Come in and unwind in this stylish brand new home. The living room features an electric fireplace and huge windows overlooking Happy Valley. You can't wait to view the Saturday night fireworks!
Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, this brand new, top floor condo is just a short stroll to the Gondola, skating rink, Happy Valley Day Lodge and Moose Lounge, as well as the Tube Park, hiking, snowshoe and X-country trails. All the fun-filled family action day and night takes place right here!
The gourmet kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances offers everything you need to prepare cozy family meals when you're off the slopes. And with bar seating and an open layout to the dining and living room, everyone is included.
The extra large primary bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite with walk-in steam shower and heated tile floor. The second bedroom also is partly ensuited to the main bath and has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is extra large, with 2 sets of single over double bunks.
Located up just one flight of stairs, there is a large private landing to load and unload, and a ski locker for all of your skis and boards. The great entry provides lots of room to get your boots on and off.
We are pet friendly to 1 well behaved dog with prior approval. Please message regarding your pet prior to putting in a booking request. Dogs must stay off of all furniture and require a pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the deck at any time and must be leashed whenever they leave the suite. Dogs that bark when left unattended are unfortunately not welcome as it is not fair to the neighbours underneath.
Summer at Big White! Not only do we run our hot tub year round, but we have secure bike storage in our bike locker. Additional bikes can be stored in the private landing.
Parking is in a shared garage for 1 vehicle. Garage is 20' deep and 93" clearance. You will also be provided a visitor parking pass for a second vehicle to park in any available visitor spot outside. However these are first-come-first-served and is not guaranteed. Additional parking is available through Big White Ski Resort in the Happy Valley parking lot for a fee.
