But white stay

Property location is great. Not having working blinds creates the main room to be a “sauna” inside. Not having a working lock on ski locker is not good. Not having a pull out bed, that 2 people were supposed to sleep on, was horrible. The frame of the pull out couch was broken, and they needed to find somewhere else to sleep. So the sleeping 8 in the place did not work out.

Comfortable, spacious home in a peaceful setting but too hot!!!

The place was spacious, kitchen well, equipped and hottub was a great feature that we used regularly. However, the place was very hot (sauna-like). Over the course of our 10-day stay we tried to cool it down with fans and had the few windows that opened open at all times but weren’t able to get the slightest cross-breeze. The unit does not have AC. Consequently, I would not recommend this property during the hot summer months. It would probably get my 5-star rating in the cooler months.

A great place to stay at Big White

We really enjoyed our five nights at this condo. The unit was very clean when we arrived and the layout worked really well for the six of us. The location is great—within walking distance of the gondola that takes you up to the village and ski lifts and close to the cross country/snowshoew trails. It is also one of the most private units in this section, especially for hot tub use.

Family gathering!

Great location! Would be even better in the winter!! Lots of room for everyone
and one of the few that has the hot tub going in the off season. We had a couple small issues, which Vacasa took care of quickly and easily! đŸ‘đŸŒđŸ‘đŸŒEveryone that stopped by was impressed by the open beauty of the place.

Great family stay

Overall everything was as expected. Great location, lots of room in the home and it was very clean. Unfortunately we had some difficulty getting in initially as the lock code did not match the one we were given, but a quick call to Vacasa helped us get in.

Great place to stay at Big White

Kitchen was very well stocked in terms of cookware/cutlery etc, was definitely a nice change from other rentals in the past. The condo was nice and spacious, beds were all very comfortable, location great (first time for us in Happy Valley and we actually really liked it). Had some great snow as well so all-in-all a great stay and would recommend staying here.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived 25 min prior to check in time and after a long 8 hour drive we were eager to rest but the management company did not allow us access until 4 pm on the dot, which was disappointing. The overall first impression was great when walking in. Unfortunately upon closer look, it was found to be dusty, pans in cabinet were greasy and utensils in drawer had food stuck on them. Oven mitts are missing in this unit which is a safety concern as we needed to handle hot pans using towels. The mattresses were significantly worn and the pillows lumpy. Access to the village was easy and very convenient however the view of the Happy Valley parking lot was not attractive. The view of the fireworks however was perfect as we didn't need to leave the unit to enjoy the display in the sky.

We stayed at Spyglass for 5 night with another couple.I would consider this a ski in/ski out as the walk is at most 2 mins to trail. It's a very nice 3 br unit.Bedrooms 2 and 3 are quite small.We used the 3rd bedroom for our luggage.A bit away from the center village so it was very quiet.It has infloor heating which is great. The front hall is quite large, lots of space for ski gear The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes (but no blender) With the extra large windows, we enjoyed the spectacular view of the mountains The unit could have been cleaner.Lots of marks on the walls.It needs a paint job in areas. Management however was extremely good at responding to any deficiencies I would stay in that unit again
