Horrible beds

Good location, the beds had sink holes in them and were not comfortable. It was clean and very big. I would not stay there again unless they got new beds. If your just staying one or two nights maybe but more than that and your back will be hurting.

Magical Experience

This cabin was made to make memories! We recently went on a week long birthday/family trip with 22 people to the Dreamy View cabin. I feel the photos do not do it justice, because it’s absolutely breathtaking in person! It’s spacious, warm, inviting, and magical! I loved that the entire cabin was clean, the fireplace was on when we arrived, and the cabin was lit up. As an adult, it felt like I had walked into a Narnia of sorts!I had a lengthy review written, but I’m only allowed 1500 characters so I’ll condense it. Pros: -Clean.-Spacious.-Plenty of activities for all ages (we ranged 6-50 y.o.).-Wonderful view.-Fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms.-Lock on pool room.-Good distance from town.-Excellent communication with cabin managers. Cons:-Not enough outdoor trash space for a group of 22, especially since the cabin’s capacity is 24. -Drier took a few cycles to actually dry. -Sewage smell coming from laundry closet. -Needed a few more cleaning supplies (vacuum, dust pan). Although there were some cons, it in no way took away from the beauty of this cabin. I would stay here annually if I could. My entire group adored this trip, and I will definitely be recommending it to anyone and everyone! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Large family weekend getaway

The staff was quick to respond and assist with whatever we needed. Easily holds 6 cars possibly 7 if you have cars Beds we’re comfortable Pool, arcade games and hot tub were great for the young adults and teens. Planning to keep everyone entertained.

Family time

We had a blast! There were 11 of us staying here, and we had plenty of room! Enjoyed the pool, video games & even the karaoke machine. We had a great family vacation & enjoyed the accommodations. And it was really easy to get a hold of the property manager if needed. I will definitely stay there again if we go to Pigeon Forge!

Ultra Luxe Magnificent Cabim

Beautiful cabin with fantastic views. The cabin was very spacious and perfect for our family weekend trip to Tennessee. The cabin is located close to all the activities at Pigeon Forge, which was a nice feature. The pool was a great hit for the kids, and the hot tub was great for the adults. The kitchen was very spacious just could use a little more pots and pans. When you are cooking for a large group, it makes it difficult with limited pots and pans. Had a little difficulty with one of the toilets, not flushing well, but otherwise everything worked perfectly and the cabin turned out to be perfect! Thank you for letting us stay.

Spectacular time and space

We were a group ranging from age 3 - 81, gathering for a family reunion/birthday celebrations. The house was well suited for us, and we managed to squeeze everyone in, amazingly. The pool, hot tub, karaoke machine, and theater room were huge hits! The kitchen was big enough to fit all the bodies who needed to cook. The management company was very responsive to needs (5 forks for a house of 20+ was not enough, so they sent more to us!). The kitchen has basic cooking supplies (pots, pans, knives etc), but nothing more than Salt & Pepper for spices. Just an FYI, if you like to do any cooking/baking you'll need to bring everything in. The smoky mountain views were unbeatable and we feel so grateful to have had a chance to experience this beautiful area of the US. Highly Recommend a stay here.

Could be better...

Wishing I loved the place... only liked it. Maybe deep clean the furniture. Get new sheets and Bedding or at least use bleach. Be ready for your guests at check in time. Clean filters and follow guidelines for indoor pool temperatures. 70° is pretty cold... Young children The American Red Cross recommends 83°F (28.3°C) or warmer for children up to 30 minutes. Mayo Clinic suggests 84–94°F for younger children and the elderly. Adults The American Red Cross recommends 85–89°F for adults.

Loved it!

We found this rental property for our family vacation, and everyone loved it! The indoor pool was perfect to keep the children entertained. It was very spacious, and everything we needed was there. I contacted the host a few times, and they responded promptly with a solution. We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely use them again!

Spacious accomodations

The cabin had plenty of space and wqs well stocked. There were a few maitenence problems but everything was addressed right away. The location was great, just far enough away from the busy strip but not too far. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Gathering

We are a family of four adult couples and eight children ages 9-15. We have stayed in other accommodations in the past, but this was the best accommodation of all. There was plenty of room for everyone and also plenty of activities for everyone.

Great stay in the Smokies

Our group loved the cabin! It was as advertised in the pictures and descriptions. The cabin was clean and all the furniture was in good shape. The pool was great for all the kids and allowed the adults to rule the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

Beautiful place

Beautiful property great views and sunsets, great beds, the only thing is that there is no guest bathroom on main floor and no door on lower level, I should have brought a gate but didnt know there was no door. All and all I would stay there again

Softball Trip

Our softball team and parents stayed and it was amazing. There were a few things that came up during the week but communication was great and issues were resolved quickly. Location was perfect, cabin was fantastic and our group had a great time.

Roomy cabin

The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was not. Water wasn't clear and was too cool to swim even though it was supposed to be heated. Could only stay in for a few minutes before becoming cold. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen needed pot holders and a kitchen towel. Plenty of glasses and dinner ware. Overall was good stay but kids were disappointed in pool. Heated pool was reason we selected this place so it was disappointing to not enjoy it.

Family Vacay

Aside from a couple of minor issues that were addressed immediately, to the extent possible, the property was clean, well stocked & roomy for our multi-generational family, aged 4 - 73. I would recommend this property & would consider visiting myself again in the future.

Pretty views

This cabin is in a great location just far enough away from the Gatlinburg noise. Amenities are awesome and views are spectacular. Wouldn’t recommend putting adults in the queen bunk room (particularly on top bunks that squeak) - but everything else was super comfortable

Awesome Retreat!

We had a small military reunion with 12 guests. The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed all of the amenities. The location was perfect for visiting local attractions. Lastly, communication with the host was outstanding.
