We really enjoyed this location. The Cabin was clean, well equipped and a great jumping off point for adventures in the area.

Great House, close to the mountain!

The property was awesome, clean, and the surrounding area is one of the best in/around Ruidoso. We will definitely try to make it back to this property on future visits.

The hot tub had some bees in it , not just a few. The water did not smell very clean so we only got in it the first night. Seems like it was probusjort on chlorine.

Great location! Not far from Ruidoso proper. (10-15 min) Very convenient to Ski Apache. Great space, plenty of room…living and kitchen area great for family time.

Good overall

The cabin was in an amazing location close to dining and shopping. Plenty of room for us and clean overall. However the lack of AC made for a uncomfortable stay.

The location was beautiful. The space was large and easy to gather in. The home is older and could use some maintenance. They have a new stove and microwave, but the refrigerator was older and needed adjusting for cooling too much. The hosts were very easy to work with and responded quickly.

Enjoy the cabin

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We all enjoyed the hot tub. We were surprised on our first morning with snow! The kids enjoyed all the wildlife that was out the back door. Thank you!

Very clean property. Needs LOTS of attention on the exterior and interior of the property. Water damage inside that is in need of repair. Exterior needs lots as well. Old linnens. Towels had holes in them. Looked like most had come from random garage sales.

Older home but comfortable

This is a spacious but older home. Bedrooms and bathrooms have not been updated. However, it is comfortable with all the amenities needed. It does not have AC but we found a box fan in the closet that we used in front of open doors to cool the house in the late afternoon. Two points of safety concern…there needs to be a handrail on the front steps and there needs to be a mat in the tub to keep it from being so slippery.

The location was good and living room was nice for game nights. Host was quick with responses and good communication. Stove and microwave were new and great but there was a lot of down sides to the rest of our stay. The hot tub was extremely dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We had to purchase our own nets to clean it ourselves and the chlorine was crystallized at the bottom. There was some water damage and mold on the roof. 2 out of 6 smoke detectors worked. There wasn’t any baking sheets. Each trash can only had one trash bag. There multiple chairs that were broken. There was food on the rug and weird smell when we walked in. The floors in the rooms are creaky. Sheets needed to be cleaned. Dishes had food residue before we used them. Needs more towels and toilet paper. Floors were dirty and there was a lot of dust especially on the fans. I’m not one to give bad reviews but friends and I weren’t satisfied. The house just needs some extra attention.

We do wish you had reached out to us during your stay, for us to have been able to resolve any issues you had. We do have maintenance on call 24/7 & a hot tub company that would have gone out to check the hot tub. We are showing no communication from you during your stay. We do take pride in our cabins, we will look into these reported issues from you. Thank you!
