NichĂ© au cƓur de la fraĂźche forĂȘt nationale de Coconino, entre le Grand Canyon et le Snow Bowl de Flagstaff, dans l'unitĂ© 7E; vous choisissez de faire votre nid dans le chalet confortable ou d'explorer les bois et les sentiers de la forĂȘt qui borde la propriĂ©tĂ© des deux cĂŽtĂ©s.
La maison est hors rĂ©seau: l’énergie Ă©lectrique provient de panneaux solaires, du propane pour la cuisson et le chauffage. L'eau de pluie collectĂ©e pour le lavage et le rinçage n'est pas potable. L'eau potable est stockĂ©e. Les utilisateurs d’AT & T et de Verizon reçoivent un signal ... mais vous pouvez toujours Ă©teindre votre tĂ©lĂ©phone.
Vous aurez besoin d'un véhicule robuste pour parcourir les six miles de route en terre. La route est lente mais offre de jolies vues et possibilités de voir des cerfs, des wapitis et des antilopes.

Gorgeous view

Overall great place to stay if you’re looking to get off the grid. We had some issues with the solar power but host was able to help us out when we needed it.

This spot is fantastic. This is the third stay, and certainly not our last!

Peaceful location for either staying at the property or taking day trips. If you are looking for a place to unwind this should be added to your list.

Perfect short term spring stay

This cottage was everything we wanted for our four day trip around flagstaff and Grand Canyon area. Beautiful scenery and weather. The house was clean, functional, and well stocked. I would recommend to anyone looking around flagstaff.

Great family getaway!

Perfect for a small family with a couple of kids. You can even bring the family dog! We enjoyed our stay and the helpful suggestions of things to do around the area. The only thing I would suggest if you're going to stay here is to bring a large cooler with extra ice as the fridge is a little small.

Remote getaway

The cabin is very nice and comfortable. The forest service road going back to the cabin is slow going and bumpy. However, the scenery and views make the trip worthwhile.

Wonderful cabin in a perfect location. All directions were easy to follow, and owner/manager was extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend booking this cabin and can't wait to book it again when I draw another deer tag.

Great getaway spot!

What a secluded and peaceful place! The owner did a fantastic job communicating road conditions and providing detailed directions for a stress free check in. The neighborhood is beautiful to hike/walk around. The cottage has a great view of the mountains and contains just the right kinds of amenities to make it comfortable while still feeling like you're getting away from it all. Thanks for a great stay!

Seclusion with wonderful views

Like others have mentioned, Linda is a superior host. We had 3 very active days in AZ, and this was a great homebase. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, sleeping, hiking, or just relaxing around the property. The stars were amazing and we saw plenty of wildlife within a short walk of the cabin.

A WONDERFUL LOCATION IN THE FOREST

Linda's place is just what we were looking for- as quiet as anyplace I've ever been, surrounded by beautiful nature and places to walk and hike, comfortable facilities just as described with lots of amenities. Her binder of information covers anything you could possibly have a question about. We ended our 5 days happy, relaxed and looking forward to going back again!

A Slice of Heaven on Earth

This cottage is exactly what anyone could want to unplug from society and have some quiet time with nature. The cottage itself has everything for basic comforts you could need, and Linda provides a very detailed manual on how to operate the ins and outs of the cottage very easily. I’m very happy with this stay and I cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely Perfect!

We were looking for a quiet, nature retreat. This cabin was an absolute perfect fit. Super quiet, no close neighbors, space to go outside relax, hike, roam, and still be alone. Cabin has all the comforts of home plus extras for indoor entertainment and outdoor fun. Cozy atmosphere with the indoor fire. All areas were exceptionally clean. Communication with property owner was excellent, quick responses. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Relax in nature

What a beautiful piece of property. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at this nice retreat in the mountains. We brought our mountain bikes and our pups. We were able to do the Arizona Trail on the mountain bikes pulling our pups behind us in their trailer. We had such a blast, I didn’t want to leave!
