NichĂ© entre grands domaines et petites maisons. À moins d'un kilomĂštre d'un excellent point d'accĂšs public sur Mobile Bay. Lorsque vous sĂ©journez Ă  Point Clear Cottage, vous ĂȘtes au milieu de toutes les grandes choses que cette rĂ©gion a Ă  offrir. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  moins de dix minutes du centre-ville de Fairhope, Ă  5 minutes du Grand HĂŽtel et Ă  trois pistes de bois du parcours de golf Lakewood. Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© construite au dĂ©but des annĂ©es 80. Nous avons mis beaucoup d'amour et de soin dans cela. Smart TV dans chaque chambre. Un grand patio blindĂ© et un porche frais. Beaucoup d'intimitĂ©, espacĂ© entre deux grandes clĂŽtures d'intimitĂ©. Juste en face de la rue, vous avez le numĂ©ro 32. Restaurant gastronomique au club de tennis de Point Clear.

Walked in the door and was overwhelmed with smell of mold. Found what appeared to be black mold in vents. Home is in desperate need of repair...holes in bedroom floor, deck railing broken off, deck roof falling apart, front screen punched out. The photos provided were a misrepresentation/very dated.

Michael was probably the more attentive and communicative VRBO I have ever had. He went out of his way to be accomodating. The place was clean and nice though understand while it says "house" the property is a (nice) double wide.

Communication with host was excellent. This was a very quiet place close to everything. Nice back porch to relax on. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is great! I will definitely be staying here again.

Close to golf course

It’s would be a great place for a family to spend time together. They had lots of board games and a great table for game nights. Just a sweet place to stay and not feel like you are in a hotel but more at home.

Cozy older house in a very nice area of town. Quiet and private. Can be a bit hard to find, especially after dark. (Driveway is first one on your left after Tennis Club dr, just past the wooden privacy fence-no mailbox, but house # is on a post near the road) Owner provides excellent directions and clear expectations for your stay.

Lovely cottage

We were attending a family wedding and this property was perfect for the four of us. The location was ideal for all our activities. Great communication with the host. We were close to excellent dining and were able to prepare meals for our stay with everything we needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet

My husband and I stayed here for several days. The house is clean. Beds are comfortable. Shower is hot. Kitchen is well-equipped. It was perfect for us while we waited to move in to our home in Fairhope. MIchael is a great communicator and left a notebook with a lot of helpful information. Five stars!

Cozy and clean!

This is a rustic cottage nestled on a very peaceful lot. The backyard overlooks a horse pasture. It is an extremely tranquil and quiet property, and close to everything. Ideal location! The cottage provided all of the comforts of home. Full kitchen, along with a coffee bar. Michael was a phone call or text away If you had any questions. He leaves a notebook with everything you need to know ...complete with restaurant suggestions. He goes above and beyond! Thank you for a great stay, Michael!you have any questions

Golden Girls

The facility was perfect for our family. There were 5 of us sisters ages 70 (me), 72, 73, 74, and 75. We always got together for Mom’s birthday. Mom died in 2016 at age 84 and we wanted to continue getting together. The location, facility, and registration worked well. I can’t say enough about Michael. He was so prompt in responding to my needs and questions. I barely finished my text and immediately received his response. We loved it and hope to return one day.

My two goals:To provide an 5 star experience for our guests..I want our guests to feel like they are staying at a professional run establishment. The second is to learn and constantly evolve to provide a better guest experience.

My wife and I have lived in Fairhope for almost all of our lives. We know the area real well. Anything from beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, boating, fishing, site seeing, etc., we can provide recommendations.

I have the personalty where I like helping people. During your stay, if you need anything or have any questions, please never feel like you are bothering me. I have done close to 600 short term rental stays(the highest in this area) and I cannot think of one experience where I felt bothered by a guest...I am pretty much always happy to help.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The value you are getting for your money is real good. Sleeps 5 people. This place is all yours. Great back porch and large screened in area overlooking a horse pasture.

At night sitting on the back porch, with the patio lights off, it is pitch black dark..great for star gazing. Even though you are only 7 minutes from downtown Fairhope, it feels like you are miles out in the country.

This is a modest house that was built in the early 80's. Some parts have been renovated, like the kitchen counters, but other parts are original, like the flooring. 1200 sq feet
Exactly one mile from the cottage is a public bay access point that starts a great walking trail that goes along the bay. Char 32 fine dinning restaurant is directly across the street within walking distance.
