Profitez d'une vue imprenable Ă  chaque saison sans autre maison en vue! Sentez-vous comme si vous Ă©tiez Ă  des kilomĂštres de tout avec la commoditĂ© d'un Walmart Ă  seulement 10 minutes. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est complĂštement entourĂ©e par la forĂȘt nationale de Pike et dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e afin que vous puissiez vous dĂ©lecter du calme et de la tranquillitĂ© des montagnes.

Notre petite ville regorge de sentiers de randonnĂ©e et de pistes cyclables Ă  quelques minutes de votre porte. AccĂšs facile au rĂ©servoir Rampart ou Ă  l’un des rĂ©servoirs de Pikes Peak pour la pĂȘche, le kayak ou tout simplement pour passer une journĂ©e au bord de l’eau. Woodland Park a un nouveau centre aquatique intĂ©rieur pour nager ou emmener les enfants passer une journĂ©e amusante dans leur centre d’activitĂ©s aquatiques et leur riviĂšre paresseuse. À seulement 90 minutes des pistes de ski, de la motoneige, du rafting et bien plus encore.

Notre maison dispose d'un plancher chauffant et de deux cheminĂ©es Ă  bois pour vous garder au chaud quelle que soit la mĂ©tĂ©o! Besoin d'un peu d'Ă©chauffement? Hop dans le bain Ă  remous juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la suite principale avec une vue incroyable et un grand ciel ouvert pour regarder les Ă©toiles. Nous n'avons pas de climatisation en raison de la haute altitude et du climat incroyable de notre rĂ©gion. Il suffit d'ouvrir vos fenĂȘtres et de profiter de l'air pur de la montagne!

Notre petite cabane hors rĂ©seau peut ĂȘtre une expĂ©rience excitante pour les enfants et les adultes! NichĂ© dans les arbres, derriĂšre un rocher gĂ©ant, au milieu d'un bosquet de trembles. L'endroit idĂ©al pour un moment de calme, de dĂ©votion ou de mĂ©ditation, ou pour une aventure amusante d'une nuit! Dispose d'un lit double dans la zone principale et de deux lits jumeaux dans le grenier.

Great stay at this beautiful private home. The house has everything you could think of, and the host, Rebekah, is very informative and responds quickly. The home is at a high altitude, which can cause altitude sickness, but Rebekah provides plenty of information before the stay to help guests prepare and hopefully prevent it. My only critique would be adding another TV in the largest gathering area, as it can be difficult to accommodate 16 people with only two TVs, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the master en suite. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Family Vacation in the Mountains!!

This house was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend choosing here to stay! We had 14 people (8 adults, 3 teens & 3 children) and everyone fit perfectly! The house layout is great, Mountain views are unbeatable, kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need, location is prime and not far from so many places to explore! If you are looking for A large and beautiful home in the mountains for your trip, book this!!

Lovely getaway

Our book club came and stayed here for a weekend and had such a wonderful time! The space allowed for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably with just a couple rooms of sharing beds. The views really can't be beat. Rebekah was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful trip

We had a wonderful time in Colorado. The location is spectacular. It felt very private and yet so close to town. The house was better than the pictures, it had everything you could want. Very clean, well maintained and very beautiful.

We had a group of 15 family members stay for a long weekend. The house and the views were both spectacular! We had everything we needed - lots of comfy beds, couches, well outfitted kitchen, etc. we would stay here again for the privacy and the views!

Awesome House

We had a wonderful time in the area. The house was great and we really appreciate Rebekah for sharing her home with my family. There is a gas station and Walmart nearby which made it easier to get basic needs. Once again, thank you very much and we hope to go back soon.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week, this was out family vacation which included myself, my husband our three adult children and our three grandchildren. The location was great to see all the touristy things in the area. The house and property itself was awesome. It was well stocked in the kitchen for our cooking. The house was roomy everyone had plenty of space. The three grandchildren loved the triple bunk beds. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful surroundings

The house was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts provided everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect with a view of Pikes Peak. You are very close to town so getting groceries was a breeze. We will definitely remember this vacation with fond memories.

MI & TX Reunion

The 11 of us enjoyed our stay! Everything we could need to make our stay amazing. The accommodations are top notch and clean. The view is beautiful! The host is responsive with helpful information. Highlights of the trip were Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, fireworks in Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, and Manitou Springs. Having Walmart close by was a bonus so we could cook up meals in the well stocked kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return if we are in the area.

Family trip; August 2024

Our family of 12 loved this house. The house was very clean, well stocked, had plenty of room for all of us, and of course had amazing views. There is a renter in part of the house, but we never saw them. There is a lot to do that is not too far from the house, but we also enjoyed our time right in the house. We went into the hot tub every night. The renter answered every question that I had in a very timely manner.

Very nice! Very clean!

We rent quite a few nice homes throughout the year but this one became my favorite within the first day. It’s location is remote, but just 15min or less from groceries, Starbucks and arts/crafts stores. The view of Pikes peak is very nice to wake up to every morning. What set this apart though, is how clean the home was. It felt like we were at home here! This will be the first place we try to book on our future Colorado adventures.

It was absolutely gorgeous! The whole family enjoyed it so much. As we are from Ohio, we we aren’t used to such drives up the mountain. LOL Our daughter got married up at another VRBO higher up the same road and it was very convenient to be so close. We would definitely consider renting this home again! Lovely place, again thank you.

This home was beautiful with a breathtaking view of Pike's Peak.

Everything we needed was provided here. The kitchen was the most well-stocked one I have ever used. The bedrooms were comfortable and great for the children in our group. Our only problem was the Wi-Fi. It was out most of the time. We had to use a hot spot to get any sevice.

Most amazing place we have ever stayed

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The view of Pikes Peak was beyond words. Pictures do not do it justice. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked - it had everything we needed down to spices and flour! There was apply space for our family. Numerous bathrooms. Wonderful outdoor space. The location is perfect - so close to many attractions. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive. She got back to me within minutes of any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 😃

My husband and I built this home in 2014 for us and our six children. We were both born and raised in the area. Currently our 3 oldest children live close by in Colorado Springs and our 3 youngest are still living at home. We love living in the mountains and would be honored to share our home with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We developed this neighborhood alongside my husband’s parents and sisters. His parents acquired the land in the 70’s and were told nothing could be built on it because of the steep terrain. It took Luke 4 years to build the road in his off time from the fire department and another year to build the house. We finished the house in 2014 and two of his sisters have since built their homes just up the road, so we have the most amazing neighbors!
