Élégante villa avec piscine privée dans un village calme près de Porec

La maison bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement au bord d'un village très calme de Vabriga. Le village est situé entre les villes animées de Porec (6 km) au sud et Novigrad (9 km) au nord. Il y a un complexe hôtelier à seulement 1 km avec de belles plages (galets, béton et sable) et d'excellentes installations de sports nautiques, des courts de tennis et la location de vélos. Nos clients obtiennent un laissez-passer pour le parking et l'entrée gratuits. Si vous souhaitez faire de l'équitation ou du karting, ils sont situés à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la maison. Le village a un nouveau supermarché très bien équipé et une autre épicerie avec une boucherie et leur propre boulangerie. Non loin de là, il y a un poissonnier avec un approvisionnement quotidien en poisson frais.
Il y a quelques restaurants et bars dans le village à distance de marche de la maison.

La villa dispose de deux chambres doubles avec salle de bains privative et d'une chambre lits jumeaux avec salle de bains supplémentaire. Il peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Nous pouvons également fournir un lit bébé et une chaise haute pour bébé. Il y a deux terrasses, une avec barbecue et piscine à usage exclusif. Pour nos clients, nous avons installé A / C et WIFI gratuit. Une place de parking est fermée et il y a beaucoup de places de parc gratuites devant la maison.
Pour nos clients, nous avons préparé notre liste de restaurants dans la région, de beaux endroits à voir et d'autres choses intéressantes à faire pendant que vous êtes ici. Vabriga a une excellente position pour explorer l'Istrie et tous les endroits intéressants sont à une courte distance en voiture.
Nous partagerons également avec vous où vous pouvez acheter d'excellents vins primés, de l'huile d'olive, du fromage de chèvre
coquilles fraîches et fruits et légumes cultivés localement dans le village.

Familienurlaub Ende Mai 2018

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderbaren gemütlichen sehr sauberen und einladenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ein Danke an die Vermieterin die sich sehr bemüht hat um unseren Urlaub reibungslos und angenehm zu gestalten. Wir werden wiederkommen !

Lovely villa in great location for exploring Istria.

My family stayed at the Villa for a week. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - a quiet village away from the crowds. We loved the pool and just kicking back in the evenings. Ingrid was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her- her advice and folder on what to see and do was excellent. We visited Novigrad and Rovinj, and Aquacolours water park. The local beach was lovely with as little or as much to do as you wanted. Helpful hint is to walk further down from the main Laterna site where it is much quieter. A great location for a family holiday. A car is necessary.

Toller Sommerurlaub

Das erste mal Kroatienurlaub und dann auch gleich in einem tollem Haus mit einer sehr liebenswerten Vermieterin. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben sehr schöne Stunden im Pool und im Haus verbracht. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) haben eine tolle Ferienwoche in Vabriga verbracht. Haus und Garten sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt, ruhig gelegen am Rande des Dorfes. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar, so dass die Privatsphäre im Pool und auf der Terrasse gewährleistet ist. Die Vermieterin hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr unterstützt und war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben ihre Tipps gerne ausprobiert und so schöne Dörfer und Restaurants kennengelernt. Alles in allem: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great villa

We have just arrived back from a week stay at the villa (3 adults and 2 children).The villa is lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and well maintained and felt like a home. The bedrooms upstairs are particularly nice and the outside balcony is lovely for an evening drink (watch out for the mosquitos though!) The pool area is also lovely and not overlooked. Ingrid could not have been more helpful, she responded to my emails quickly both before we arrived and during our stay and when we had a minor problem with the hot water she arranged for this to be fixed very quickly. The village, Vabriga, is quiet and so you do need a car to get around. However, the villa is well situated for access to many places to go and see. We ate at Kiwi, a restaurant in the village within walking distance of the villa, a couple of times and thought it was nice. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet location in the Porec area.

Sehr schönes Haus im schönen Istrien

Wir haben als 4-köpfige-Familie (Kinder 1 & 3 Jahre) den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war so wie beschrieben und die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und immer ansprechbar. Der Pool wurde viel genutzt, obwohl er noch relativ kühl war. Das Haus ist außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der schönen Gegend.

Great

The day we arrived was raining and already dusc so we did not get a full view of the house and garden. We were wellcomed by Daniel and it was a real warm wellcome after 8 hours drive. Following morning was beautiful and sunny and we realy enjoyd lovely garden and outdoor. House is very nice and furnished with great taste. It feels like home with orchestra of birds singing throghout the day as the house is located on the edge of the small forest. We will defonitly come again.

Wonderful Villa

Villa Mia Lea was perfect for our family Holiday, the Villa has 3bedrooms ensuite and is lovely furnitured, as a Family of six we enjoyed to all have enough space. The pool right by the Patio was so handy. Beside that it was nice and clean. The village provides everything you need, little Supermarket, restaurants etc Porec and Novigrad are both worth a visit an just a short drive from the Villa by the sea with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Ingrid the owner cared a lot to make us feel welcome, was always available to give tips and suggestions whatever we asked. The Villa set a new benchmark for our next Holiday :-) Thank you!!!

perfect villa for perfect holidays

We (6 people from 23 to 27) spent one week at Ingrids beautiful villa. The house is definetly as it is pictured and we missed nothing. Ingrid made all our wishes come true - she is such a nice and helpfull person and took really good care of us. Before, during and even after our holidays, she talked to me a lot and always wanted to make sure that we were contend and happy. The house is amazing - there was not one thing that we missed - the kitchen was very good equipped, everything was clean, we even had candels for the evenings and enough place to park our cars. Thank you Ingrid for making these holidays possible for us. We will definetly come back soon!

Beautifull holiday

We had a wonderfull week at Villa Mia Lea . The house was great very well equipped and beautifully furnished . Location is excellent village is really quiet but very close to Porec and Novigrad .The swimming pool was so popular and our kids enjoyed very much . Fantastic week in June

Eine sehr schöne Woche !!!

Mein Mann und unsere zwei Kinder 9 Jahre und 4 Jahre so wie mein Bruder mit seine Frau und 17Jährigem Sohn hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der wir nichts vermisst haben. Besonders haben wir den sauberen Pool und Grillen auf der Terrasse genossen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen auch für zwei Familien da das Haus so groß ist und Rückzug Möglichkeiten bittet. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Mai.

Wir haben die Pfingstferien mit 2 Kindern in Vabriga verbracht und hatten sehr entspannte Tage. Das Haus entspricht völlig der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Räume sind angenehm eingerichtet und sehr sauber und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Schlafen konnten wir problemlos, aufgrund der angenehmen Betten und der sehr ruhigen Umgebung. In der Nacht war es drausen noch etwas kühl und die Zentralheizung wärmte das Haus schnell auf. Unsere Kinder haben sich die meiste Zeit im Schwimmbecken ausgetobt. Die Vermieter hatten sogar verschiedenste Luftmatratzen und (Wasser)-Spielsachen, welche wir verwenden konnten. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr sicher wieder, da uns die Umgebung von Vabriga mit dem nahen Porec sehr gut gefallen haben.
