La maison entiÚrement meublée bénéficie de beaucoup de lumiÚre, d'un salon / salle à manger ouvert avec une cheminée à gaz, d'un coin petit-déjeuner pittoresque et d'un bar avec cuisine (avec dessus en noyer). ainsi que blanchisserie, téléviseurs intelligents, WIFI et une terrasse couverte donnant sur les espaces verts.(à partir de laquelle on peut voir réguliÚrement des cerfs). Il offre 4 chambres et dort pour 10-12.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© familiale est situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme et privĂ© avec un accĂšs facile Ă  l’UniversitĂ©, aux parcs et sentiers locaux ainsi qu’aux nombreux sites de loisirs en plein air de la rĂ©gion, notamment des sentiers de VTT et de randonnĂ©e, des ruisseaux et des lacs, ainsi qu’au domaine skiable de Snowy Range.

The host was easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout our whole stay. The home was perfect for our two families and had plenty of space. It was clean and made for a cozy place to hang out after skiing all day. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time staying at this home. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The house is very well maintained and definitely warm and cozy. Plenty of room for ten people to stretch out and relax. We will definitely stay here again and would quickly recommend to others! This is a great house with great hosts—everything you could possibly need!

Sid made sure we had everything we needed, again! We have stayed here before and knew it was very clean, comfy and could sleep 11 comfortably...also very close to the University of Wyoming.

Sid and Sandy provided a beautiful home with easy access to all that is great about Laramie. They communicated regularly and checked in to ensure everything was going well. This was our second stay, and we will book this home again!

Wonderful stay - super hosts!

Beautiful, well appointed & spacious home! We were in Laramie for a large family gathering and fortunate to have found this place. Syd & Sandy went above and beyond to meet our every need. Best VRBO So Far

We rent 3-4 VRBO properties per year and this was by far the most accurately represented and up to date rental that we have stayed in. My family of 7 stayed for a ski vacation over Christmas break and this house was perfect! We will be back.

Beautiful home

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with all the essentials and many thoughtful extra touches. This property is an absolute gem! My grandsons especially loved the stunning deer which walk right up by the house to graze. There is plenty of room for a large family to all stay together, and the lovely basement rec room even has a large table - perfect for game nights!!

Best place to stay in Laramie!

This was the second time we stayed in this beautiful home that is perfect for our family for the weekend...three bedrooms with comfy beds for the adults and a large room with multiple beds for the teenagers. Plus a nice big living room and a family room for the kids to hang out in. Hosts are very communicative and welcoming. Close to the college, also.

Great clean comfortable home

We had a group of seven adults. All of them were very comfortable in separate bedrooms. All of the necessities were supplied. It made our experience staying there for my daughters graduation. Fantastic. There are separate living rooms, so everybody could spread out. The patios were nice. Lots of space for everybody to hang out play cards and foosball.

Another fantastic stay

This is starting to feel like home away from home. Clean, well-stocked, nice neighborhood, and perfect for our family getaway. We travel to Laramie with 3 generations and there is plenty of room for everyone. We will be back!

Fantastic Property and Owners

We have stayed at Sid and Sandy's property quite a few times now and is the main place we look for when in the Laramie area. The house is very accommodating and has all of the amenities you would expect to find in your own home. Sid and Sandy are great hosts and respond very fast if you have any issues. If you are ever in the Laramie area and this house is available I would jump at the opportunity!!

Awesome Family Home

This house was the perfect place for our large extended family to stay at while we were in Laramie to go to the UW football game. Super clean, spacious yet cozy and in a great neighborhood not far from UW. Communication with the owners was outstanding and the check in process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Great Place to Stay!

Much like other reviews, this place exceeded expectations. Perfect place for my family of 6 and another family of 5 to stay during our ski trip. Super clean and very nice amenities. Location is good. Our kids liked seeing the neighborhood deer. Owners are very good with communication and expectations. I would not hesitate in booking a return trip.

The owners worked very well with us ensuring we had a place to stay for my daughter’s graduation.

The owner’s were very accommodating. We were unsure of dates and they went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful place to celebrate. Check in was easy, manual was helpful and we had a great time.

We are recently retired and live in Laramie part of the year to be close to the mountains and our daughter and her family. With our family we enjoy biking, hiking, picnicking, hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing (especially moose) and both Alpine and Nordic skiing, Teaching grandkids to fish is about as good as it gets. We also enjoy some of the numerous area events; including outdoor, cultural and artisan focused.

Sandy grew up in Steamboat Springs. I grew up in Kansas. We met while I was a seasonal Forest Service worker. We have been in Kansas for the last 40 or so years; me as a Professor of Outdoor Recreation at K-State, and Sandy as the Chief Financial Officer for the Kansas 4-H Foundation. We did try to get out West as often as possible; and were fortunate to own and operate the marina at Steamboat Lake in Colorado for six seasons.

So now we spend part of the year in Kansas, near to our son and his family and part of the year in Laramie, close to our daughter and her family....a good deal all-around.

Creative carpentry is a hobby for me. Sandy's go-to hobby is creative sewing and quilting. You will see some evidence of these interests in our home. We hope you enjoy it. We certainly do.

We think you will like it for the same reasons we do:
We like the quiet location, the greenspace in the back, and its proximity to parks, golf and UW. Everything we like to do outdoors is within 25 minutes.
We've upgraded a lot; doing much of it ourselves (remodeled kitchen, new fireplace and tile floor in living room, added AC; Sandy added new curtains and bedspreads, and a quilt or two.)
We've got more we want to do, but each step is an improvement and is also designed to make your stay more pleasant.
