Nice house, lots of room!

Great location. Only two concerns: Being so close to the A1A, it is noisy when you sit by the pool. Especially with the Harley motorcycles during the weekend. But inside the house, this never bothered us. Second nice to have would be a heated pool. It was a bit chilly, even for Canadians! Other than that , great house, great location just across the street from the beach and lots of amenities in the house. We loved the charcoal BBQ!

Excellent Host, House & Location

We all LOVED our week long stay here. The house was clean and provided many amenities (ex. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, tea bags, seasonings, beach towels, boogie boards and more) that other rentals have not included. The beach is quiet and just across the street (2 lane road). I did reach out to the hosts a couple of times and they were VERY quick to respond and were very attentive.

Look no further! This is our second time booking this property for our annual family beach vacation! Perfect location, property just as described, very attentive owner and management. Local restaurants within a short drive. Non commercialized area- perfect for families. We couldn’t get our 2 and 4 year old out of the pool (fenced in!!). We plan to stay a week next summer too!

Happy happy on the beach

The house is spacious, equipped, and clean. The host notified us several weeks in advance that sea wall construction could affect our stay. So they offered a full refund. We decided to go ahead anyway, and the construction had a minimal impact on our stay. It was interesting to watch the equipment at work.

Perfect vacation home

We had a wonderful stay in the most beautiful home in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend. The owners and management were responsive and communicated very well. Two thumbs up!

Look no further perfect home for families

Our family rented this house for a weeklong vacation with our two sons age 3 and one. The layout of the house was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and maintain some privacy. The house is very well stocked with extra linens, beach towels, bath towels, pots/pans, pantry items. The pool area is gorgeous. There is a lighted pergola for late night swims and there are three deck boxes that are stocked with supplies you might need poolside or beachside. You walk across the A1A and you have your own private beach entrance. We even had a sea turtle nest her eggs right by the entrance! Circle K gas station is a few lots down from the house, but that never caused any problems and was actually super convenient if we needed to run over and pick up last minute things or snacks. The property manager Ronnie and owner Judy were wonderful to work with. Look no further this is the perfect beach house!

Ormond Beach Family Stay

This was a great spot for us to gather for Spring Break! The house was spacious, the kitchen was very well appointed, the almost private beach was steps away—it all made for a fabulous time. Highly recommend if you want to be away from the high rise, beach store madness. The sunrises were spectacular every day!

Perfect location and pet friendly

We knew the layout of the house was a bit odd from photos and other review and that's ok. The beds are good, kitchen well stocked and the pool was super convenient after some time at the beach. While we knew the spa didn't heat, we thought it would at least bubble, but doesn't. The house needs tlc; railings painted, some floor tiles replaced, kitchen cabinets organized, living room furniture cleaned/replaced. The lounge cushions in the storage boxes on the pool deck need cleaned. A couple were stained (unusable) and the box was full of ants. For the price, we expected better.

Florida vacation

We had a great week in Ormond Beach. The location is perfect, quiet relaxing area, yet close to all amenities. The house was very spacious and everything needed for a week away was supplied. The pool area had plenty of seating and the private pool was perfect for our group.

Perfect vacation in Paradise

The property is an amazing place to stay. My husband and I rented the house because it had a private pool since with take our pet with us. A friend also stayed with us part of the time which was great because the house is large enough to accomodate far more people than that. It is located in a nice community where you can walk the sidewalks safely for exercise. It is also located directly across the street from the beach with the most amazing place to enjoy the sunrise from the private deck. I will go back to the home if it is available in the future. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location and house for our family vacation!

We have been vacationing in Ormond for almost twenty years and this is the second time we have stayed at this property. The house has everything you might need and the pool was perfect for our young grandchildren to practice swimming. The beach and amenities couldn’t be any more convenient. Looking forward to next year!

Fun vacation

The house was a little hard to find at first because there were a lot of shrubs along the driveway that blocked our view the direction we came. The house had a large family area and kitchen which was great and the private pool was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been and we weren’t able to lock the front door which was a bit inconvenient/dangerous. The door got fixed but not until after we left. Otherwise, we had a good time.

Incredible ocean views!

Everything was great but my favorite thing was the private deck on the beach! You do have to cross the road to get to the beach but that didnt bother us at all. We drank our coffee on the deck every morning and watched dolphins play in the water! We were surprised that we even saw two orcas out jumping around! It was priceless! Wanted to book again next year but it is already booked for April!

This has been a great getaway for our family and we really enjoy sharing this bonding experience with other families. There is nothing that frees your mind like walking on the beach or seeing happy kids exploring and playing on the beach! The pool area is wonderful for families to share time precious time together and having fun enjoying one another. And there is plenty of action nearby with a myriad of entertainment and things to do nearby if you want to mix it up a bit.
