Appartement bien ventilé de 2 pièces en duplex, au 2eme étage, (3e niveau) avec vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la plage d'Orient Bay et l'océan, dans résidence située à deux pas du village de la baie Orientale.

A perfect month in St. Martin

We had such a wonderful stay here. Jean-Paul greeted us with gifts of rum & a beautiful bottle of wine. We enjoyed it out on the balcony looking at the fabulous view of Orient Beach. The apartment was clean & lovely. Just right for two. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved the large balcony with an ocean view and cool breeze. Very large king bed that was very comfortable. Jean Paul was easy to reach and communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay there. Brad and Cheryl.

Overlooking Orient Beach

Jean-Paul was easy to communicate with. Location was great. We were able to look over Orient Bay. Jean-Paul was very patient; we had a late arrival and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place

This is our second stay at this property, and it could not have been better. The location is excellent. The owner is very easy to deal with and everything in the description is as he said. We stayed at a very nice resort next door a few years ago but this place is far superior to the resort. We will continue to stay here on all future trips to SXM which is the nicest island we have stayed on. Thanks JP

The location is great, The view of the beach and activities are wonderful. The second floor bedroom location was a little bit challenging to navigate. Anyone with a mobility issue would not be able to stay in this location. The place could use a little upgrade. But if you’re there for the beach you won’t bother by the lack of newness

Thank you Douglas for your appreciation. It's true that the apartment is on the 2nd floor for a French person or on the 3rd level for people coming from North America. The advantage of being on a higher level is the panoramic view over the whole of Orient Bay. I'm sorry I wasn't there for your visit, but our contacts were nevertheless very pleasant. Stunning views!

I cannot say enough awesome things about this rental. It’s not only extremely reasonably priced wise it’s the best location, clean, large and just overall amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for a wonderful place to stay at the beach. Jean-Paul is kind and is extremely happy and available to help with anything you need. We will come back again and again!!! Do not hesitate to rent this because you will never find a better place right on the beach with tons of restaurants and several grocery stores within a short walking distance. You do not need a car at all. Thank you for such an amazing vacation!!!

This unit is quite nice. It does, however, require navigating a lot of steps.

This unit is not for any one with any ambulatory issues. 34 steps from ground to 3rd floor and 12 more from the living room to the bedroom. Other than that it was very nice, excellent view and really close to the best beach in the world.

Clean, good location

Clean,great location.Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Kitchen has plenty of pots,dishes,utensils.Host responsive. Note this is a 3 story walk up. This makes for a lovely view of the bay. Our only problem was the water being shut off daily, often without notice, and sometimes for more than a day at a time. This affected the whole village, including the restaurants. It is not the fault of the owner,who made calls on our behalf. Just be aware of this situation here before staying in this area. Beyond that,everything there was perfect.

Awesome place

We just got back and the place could not have been better. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The location is excellent and the view even better. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to deal with. We are planning on a return trip next year and will hopefully stay here again.

Great Little Place

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May-June 2022. Without question the best place for the money. Third floor with a nice view. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The only negative would be the steep stairs to the loft area. Hope to return in the future. Also management team was excellent.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Après plusieurs séjours à Saint Martin, je passais la plupart de mes journées à la baie d'Orient, aussi, j'ai choisi cet appartement car il est situé dans mon secteur préféré.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Indéniablement le point fort de cet appartement est sa vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan qui nous permet d' admirer, depuis la terrasse, les variations des couleurs de la mer tout au long de la journée et de voir la totalité de la plage.
Un autre point fort est de pouvoir passer un séjour sans voiture du fait que des commerces d'alimentation, des restaurants sont sur place. De nombreuses activités nautiques sont proposées sur la plage.
