Spectaculaire Pinecone Lodge Maison de 2 chambres au coeur de Arrowhead Village

Cette charmante résidence au rez-de-chaussée est dotée d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un coin repas et d'un salon spacieux avec une cheminée à gaz, ainsi que de télévisions intelligentes. Les clients ont également accès à deux patios spacieux avec barbecue à gaz et parking souterrain pour une voiture. Un parking supplémentaire pour les véhicules supplémentaires est disponible directement en face du Pinecone Lodge.

La configuration des chambres pour la propriété est la suivante:

Chambre principale avec lit King, salle de bain adjacente
Chambre d'amis avec un très grand lit double (ou deux lits jumeaux), salle de bain attenante Jack et Jill.

Grâce à sa proximité avec Arrowhead Lift à moins de 5 minutes à pied sur des passerelles chauffées au cœur de Arrowhead Village, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine commune et des bains à remous, disponibles en été et en hiver. Pendant l'hiver, les clients peuvent skier dans les villages de Bachelor Gulch et de Beaver Creek dans le cadre de l'expérience de ski de village à village. De plus, vous bénéficiez d'un accès gratuit à la navette Dial-a-Ride, qui dessert chaque village de Beaver Creek Resort.

Cette résidence comprend un service de ménage d'un jour sur deux pour les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. Les lits sont faits, les poubelles sont enlevées, les salles de bain sont nettoyées, les serviettes rafraîchies, la cuisine est entretenue et toutes les surfaces et les robinets restent étincelants. Veuillez noter que les services de ménage ne sont pas prévus les jours fériés importants.

Excellent location and warm, great place to stay.

Nicely decorated and furnished with all the kitchen necessities. The management was also so responsive. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place! A little farther from the lift than expected.

It was a little farther from the lift than expected. And arrowhead was the furthest mountain from Bevercreek. We still enjoyed ourselves though! Will be back!

Ski Vacation 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this lovely 2 bedroom. It was very comfortable, great beds and wonderful to have the extra room. This place was as clean as any I've stayed in and that is saying something. It was also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. You never know what to expect with regard to these things, so I always come prepared, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition, the kitchen had everything you might need including spices, salt, pepper, some coffee, sugar packets, hot chocolate etc. We like to buy or order groceries and make our own meals and the kitchen was well suited for this. They also had a gallon of water in the closet that was handy due to our late arrival that we used until we could get our groceries. The only negative is the lift was not running due to the lack of snow, so we had to take the bus over. It was also not quite as close to the hot tub and pool as the last place we rent, but other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely rent it again, especially if there is more snow :).

Kitchen very well-equipped. Small issues with appliances and aging mattresses in second bedroom. Dishwasher only worked if we pushed the door in VERY hard and sometimes still didn't work; it also didn't get dishes fully clean. Washing machine spin cycle not working properly; clothes at bottom of machine were still soaked with water even after running the spin cycle twice. Dryer squeaks like a squeaky mouse wheel while running. Twin mattresses were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable; they need to be replaced. Other than these small issues, this condo was a delight! Very comfortable and well-equipped.

We've been skiing in Beaver Creek for over 20 years. Due to COVID restrictions, we spent much more time in the condo, cooking and generally just hanging out, than we have in the past, and this condo made that extra time very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Pinecone 106.

Great location; ok experience

The location of the condo was to be expected and great. The condo itself was easy to get to and clean. However, there was no A/C and the beds a bit uncomfy which made good sleep really difficult to get. The main issue is with the leasing company and/or owner. We have a service animal and it seems more cumebrsome than in past experience to get the OK to have the animal. And then, on the morning of the last day, was contacted by the leasing company saying they received a complain of a dog barking and needed to resolve the issue. There were dogs in the condo building behind us barking all the time. I never complained but I bet that's the barking someone heard and then complained of. To be accused of that, bothered on our stay, and just not met with a warm personality was just not a great experience. It's hard enough getting my mom out with her dog, so when we do, we do not want to be hassled all the time. Won't be staying with a condo again under the management of this company.

Great condo. Major complaint is the long distance to the hot tub, which was servicing a very large complex of condos and was always full. Not cool. Even walked all the way there in the freezing cold and had to turn back home without using the facility due to overcrowding.
