are roomy with views of the lake.
We are so excited that we have been able to remodel both bathrooms, the kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets and appliances and hardwood floors downstairs!!
