Locataire expérimenté, locataire quotidien, avec une nouvelle liste passionnante sur un superbe chalet dans la magnifique ville de Point Clear, surplombant un champ de chevaux. Niché entre grands domaines et petites maisons. À moins d'un kilomètre d'un excellent point d'accès public sur Mobile Bay. Lorsque vous séjournez à Point Clear Cottage, vous êtes au milieu de toutes les grandes choses que cette région a à offrir. Vous êtes à moins de dix minutes du centre-ville de Fairhope, à 5 minutes du Grand Hôtel et à trois pistes de bois du parcours de golf Lakewood. Cette maison a été construite au début des années 80. Nous avons mis beaucoup d'amour et de soin dans cela. Smart TV dans chaque chambre. Un grand patio blindé et un porche frais. Beaucoup d'intimité, espacé entre deux grandes clôtures d'intimité. Juste en face de la rue, vous avez le numéro 32. Restaurant gastronomique au club de tennis de Point Clear.

Cute and cozy cottage with plenty to do. The location is close enough to everything but far enough to provide a quiet atmosphere to relax. The host communicated throughout and was a wealth of knowledge about the area, including fun things to do and see. They have indoor and outdoor activities on site. We will stay here again on our next visit to Fairhope.

This was a cute house – much bigger than it looks! It has been updated tastefully. We were there in mid July and it had a great air conditioner! The kitchen was well stocked and efficient. Plenty towels for the bathrooms and a gracious host that came and unlocked the door for us when I accidentally locked the key in the house! Lol. It has a private drive and fairly large backyard. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around. It was in a good location as my husband had a conference at The Grand and we were only a few miles away.

My wife and I have lived in Fairhope for almost all of our lives. We know the area real well. Anything from beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating, fishing, site seeing, etc., we can provide recommendations.

I have the personalty where I like helping people. During your stay, if you need anything or have any questions, please never feel like you are bothering me. I have done close to 600 short term rental stays(the highest in this area) and I cannot think of one experience where I felt bothered by a guest...I am pretty much always happy to help.

The value you are getting for your money is real good. Sleeps 5 people. This place is all yours. Great back porch and large screened in area overlooking a horse pasture.

At night sitting on the back porch, with the patio lights off, it is pitch black dark..great for star gazing. Even though you are only 7 minutes from downtown Fairhope, it feels like you are miles out in the country.

This is a modest house that was built in the early 80's. Some parts have been renovated, like the kitchen counters, but other parts are original, like the flooring. 1200 sq feet
Exactly one mile from the cottage is a public bay access point that starts a great walking trail that goes along the bay. Char 32 fine dinning restaurant is directly across the street within walking distance.
