PROMO MAI JUIN - Château viticole 19ème siècle au coeur du vignoble. PISCINE&SPA

Suite aux derniers évènements (COVID 19) et pour apporter notre petite contribution afin d’améliorer vos vacances après le confinement, La Baronnerie a réduit ses tarifs à titre exceptionnel pour les mois de juin, juillet, août et septembre 2020. Nous assurons évidemment une demeure parfaitement nettoyée entre chaque séjours.
Demeure de charme isolée au milieu des vignes, située à 25mn au nord de Bordeaux(Unesco), 20mn de Blaye (Unesco/Bac), 30mn de St Emilion(Unesco), 1h de Royan(Bac), 1h15 d'Arcachon et de la dune du Pyla.
Prestations de qualité pour un séjour très agréable au cour duquel vous pourrez profiter au calme de la piscine et du jacuzzi extérieur.
Terrasse ombragée et abritée avec salon jardin et BBQ pour des soirées en famille. Second jardin plein sud, clôturé avec partie ombragée.
Cour intérieure pavée avec second salon jardin et store banne.

Le Château possède tout le confort indispensable :

• 5 chambres spacieuses (12 couchages), aux noms évoquant des cépages du terroir disposant chacune de sa salle de douche ou de bain. Deux lits parapluie pour bébés (sur demande), et un lit d’appoint, draps fournis. 8 WC.
• Autres équipements : Lave-linge, sèche-linge, frigo , congélateurs, fer à repasser.
• Grande cuisine ouverte avec bar disposant de tout le matériel nécessaire : Four, lave-vaisselle, piano de cuisson, four micro-onde, cafetière à filtres, bouilloire, grille-pain...
• Grande salle à manger : disposant d’une grande table pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, vaisselle complète et une cheminée fonctionnelle pour flambées conviviales.
• Vaste salon tout équipé.
• WIFI
• Vélos pour balades dans le vignoble.
Une caution (non encaissée) de 1500€ vous sera demandée à votre arrivée, restituée dans les 8 jours après votre départ après état des lieux.

Le Château La Baronnerie produit aussi des vins de très haute qualité, visite possible des chais et dégustation.

Lovely Chateau

The pictures do not due it justice, a lovely house and surrounding gardens and pool. It's got everything and Marie couldn't have been more accommodating, hugely recommend, we'll be back.

Beautiful chateau

We had a fanrastic stay in this gorgeous house. Plenty space inside and outside for our family group of 10. The pool was brilliant and much appreciated on the hot days. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would love to return. Highly recommend.

Summer holiday

Excellent holiday destination for people of all ages - very relaxing and an interesting place in the middle of a vineyard. Lovely pool area. Need a car to access and to visit anywhere, including local shops.

Just what the doctor ordered

We were looking for a relaxed, isolated break after a stressful few months and the property more than delivered. It's a fantastic property, with a great pool in a secluded location - but easy to get to and vineyards to visit if you're so minded. We could easily have stayed for a month

Two weeks - Great stay

North wing 2 bedrooms (where family slept), South wing 3/4 bedrooms (where friends and family slept). Book Kristiene to cook dinner and take the night off, she is incredible, thanks to her, she made it a fantastic stay. 4 full dinners cooked, wish it had been more! Great location, great hosts. Fabulous

We visited as 2 families and the house was absolutely perfect. One family in the main house, another in the wing. Masses of space, brilliantly equipped kitchen, great size pool and loads of outdoor space. Only wish we'd booked 2 weeks rather than just the 1.

What a great house for friends or a large family. Bedrooms all a good size and comfortable. And there is lots of space inside and outsideSome of the bathrooms are a bit dated but what a luxury for every room to be ensuite. It was all very clean and tidy. It is in a very quiet location and the nearest shop, bakery, bar is a 30 min walk away through the vineyard (just 5 mins by car)There are at least two working wineries within walking distance and we visited both. I’d hardly recommend them. The pool was lovely tooMarie-Helene was a great host and very responsive when we did need anything .

Beautiful property in a wonderful location with lovely hosts

The Chateau is a stunning property in a stunning location a few hundred metres from Cezac and only a couple of kilometres from Cavignac for all the usual amenities. The location really has to be seen to be believed with vineyards literally right outside the door. Cezac is a small sleepy village so the location is also very peaceful. The Chateau is beautifully furnished and was incredibly comfortable for our group of 12 with ages ranging from 1 to 86. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cater for a large group. Outdoors the covered seating area is lovely and very useful to get some shade during the really hot parts of the day. The pool is ideal for cooling off and having a bit of fun with the family. There are plenty pf toys and inflatables already there along with pumps to inflate them. There are multiple barbeques - the one cleverly made from an old water tank got the most use by us as we were a large group. Clothes washing was very well catered for with two washing machines, two driers and plenty of room to hang the washing outside. Bikes are provided and we made good use of them to cycle into Cavignac each day to get the croissants and bread from one of the three boulangeries and the younger members of the crew also used then to cycle to a bar in Cavignac once or twice. As for the hosts Marie and her husband, they couldn't have been better. In the first few days we had one or two very minor issues but they were there within minutes to sort them out. They were also very helpful on the last day of our stay when we had a bit of a medical emergency to deal with - nothing too serious but their help was greatly appreciated. All in all, this is a beautiful property to stay at in a wonderful location with lovely hosts. I cannot praise it enough. Very highly recommended.

Superb property conveniently located near Bordeaux

We based ourselves here for a Jeu de Paume tournament in Mérignac, Bordeaux. The Property is well appointed with 5-double en-suite rooms and kitchen & dining facilities were great for catering for 10 of us. Would definitely stay here again
