Condo d'une chambre en bord de mer avec bain à remous intérieur jacuzzi à quelques pas de la plage et des piscines.

L'unité 107 est une unité 1/1 spacieuse au magnifique Mayan Princess Resort à Port Aransas, Texas. Il est très bien situé au premier étage avec une vue fabuleuse sur les piscines et un accès facile à la promenade de la plage. Mayan 107 a été entièrement rénové avec de la peinture fraîche partout, de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et la salle de bain. Il propose également une salle de bain entièrement rénovée avec une baignoire jacuzzi pour deux. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière lisse, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, etc. Tout est prévu pour concocter le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner ou pour préparer votre prise du jour.

Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible et il y a une télévision à écran plat de 46 "dans le salon avec un lecteur DVD, ainsi qu'un écran plat dans la chambre principale. Le coin salon est meublé d'un canapé en cuir, d'un fauteuil et d'un fauteuil inclinable.

Le Mayan Princess dispose de trois piscines de style lagon et d'un bain à remous avec une courte promenade qui mène à l'une des plus belles parties de la plage de 27 miles.

The location is good, quick walk to beach and pools. Staff was friendly. This unit has a large , jetted tub that we appreciate. Plenty of hot water. The building is old, and everything is a bit worn. Quick drive to all the restaurants in Port A.

Very nice place! Weather was terrible, but that was just bad luck. Some really neat wildlife viewing areas nearby and we had fun driving on the beach.

Wonderfully Peaceful Place

We stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it! It is located near the middle of the island, away from the busyness of the tourist end and away from everything enough to give you a sense of peace and tranquility. Loved it!

Relaxing Trip

Well kept. The condo was clean, well decorated. Steps from the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Easy check in and timely communication. Just a short drive to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas. Cant wait to go back.

Quick Getaway

Thanks so much for having us ! The location steps from the three pools and the gulf! Clean and tidy . Night one we cooked out in the grill area by the pool! Enjoyed a delicious coffee at the barefoot Beanery the next morning ! The staff at the Mayan were sweet ! Had a ball!

Great condo in Port Aransas!

Condo was clean, well stocked and was decorated nicely. There was plenty of seating for our little family of 4. It was so convenient to get from the parking lot to the unit, our the back patio door to the pools and to the beach. My kids loved the bunk beds and the jacuzzi tub. We thought the king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it and are looking forward to going back next time we visit Port A!

The A/C made a loud sound when activating. The bedroom ceiling fan was unbalanced and noisy. Everything else was perfect.

Condo with jetted tub

overall our stay was good. Clean, comfy condo. Plenty of parking, lots of hot water for the jetted tub. If you were mobility challenged this might not be the condo for you, the only shower is in the jetted tub, great to rinse off after a soak, but more tricky to get in and out of. Very close walk to the beach. Unfortunately they were scraping and sanding and painting the pools while we were there, so it was dusty and noisy. Tortugas grill and Black Marlin are great restaurants nearby. We appreciated the in-condo laundry.

Enjoyable Stay

The space was very nice and looked like the pictures. The check in process was simple. Loved the bathtub setup. The location was great, which made it easy to go to Corpus Christi or Port Aransas. The people were nice everywhere we went in Port Aransas . I will definitely come back.

Management was Great!

The one bedroom I booked had the AC go out before I arrived. They called me promptly to offer me an upgrade to a two bedroom or to refund all of my money. I took the upgrade, and the place was fantastic!

Anniversary Trip

We loved this property. We had a great time. Pool and Hot tub were great. Beach was awesome. Loved the giant jacuzzi bath in the Master Bedroom. Perfect place for a romantic get away!!!

Great time at beach with my girls

It was just about perfect. We don’t need much. It’s a small tidy and very appropriate space. Only issue is one bathroom in bedroom, with shower exposed to the bedroom. Otherwise worked out very well. Really not much of an issue. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. Very happy

I looked through several properties before choosing this one. In part my decision was based on the reclining couch. However when we arrived it was unplugged with no plug in site. It wasn't very comfortable without being able to recline. In the owners defense they didn't advertise as a reclining couch but I recognized it. I shouldn't have assumed.
