3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec chambre avec lits superposés. superbes vues sur les montagnes et la propriété en bord de riviÚre. terrasse couverte avec bain à remous. comptoirs de carreaux de granit, laveuse, sécheuse. dort 10-12 confortable. Grande salle voûtée avec plafonds en bois et languette. Excellent emplacement à 1 mile de la ville, à 10 minutes du parc national Rainier et à 20 minutes du ski de White Pass. 3 chambres ont toutes des lits queen et une chambre a un lit superposé double supplémentaire avec simple au-dessus. chambre avec lits superposés a sa propre salle de bain, TV, construit en 2013.

The house and location were excellent. The layout was perfect for lots of family interaction and fun as well as functional. The views were amazing. The host was fantastic, responsive and informative. It is so close to Mt. Rainier National Park which was perfect for us. Totally loved our stay. Thank you.

Perfect Location, Winter or Summer

Loved staying at the house. Perfect setup for big families with lots of bunk options for kiddos. Proximity to White Pass is great for skiing and the view can’t be beat out back to the river. Would definitely come back!

Cowlitz river cabin

Had a great time at the cabin again! Brand new non-stick pans in the kitchen, very nice. Lots of eagles flying up and down the river. If you have a question or concern Marty replies promptly. Hope to be again next year!!

Absolutely beautiful!

This property is breathtaking! We spent most of our time sitting out back, watching the river. The house was minutes away from Packwood and within an hour of both Paradise and Sunrise entrances. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The space has lots of beds. The living room has an amazing view. It was hit during our stay so we waded in the river, the bank to the river is steep and you will need to help kids down. The

The view is amazing

The views from the windows of the great room were amazing. We even saw Elk crossing the river. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The property owner was very responsive when > had questions. If you are staying here to explore Mt Rainier the location is perfect. It took us less than 10 min to get to the entance of the park. If I return to the area I would definitely rent this property again!

Cold Snap

This is a beautiful cabin and fit our 3 families very well. It's a great location for access to White Pass and Packwood is a cute town. We had bad luck with the weather (14 degrees Fahrenheit) which caused problems with the locks and froze the hot water pipes. Weather like that doesn't happen often in the Northwest, but hopefully the cabin will be updated to prevent issues like that if it happens again.

Amazing House & Views!

Gorgeous, clean, spacious home for our group of 10, including 4 children ages 8mos thru 5yrs. We loved seeing the wildlife and the beautiful mountain view called Butter Peak from the deck. We brought fishing poles and had a blast teaching the kids how to cast! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were all super comfortable. Short drive into Packwood for ice cream, shops & the brewery. Marty responded immediately to any of our questions before & during our stay! We made the best memories and would love to come back and stay again!

Perfect family getaway for vacation

Family fun in the mountains

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 days. It is a great location for exploring the various areas of Mt. Rainier NP. The cabin is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. The view from the deck is unsurpassed! We enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing evenings listening to the sound of the river, birds and elk (elk put on quite a show one evening!) None of us wanted to leave. Marty responded to any questions within minutes. The only issue is somewhat spotty internet, which is to be expected in this location. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby town of Packwood for groceries, delicious sandwiches, souvenirs and ice cream!

Wonderful Trip in a Cabin on the River

I stayed at this property with a group of friends and we had a fabulous stay. The cabin was very comfortable and accommodated all of our needs as a group. Marty was very responsive as a host and we even saw a herd of elk cross the river and enjoyed swimming and nature.

Perfect for two families

Pictures don’t do this location and cabin justice! Amazing view of the river and everything we needed for short stay with two families. House was very clean. Only issue was no internet and very patchy cell service), but this didn’t impact us much at all. Host was very responsive and we had a great time exploring the area.

Packwood getaway

What an enjoyable weekend with the family, house was perfect fit and layout for our family, views spectacular, wildlife and snow for the kids to sled each day. Couldn’t have been more perfect!
