Your stay begins in our heated underground parking garage, where luggage carts and elevators ensure a smooth arrival. Inside, this luxury condo greets you with elegant furnishings and premium amenities throughout. The main level also features a master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full bathroom. Upstairs, the second floor offers a versatile layout, featuring a cozy bunk room (2 bunks = 4 beds) in the loft and a flexible space with a sleeper sofa, both sharing a thoughtfully designed bathroom. Note: As part of a close-knit community, we value peaceful surroundings. The condo`s layout, with sliding doors and an open loft design, creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for families who appreciate togetherness while respecting neighboring residents.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the garage. If you must smoke during your stay, please do so outside by stepping out the front door and finding a designated area. Please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.

SKI LOCKERS. We ask that you utilize ski locker #308 in the garage level of the building, on the side opposite the garage door. This is a great place to get ready for the ski day, plus store your gear over night. See NO SKI GEAR INSIDE below.

NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please do not bring pets into the home any time.

PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: one vehicle in the parking garage, and additional vehicles in the Arrowhead Parking Lot. Vehicles parked in underground garage must display the Aspenwood parking pass (red) at all times.

QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This helps maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of our community.

FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. To ensure the comfort and safety of the neighborhood, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots before entering the condo. The ski lockers in the garage should be utilized for storing boots and other ski or outdoor gear.

TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins (garbage under sink, recycling in stainless bin). Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.

RESPECT FOR PROPERTY. Kindly treat the property with care. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.

We loved Jason’s condo. It was beautiful and so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Communication with Jason was easy and he was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous visit at this property. The location was great and close to many activities. The property manager was responsive to all of our questions and requests. The unit was well appointed and clean. It had a generous supply of household items (tp, laundry soap, dish soap, etc). We would definitely visit again.

Perfect location for our ski week at Beaver Creek!Just about 150 steps from door to ski lift, with soaring great room windows, modern decor, comfortable furniture and everything the extended stay travelers could want, this condo ticked all the items on our list! Check-in/-out were a breeze
Jason and his team were responsive and friendly. We all felt like welcome guests in a home! Kitchen had top-notch appliances and was so well-stocked with everything we could need. (Need I mention the heated toilet seat in the master bath? Heaven!)The Arrowhead neighborhood is a quiet, upscale area away from the frenzy of ski crowds but with its own shuttle, high-speed lift and apres-ski bar and fire pit, it feels like its own bespoke ski resort with all the access of the big mountain. This is our third
and favorite
Arrowhead vacation rental. Best place to stay for a Beaver Creek vacation!
