Great place! Exceptionally clean. Really there are no negatives. Great deck with really nice furniture. Views were amazing! Our guys loved the pool table. All the bathrooms were very nice. Hot tub was sooo nice. The only thing I would caution folks about - lots of stairs, and you are at over 10,000 feet.

Beautiful Breckenridge views

The property was amazing and the views were breathtaking. This property is at the top of baldy mountain and has panoramic views of Breckenridge and the mountains. The property itself is lovely with all of the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the upstairs game room and hot tub that looks into the forest. I would definitely stay here again!

Mountain vacation

Gorgeous property. 4 bedrooms, plus 2 living areas, gourmet kitchen, hot tub. Plenty of space for our family to hang together or just go off and read/relax, if you'd rather. Will try to stay here again.

Spacious and Quiet

We had a great family vacation here, and appreciated being able to spread out and have enough beds and baths for everyone. We especially liked having two living room areas where we could relax without having to be on top of each other. The space was perfect for our needs.

Short Ski Trip

A truly wonderful property! Nicely laid out. Beautiful views . Perfect for 6 adults and lots of children. Fully stocked kitchen, including spices, syrup, etc. Hot tub was amazing and patio around hot tub is heated. Beautiful bathrooms, and showers. 👍👍👍

Great Home

Our stay was great and we would stay there again for sure! The property was clean and had everything needed for a great trip. I house was a little further up the mountain than expected, it was not an issue, I just did not realize it was about 10 minutes from downtown. The home is super comfortable and plenty of room for teenagers and adults.

Property was stunning. Well stocked and very clean. We were a party of 11. Plenty of room. Communication was great and check in/out was easy. Views from balcony were gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this particular property.

Fantastic House!

We stayed at the beautiful home for a week and it was WONDERFUL! We had three families with kids and it was a perfect layout. Plenty of room for everyone and loved having two separate living areas! The house in beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay
 kitchen supplies, towels, board games, TV's everywhere, XBox, and even a great book on area hikes! The house is very convenient to town but far enough removed from the congestion of main street. The kids could run around in the front without having to worry about cars. We highly reccommend this gorgeous house and will absolutely be staying there again!!

Breathtaking Views

A WOW property with breathtaking views!! Property was very clean, and beautifully decorated. A true high end house. The views are breathtaking!! It is at 10,000 + ft. Elevation so be ware of that. Also lots of stairs in the house and tight parking, however the beauty of the house and the views makes it all worth while. We will return one day. Thank you for providing your stunning house for us to enjoy !

Beautiful house. 2 separate living rooms. 4 very large comfortable bedrooms each own toilets including the 4 x 4 bunkbeds. Property managment company delivered a vacuum with same day service. View of course tremendous.. Inspiring place. Hot tub great. Only minor con was low number of kitchen utensils /dishware. It was enough for 12 but only just. Highly recommend and I never write reviews.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. The kitchen is spacious. We would have loved to cook and eat in, but our trip was too short, so there wasn't much time for that. The house is 10 minutes to town, very convenient. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed the games, puzzles, and pool table. No complaints on this property. Garage was convenient too as we had a lot of rain during our stay. We hope to book this lovely property again. Nice views out front and a lot of privacy in the back. Bigger and nicer than you can even determine from the pictures online. Hope to be back!

Beautiful house

This house was a fantastic home away from home! The large kitchen, multiple bathrooms, fireplace that worked so well was a huge plus in the freezing temperatures to warm back up and to dry your gloves and gear by! Huge huge plus ! The kitchen was stocked very well, there could a few things added to make it truly spectacular. 1. A large skillet or two added would be great there was not enough to make bacon & eggs at the same time for a large family. 2. The griddle is half past gone with the scratches and coating missing, a safer one to cook from would be nice. The kitchen had crockpot, muffin tin, plenty of baking pans it truly was a great kitchen! The view out the back was beautiful and the heated patio was a wonderful plus in getting to the hot tub! The lower level house entry foyer from the garage was extremely cold!!!! The door does needs some weather stripping to keep the drafts from inside the house keeping boots and gloves down there was about the equivalent to leaving them outside or in the cold garage. Overall it was a great house wonderful experience and we would definitely return.

Large, gorgeous home atop a mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, let me start by saying this was a beautiful property! Large rooms and lots of space for "family" time. The home was well appointed (we cooked almost the entire time we were there and didn't want for any cooking pots/pans). It was Spring skiing time so a lot of snow. The entire front deck was covered in feets of snow. We shoveled some of it because it was a great view but we weren't really able to sit out there simply because there was just too much snow. Not a big deal. We did use the back deck (upstairs) with the hot tub. Hot tub was easy to turn on and felt AMAZING. Back deck was shoveled and had some nice chairs to hang out in as well. The only cons were the drive up to the house each day after skiing ... It is literally at the top of a mountains so it is a twisty turn up the mountaing for abut 12-15 minutes. It snowed only a little bit but it was slippery up there. We had a 4WD and it was still a bit scary. Also, there were A LOT of stairs. This is pretty normal in Breck where people build up but there were like 36 stairs to get up to the family room/bedrooms. Overall we really liked the space, just would have been good to know about the drive up the mountain and the stairs!
