A quiet, comfortable stay.

The owner has gone out of her way to make her guests as comfortable as possible. The condo is a perfect size for two people, is very nicely decorated, and well appointed with all the necessities. This gated community itself is quiet, safe, and the neighbours are friendly. While the unit does not have a washer/dryer, the app to use the building’s laundry is very simple to use. It has great proximity to downtown Palm Springs, but as it is at the edge of the city, it is a long drive to other areas of the valley.We arrived at the end of Thanksgiving long weekend. There was a small disconnect with getting into the main gate, as the system had recently changed and the code didn’t work. The owner responded promptly and allowed access through. Our first impression walking through the door was, “This is nice,” but then we realized it hadn’t cleaned. Talking to the owner, we were told a different cleaner had filled in for the regular cleaners, who were off for the holiday weekend. She offered to rectify the problem by having her usual crew come through. We’d already cleaned it and didn’t want the disruption, so we declined, but were pleased she had offered. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

IDEAL FOR COUPLE

This is our second stay at this property. It is clean, comfortable and ideal for two people. It is well equipped and in a good location about 10-15 minutes from down town. The complex is very well tended and we liked the fact that it is a gated community. The hosts are very good at responding to queries.

Great relaxing stay

Property as described with a very relaxing vibe. Excellent pool and spa area. Suite is well equipped with everything you need. Host was very responsive and friendly to my many questions. We’d definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

The condo was very well equipped; cutlery, dishes, bedding. etc. The grounds were well maintained and attractive. The pool close to the condo was very nice. It was only 3.5 miles to downtown, and close to numerous bike paths. The host responded very quickly to any inquiries we had.

I stayed here for two and a half months while my own condo was being remodeled. The owners are super friendly and accommodating and the unit comes well stocked with most of the comforts and essentials of home. Unlike a lot of units in this complex, this one has been nicely remodeled and fixed up quite a bit from its original condition. I couldn't think of anything to complain or gripe about even if I sat here and tried. I highly recommend anyone looking to book a vacation of any length, long or short, in Palm Springs to book here. You'll be glad you did. :)

Great Palm Springs Villas II Location

This was my 6th winter stay in Palm Springs and this unit has a great location for the area. The bed is comfortable and the unit has everything you need for a several month stay.

Enjoyable oasis resort in the palm tree-lined desert.

We had a great time at this comfortable retreat; adjacent to the tramway up the mountain and just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The property was spotless, well-appointed with many conveniences. The property manager was conscientious in making sure any needs we had were met and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay in Palm Springs.

We purchased this condo at the beginning of 2019 as a get-a-way from the cold, dreary winters in New York City. However, we have recently relocated to Dallas, Texas where we have an abundance of warmth and sunshine all year long. And while we still hope to enjoy many quick trips to Palm Springs, we want to share its beauty with y'all!!!

Palm Springs is absolutely wonderful and gorgeous. Each and every time I step off the plane, all I can say is "This IS VACATION".

The property is just far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but so close you can get there quickly. (We walk) Remember, we were trying to get away from the noise of New York City, so this little retreat feels like resort living. The complex is safe, quiet, and well-maintained. It provides easy access around town, to the airport, and to I-10.
