Belle maison personnalisée dans les contreforts de Pikes Peak! À seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Woodland Park, à 15 minutes de l’autoroute à péage de Pikes Peak et à 25 minutes de Colorado Springs.

Profitez d'une vue imprenable à chaque saison sans autre maison en vue! Sentez-vous comme si vous étiez à des kilomètres de tout avec la commodité d'un Walmart à seulement 10 minutes. Cette propriété est complètement entourée par la forêt nationale de Pike et dans une communauté fermée afin que vous puissiez vous délecter du calme et de la tranquillité des montagnes.

Notre petite ville regorge de sentiers de randonnée et de pistes cyclables à quelques minutes de votre porte. Accès facile au réservoir Rampart ou à l’un des réservoirs de Pikes Peak pour la pêche, le kayak ou tout simplement pour passer une journée au bord de l’eau. Woodland Park a un nouveau centre aquatique intérieur pour nager ou emmener les enfants passer une journée amusante dans leur centre d’activités aquatiques et leur rivière paresseuse. À seulement 90 minutes des pistes de ski, de la motoneige, du rafting et bien plus encore.

Notre maison dispose d'un plancher chauffant et de deux cheminées à bois pour vous garder au chaud quelle que soit la météo! Besoin d'un peu d'échauffement? Hop dans le bain à remous juste à côté de la suite principale avec une vue incroyable et un grand ciel ouvert pour regarder les étoiles. Nous n'avons pas de climatisation en raison de la haute altitude et du climat incroyable de notre région. Il suffit d'ouvrir vos fenêtres et de profiter de l'air pur de la montagne!

Notre petite cabane hors réseau peut être une expérience excitante pour les enfants et les adultes! Niché dans les arbres, derrière un rocher géant, au milieu d'un bosquet de trembles. L'endroit idéal pour un moment de calme, de dévotion ou de méditation, ou pour une aventure amusante d'une nuit! Dispose d'un lit double dans la zone principale et de deux lits jumeaux dans le grenier.

Great stay at this beautiful private home. The house has everything you could think of, and the host, Rebekah, is very informative and responds quickly. The home is at a high altitude, which can cause altitude sickness, but Rebekah provides plenty of information before the stay to help guests prepare and hopefully prevent it. My only critique would be adding another TV in the largest gathering area, as it can be difficult to accommodate 16 people with only two TVs, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the master en suite. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Our family loved this house. Away from civilization, city lights and right at 8500 feet. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak (snow-capped in October), a wonderful hot tub off the master suite to see the Milky Way illuminated, and a spacious house with the key amenities to make a dynamic Colorado trip possible. 20 minutes from everything...Pikes Peak and the COG Railway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and less than ten minutes from restaurants, groceries, and the Donut Mill to get the 5-lb cinnamon roll. Great communication with the owners and simple check-in and check-out. If we're back to Colorado Springs int the future, I'd stay here again and again.

Wonderful trip

Lovely getaway

Our book club came and stayed here for a weekend and had such a wonderful time! The space allowed for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably with just a couple rooms of sharing beds. The views really can't be beat. Rebekah was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation in the Mountains!!

This house was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend choosing here to stay! We had 14 people (8 adults, 3 teens & 3 children) and everyone fit perfectly! Awesome House

We had a wonderful time in the area. The house was great and we really appreciate Rebekah for sharing her home with my family. There is a gas station and Walmart nearby which made it easier to get basic needs. Once again, thank you very much and we hope to go back soon.

Beautiful surroundings

The house was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts provided everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect with a view of Pikes Peak. You are very close to town so getting groceries was a breeze. We will definitely remember this vacation with fond memories.

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week, this was out family vacation which included myself, my husband our three adult children and our three grandchildren. The location was great to see all the touristy things in the area. The house and property itself was awesome. It was well stocked in the kitchen for our cooking. The house was roomy everyone had plenty of space. The three grandchildren loved the triple bunk beds. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would definitely come back.

MI & TX Reunion

The 11 of us enjoyed our stay! Everything we could need to make our stay amazing. The accommodations are top notch and clean. The view is beautiful! The host is responsive with helpful information. Highlights of the trip were Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, fireworks in Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, and Manitou Springs. Having Walmart close by was a bonus so we could cook up meals in the well stocked kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return if we are in the area.

Family trip; August 2024

Our family of 12 loved this house. The house was very clean, well stocked, had plenty of room for all of us, and of course had amazing views. There is a renter in part of the house, but we never saw them. There is a lot to do that is not too far from the house, but we also enjoyed our time right in the house. We went into the hot tub every night. The renter answered every question that I had in a very timely manner.

Very nice! Very clean!

We rent quite a few nice homes throughout the year but this one became my favorite within the first day. It’s location is remote, but just 15min or less from groceries, Starbucks and arts/crafts stores. The view of Pikes peak is very nice to wake up to every morning. What set this apart though, is how clean the home was. It felt like we were at home here! This will be the first place we try to book on our future Colorado adventures.

This home was beautiful with a breathtaking view of Pike's Peak.

Everything we needed was provided here. The kitchen was the most well-stocked one I have ever used. The bedrooms were comfortable and great for the children in our group. Our only problem was the Wi-Fi. It was out most of the time. We had to use a hot spot to get any sevice.

My husband and I built this home in 2014 for us and our six children. We were both born and raised in the area. Currently our 3 oldest children live close by in Colorado Springs and our 3 youngest are still living at home. We love living in the mountains and would be honored to share our home with you!

We developed this neighborhood alongside my husband’s parents and sisters. His parents acquired the land in the 70’s and were told nothing could be built on it because of the steep terrain. It took Luke 4 years to build the road in his off time from the fire department and another year to build the house. We finished the house in 2014 and two of his sisters have since built their homes just up the road, so we have the most amazing neighbors!
