Romantique appartement dans le centre historique.
Appartement situé dans le bùtiment 1825, entiÚrement restauré, situé dans la ville historique. Dans l'environnement du Musée Thyssen. PrÚs de la Calle Larios et de la Plaza de la Merced. Pourtant, trÚs calme, aucun bruit et trÚs central. PrÚs du port et de la plage.
BĂątiment totalement accessible, avec ascenseur, accessible en fauteuil roulant.
Extérieur appartement, lumineux comprenant un salon avec un canapé-lit confortable pour se reposer 1,40 de large deux. Une chambre romantique avec un lit double. Deux balcons vitrés fermetures. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson et hotte aspirante et une salle de bains avec sÚche-cheveux.
Il dispose d'une télévision LED et un accÚs Internet gratuit. Literie molle et serviettes en coton égyptien.
Il offre des niveaux de Malaga et de l'information sur les activités culturelles et de divertissement plus intéressant en tout temps et offrir une assistance de sites urbains les plus emblématiques et gastronomiquement intéressants.

Lovely compact apartment in Malaga old town!

Nice place in the old centre of Malaga

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Malaga. It is not big but more than enough for a couple. The owners are friendly and very proud of their city. Malaga is a great place, nice people, good food and weather and beautifull small streets and squares. I would recommend this apartment and Malaga to my best friends.

Fantastic location in a great City

Our stay was great. The apartment was fantastic. Really clean with everything we needed. The communication with Joaquin and his son was excellent and the initial information. I would highly recomend staying here. So much more room than a hotel and the location was perfect. When we return to Malaga again we will definitely stay here. Thank you!!

Perfect apartment, wonderful location

A great apartment with fantastic facilities. 10 mins walk from the station and close to loads of great bars and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and we were extremely grateful for the welcome pack. Very clean and modern perfect for a long weekend or longer. JoaquĂ­n and his son were very helpful and welcoming. Would love to stay there again.

Einfach: Super toll!

It was really a pleasure to stay in Joaquin apartment. Fatima (the daughter) contacted me few days before our arrival and I could get all the information I need to get to the flat. She was really helpful with tips where to eat, what to do in Málaga. Apartment was small but for us enough and really central located. We could find there everything we need for the stay (also a small welcome breakfast). If one day I get back to Malaga I’ll no doubt to again visit Fatimas & Joaquin Flat. Gracias Fatima por todo!

Quaint, comfortable stay in Old town Malaga

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 11 nights. Upon arrival my parents were greeted by our friendly apartment owner Joaquin and his son. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen ware for cooking meals in. The owner even left us some basic food items (milk, jam, yogurt) to get us started. It was a very clean apartment that slept 4 of us comfortably. It is in a great location in Malaga and is only a short walk from the Centro Alameda train station. We would highly recommend this apartment and I would stay there again when visiting Malaga.

A little gem in a great location.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this very comfortable and well situated apartment. It's location couldn't be better with all the main sights and attractions within walking distance. There are loads of places to shop including supermarkets, and a great range of places to eat and drink all nearby. Joaquin and his son were brilliant hosts. They were waiting at the apartment when we arrived and provided us with lots of really helpful information. They kindly organised a taxi for us on the day of our departure. They were really quick to respond to all communications. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and when it is possible to visit Malaga again you will have a great time.

Very nice and clean apartment

Very nice and clean apartment. Joaquin and Alvaro are very nice owners who explained the ins and outs about the apartment. Fridge was filled with milk, Coca Cola, bottled water and a couple of beers. Also bread, butter and marmelade was provided to have a breakfast for the first couple of days. Perfect location to walk around in the historic centre. The only downside was maybe the noise from some cars coming through the relatively narrow alley. Besides that, very recommendable apartment that looks like it's brandnew. APT. IN MALAGA

The apt. was fantastic - clean, spacious, sunny, good location, comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped. On a small street within an easy walk to restaurants, groceries and market. Alvaro (the son) met me & took the time to show me the apt. & map of the local sights. When I had difficulty with the stove, he came by immediately. There is a small balcony which overlooks the street & a fantastic bakery on the corner. Perhaps you could correct your write up: the taxi from Malaga train station is 5 - 6 Euros. Walking will take about 35 mins. As I do not have a cell phone it was difficult to contact the owner Joaquin. I needed to contact him re. my time of arrival at the apt. Although it was through no fault of his own Home Away would not give me his email address. They had mine so I don't know why they had their collective shirt in a knot.

SITUATION EXCELLENTE, FONCTIONNEL ET MODERNE

Séjour du 07/09/16 au 14/09/16 - trÚs bon accueil du propriétaire, trÚs bons conseils et renseignements sur Malaga, pour un séjour réussi. Appartement correspondant en tout point au descriptif, à quelques minutes de la place de la Merced et son animation, ses bars & restaurants. Proche également des lieux à visiter, Musée Picasso, Cathédrale, Alcazaba et du pittoresque "Mercado Central". Parfait pour deux personnes. Une bonne location à conseiller.

Spotlessly Clean and Comfortable Apartment for Two in Historic Centre

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay in Joaquín’s apartment. It is in an excellent location on the border of the historic centre. All the important sites, museums, galleries, etc. are within easy walking distance as are numerous restaurants and the beautiful Mercado Central de Atarazanas, one of the best markets we visited in our tour of southern Spain. Highly recommend shopping there for the fruits, vegetables, cheese, iberian ham, etc. you need for your visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and although somewhat small, the owner has equipped it with everything required for a most comfortable stay. What’s more, it’s far enough away from the more crowded central district to ensure a quiet night’s sleep (with the proviso that you will hear a few people on the street, but nothing like what you would experience with accommodation closer to the centre). And the Julia Bakery next door has delicious sweets and pastries. We loved the chocolate chip cookies! Joaquín made our booking and check-in process easy and followed up once we were there to ensure everything was going well. We came by car and the parking was close by in a secure lot. A great place to stay for two in the beautiful city of Màlaga!

OTTIMA PER LA POSIZIONE CENTRALE

Ha bisogno di qualche piccola miglioria (ventola in bagno indispensabile) il letto Ăš piccolo per due , ma visto che tutto sommato si riesce a dormire bene e la stanza non si puo' allargare e tollerabile....otima la disponibilita' della proprieta'
