Betty, it is totally unfair for you to write this after all the attempts we have made to help you. The reality is that you left prematurely by unilateral decision without consulting other options, without proposing a solution such as canceling your reservation, which would have given us the possibility of renting the apartment during this time. It was not so, you left (you tell us that because Spain was closed and it is not like that, it has really been possible to continue with the rents until March 26) without more, without informing Vrbo, without commenting with us, just sending us a message that you were leaving and, weeks after you left, sending us a message asking us to return all the money. Even so, we have tried to help you and return part of the money from the days not enjoyed (even though it is not obligatory), logically and as we have explained to you on several occasions in the clearest and most cordial way possible, we did not believe it fair to return everything as you wanted ( including the Vrbo service costs that have not been returned to you for not having canceled and followed the usual procedure) but a large part of it, as we repeat, without being obliged to do so. Betty, I understand that you are angry about the situation but we are not to blame and therefore we do not believe that you are being fair. Even so, we will continue to do everything possible to help and surprise our guests, as we have been doing so far, thank God, anyone who reads your words, and reviews the rest of the comments that all our guests have left us, I don't think they understand so much radicalism that you show. We wish you luck in life and the best for all of you and your families. A cordial greeting. Simona & Ruben
