Situé dans le complexe exclusif de Santa Clara Bungalows à Playa Del Ingles, cette maison de luxe de la maison est le cadre idéal pour vos vacances au soleil à Gran Canaria.

Le bungalow récemment modernisé dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur-congélateur et lave-linge, d'une toute nouvelle télévision de 55 pouces avec un ensemble complet British Sky et du wifi gratuit. La chambre dispose d'un lit super king-size et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche.

Le complexe sécurisé et sécurisé dispose de 3 piscines, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants, d'un bar de piscine, de courts de tennis et d'un parking gratuit juste à l'extérieur.

La propriété est à seulement 500 mÚtres du centre de Yumbo, à moins de 4 km du parc aquatique Aqualand à Maspalomas et le zoo de Palmitos Park est également à 10 km.

Central location in a lovely complex with a fantastic pool.

Comfortable and very clean

Property spotlessly clean on arrival. Large comfy sofa. Decently equipped kitchen, ample for making snacks/light meals. The photo of the property shows the front terrace as being open and visible to nearby properties but the owner has actually built a high fence around it which makes it very private. The bungalow has it's own back door directly onto the street which is very useful. Very quite complex. Very central location, lots of bus stops nearby so car hire not necessary although there is ample free parking on the road directly outside the bungalow. Selection of supermarkets, bars and resturaunts literally across the road. Yumbo centre about a 10 minute stroll away. The key to the back door takes a bit of getting used to! I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would recommend the property.

TrÚs agréable

Notre sĂ©jour , nous l'avons trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. Dans une rĂ©sidence fort agrĂ©able et paisible. Le bungalow correspondait Ă  ce que l'on attendait, trĂšs propre, bien exposĂ©. Les piscines bien exposĂ©es Ă©galement avec des transats en suffisance. Une amĂ©lioration Ă  apporter peut ĂȘtre : si le jaccouzi Ă©tait chauffĂ© ce serait gĂ©nial ! il rĂšgne partout en ville et Ă  la plage une ambiance trĂšs reposante. Nous pensons bien y revenir. Animation sympa chaque soir au 'ciao ciao' en bord de mer, je vous le recommande,

Top Appartment an Top Lage

Sehr herziges Appartment an sehr guter Lage. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Wasserbett fĂŒr 2 Personen. FĂŒr Leute die sich Wasserbetten gewohnt sind sicherlich kein Problem. Ansonsten sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Busstationen, TouristikbĂŒro und Restaurants in nĂ€chster NĂ€he. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam im Appartment. Swimmingpool ebenfalls in der Anlage vorhanden. Top!

Superb holiday bungalow

Have stayed here before very sunny spot has pleasing patio area to relax in. Kitchen has all facilities and bathroom has large shower with very hot water. When we visit Gran Canaria again we will hope to stay here again. Thank you James.

Dejlig hus og omrÄde.

NÄr man har ferie skal det gerne vÊre en god oplevelse og det har det i hvert fald vÊret. Det er en dejlig bolig, der er alt hvad der skal vÊre, omrÄdet er rigtig fint med dejligt poolomrÄde og det ligger meget centralt, dejligt med 2 udgange. Ikke langt fra centrene, masser af muligheder for indkÞb og restauranter tÊt pÄ. Super positiv oplevelse. Med venlig hilsen Inge og Kai

Home from Home great location

We had a wonderful stay. Great sun trap, my wife loves it. If you go out or even have an odd night in, everything is there for you great location, it's suits us really well would definitely book again.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Gepflegter Bungalow und saubere Anlage, zentrale Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand und hat viele gute Restaurants in der NÀhe.Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Leider wurden wir abends hÀufig durch die Musikunterhaltung des Nachbarhotels mit beschallt.

Enjoyable south facing patio for breakfasts

good kitchen and bathroom facilities.Multi channel TV and comfortable sofa. Initially not easy to locate entrance 'next to Greek village 'would have been helpful. Bev rescued us and opened up the bungalow. We did enjoy our stay and the work put in to making the property a pleasureable experience.

Great facilities & location

Just spent 1 week there and it really is home from home. It is clean & there is everything you need. The swimming pool and tennis courts were a bonus too! The owner was easily contactable if we had a question. We can't wait to go back.

Modern bungalow in pleasant resort surroundings

The property is well maintained and comfortable in a peaceful complex with 2 large pools and tennis court. It's comfortable to sit outside your own bungalow or in the area of the pools. The resort staff and owner are very helpful. The resort is in a busy area that can get noisy in the evenings, with many restaurant facilities and easy walk to the beach.

Highly recommended

We enjoyed a week of sunshine over Christmas. Great apartment, well maintained with everything you need. Good disabled access in the bungalow and throughout the resort. My husband has walking difficulties, but managed to swim every day as there are graduated steps/ramp in one of the pools. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very helpful owner; a good experience all round.

Stayed October 2015 for 10 nights. Great apartment which was clean and very well equipped as described. Part of a very nice complex with two pools nearby. This apartment got the sun all day so lounged there. Fantastic! Owner was spot on with his customer service. Would highly recommend and planning a return visit.
