Évadez-vous dans cette belle et charmante maison de 2 020 pieds carrés située au bord d'un lac dans un chalet, nichée dans les bois, située sur un lac sans lac Pear, pour une escapade parfaite. Cette spacieuse maison de 2 étages et finie située au bord du lac dispose de 3 chambres à coucher et de 2 salles de bain. Le loft de la chambre a des plafonds voûtés en pin avec un escalier en rondins qui donne sur la cuisine et le salon au rez-de-chaussée avec une cheminée à gaz et de grandes fenêtres trapézoïdales offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac au lever du soleil. L'étage principal comprend également une chambre à coucher, une salle de bain complète, une buanderie, une terrasse au bord du lac et un porche grillagé avec grille à gaz. Le niveau inférieur de débrayage comprend une chambre avec 2 ensembles de lits jumeaux superposés, une salle de bain complète, une salle familiale avec télévision et une terrasse le long du débrayage. À l’extérieur se trouve un foyer pour faire griller des guimauves, s’mores et s’asseoir pour profiter du plein air. Les escaliers permettent l’accès au quai pour la baignade, la pêche, l’utilisation du canoë / kayak et l’espace disponible pour un bateau. Un ponton de 18 pieds est disponible à la location. Contactez-nous pour la tarification du ponton. Le lac Pear est accessible au public par l’autoroute 77, qui est petite, calme et permet aux passagers du lac de profiter pleinement de la journée. Situé à proximité des terres du comté, des sentiers de VTT, des sentiers de motoneige et du canotage sur la rivière Namekagon. Heartwood trail se trouve à moins de 5 km et propose 20 km de pistes pour le cyclisme, la randonnée, le ski de fond et la raquette moyennant un supplément. Des restaurants, des tavernes, des terrains de golf, des casinos, etc. sont également à proximité.

La propriété est à environ 2, 5 heures de Minneapolis, 3, 5 heures de Rochester, 4 heures de Madison et Green Bay, 5 heures de Milwaukee et 6 heures de Chicago. Les villes proches sont les suivantes. Minong est à 12 miles et Hayward est à 32 miles à l'est. Spooner est à 25 miles au sud. Webb Lake est à 6 miles et Danbury est à 19 miles à l'ouest.

Fun getaway cabin

Very nice quiet location good views in the mornings, easy lake access, large store near by cabin nice place would recommend.

Thank you for staying at our lake home cabin. The location of the cabin to outdoor activties, local restaurants/bars and its view of the lake are some the reasons we enjoy the property.

Lake vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake home. It was a very quiet lake and we had the lake to ourselves for most of the time we were there. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The check-in process was straightforward, great directions, and I appreciated that Mike called to check in after we arrived to see if we had any questions. The kitchen was fully complete with everything you will need (and then some)! The chilled beer glasses in the freezer were a great added touch after long drive!

Family vacay

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The lake was clear and perfect for swimming and kayaking. The hosts were wonderful and made the whole process very easy. The kids ranked this vacation a 9 out of 10 and didn’t want to leave.

Birkie weekend with family

We stayed over Birkie weekend with three generations - ages 65 to 1. The home was perfect for our needs. We found some shovels in the garage and made an ice rink on the lake for some family hockey games, which was the highlight of our stay. We also snuck down to the lake at night to watch the stars. There are two additional twin mattresses tucked under the bunks in the basement bedroom. There are plenty of extra bedding/blankets and towels in closets, which was so nice! We would stay again.

Family of Five Getaway

We stayed at Mike and Connie’s cabin and it was everything we wanted and more. We were very comfortable in this super cozy cabin. We enjoyed the lake a lot. We brought floating tubes with us and were able to float and relax on the sun. It was also great for fishing. The kids caught a bunch of fish. We also enjoyed the kayaks. The cabin was threat for family time. We played games around the table, watched a movie and play a bunch of pool too. We loved it and everyone said they wanted to come back!

The place was not clean. The Owner failed to mention that there are 85 steps down to the dock. Being 80 years old limited my lake access. Property was not maintained very well.

My wife and I did clean the lake home prior to your stay which included all clean towels, linens, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, counters, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, taking out garbage, etc.. There are at least a couple of photos of the property on the VRBO website that show the lake home has steps to the lake and is elevated. There are 50 some steps from the back yard to the dock. Most people that stay at the lake home have a very pleasant and enjoyable time. Sorry you didn't have a similar experience.

Peaceful and relaxing home away from home

Lovely lake home, everything we needed was there. Well stocked kitchen, more than enough towels, linens, blankets etc. The board games were fun! Our daughter brought a pack and play for her baby, we didn’t realize there was one provided (there is also a booster seat/high chair). Family friendly for all ages! Comfortable beds and lots of room to spread out. Good lake for fishing, lots of big bass. The views from the cabin and deck are beautiful. It is quite remote, but we were looking for a week away from it all so it was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of steps down to the lake, pontoon is provided for a fee but we just used the provided kayaks. Not a good beach area for swimming if that’s what you’re looking for, it is a bit weedy. Nice quiet no wake lake, the water is very clear. We took a short walk and ended up at the Namekagon River, perfect for paddle boarding/tubing/kayaking. The owners were great, excellent communication, and the property was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Great location

Close to the highway and centrally located between Minong, Webb Lake and Spooner areas made day trips quick and easy. The small no-wake lake was great for kayaking and loon watching. Quite a few stairs down to the lake could be an issue for some but was a good leg workout for us. There are also several nice landings on the river nearby which we will bring our kayaks for if we make it back up. Thanks Mike!

Peaceful Weekend

Amazing weekend

This property was perfect for a cold weekend. Our families had so much fun sitting by the fire and enjoying the beautiful views. The house was perfect. Kids had the downstairs to themselves and adults had a blast upstairs and on the deck. Owners were extraordinarily helpful and nice.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay in trego. The cabin lives up to the pictures! Only downside i could think of was the backyard, it was being redone or something during our stay and it was little uneven. But no complaints, Mike made it very easy and and there was plenty to keep us busy. Think we only left once during the week to restock. Definitely would check it out in the summer( we stayed in the fall)
