This is a fantastic property with a private beach on the lake. The house is perfect. One family lived downstairs while two of us lived upstairs. It’s very quiet and exceptionally clean. There are good local restaurants with a short drive to Warwick for a grocery store. We would definitely recommend this house.

It's a beautiful house and very spacious. Pristine condition.Lots of lake toys which the kids took full advantage of.Owners were very accommodating and responsive, made us feel welcome. Had a great week with family and friends.

Spacious and New

Spacious and new this beautiful VRBO sits atop a hill, with an interesting view of Greenwood Lake and it's surrounding Appalachian Trail Village. It is bright and airy with many modern comforts. The bed was very comfortable and the pool table and power recliners were a hit. The owners are very kind and professional to communicate with.

Lovely House

Great house for family. Grandparents stayed in master bedroom on first floor. Two adults and grandchildren stayed in 2 bedrooms in basement. Wonderful living area on main floor with large windows highlighting views of lake. Great kitchen. A little skimpy on utensils. Owners were great.

Good time had by all!

Lots of space, indoors & out.Very clean & tidy. Kitchen well stocked & organized.Outdoor grill worked fine. Great location. Well off the road, lake views & walking distance to lovely local shops & churches.We had great weather so did not have use for the cool “rec room/bar” downstairs.Would definitely like to return with my kayak & SUP as access to the lake is out front.It was a terrific family wedding celebration/Easter weekend.Thank you Dan.

Beautiful space.

Stayed with family for my 60th bday. The Valentine's are wonderful hosts. The home itself is pristine. They left me lovely flowers a card and bottle of wine from a local winery. Very well stocked kitchen, and wood burning fireplace. Pool table and bar, rec room area. Master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. Plenty of local wineries and eateries. Soup to nuts great experience.

The house is beautiful and airy. It contained everything and more that we needed for the weekend. The view of the lake from the living room is stunning. Dan, the host, was helpful and responded to our texts quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely fabulous!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Very thoughtful amenities, tons of room and spectacular views. Very comfortable beds and couches! Just note that the entrance to the driveway is on the main Rd (Sterling Rd) not Brier Hill Rd.

Great little town, house

Stayed here with some family for a nearby wedding. House was clean, had everything you would expect. It’s a real cute town (we went in October and the weather and colors were unbelievable) with some fun local taverns and restaurants.

Perfect for our Legoland birthday trip!

We rented this property for our son's birthday weekend and a trip to Legoland. It was perfect for us. There was so much space, the view was beautiful, the owner was easy to get in touch with and it was only a 20 minute drive to Legoland. Great house for groups and for families. Thanks!

Little Getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean! We came to Greenwood Lake for a quick vacation with my family. The kids and adults had a great time. The view of the lake was beautiful. We loved the Emerald Point restaurant right down the road.

Wonderful

If you are looking for comfort, and home away from home this is the perfect place. Host family is great. We have cadets at Westpoint and this was perfect for our family and allowed us the ability to provide a relaxing environment close to post. Looking forward to returning. Kitchen fully equipped, pictures are accurate.

Fantastic Property Management

We had a very nice 2-night stay. Our trip was a low-key bachelor/bachelorette combined weekend. We were so impressed with the property owners! The refrigerator stopped working unexpectedly (it was new, clean and well taken care of), and one of the owners replied to me within minutes and was there within 20 minutes to check out the fridge. When all else failed, a brand new one was personally installed the next morning!! We were very happy to say the least, as that avoided a potential major glitch in our weekend. The house was very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this property and the owners for any type of stay.

Fantastic stay

House was just as pictured. Everything was clean and as stated and there were backups of everything. Really loved the billiards table and the location was phenomenal. It really is a beautiful house and great location. Communication with property was managers was great and check in was super easy. Thanks for a great stay and will definitely be coming back!

Great Family Getaway

We came to the property with our two young children, ages 3 and 5, and we all had a great time! The home was immaculate and lots of space to run and play. We went tubing at nearby Mt. Peter twice which was perfectly located. We would definitely come back!

Great Weekend Getaway!

The beautiful decor and breathtaking view of the wintry landscape make for a very, relaxing stay. The house has so much to offer ( fireplace, pool table, multiple seating areas) and is impeccably clean. Close to the winery for a great day trip. Wonderful rental!
