New construction with all new furnishings and amenities in the heart of Ruidoso. Two bedrooms and three baths with additional office/work area and sleeping space in comfortable upstairs loft. (third bathroom with shower and closet in loft ) Master bathroom is roomy with double sinks, large shower and walk-in closet. Guest bathroom includes shower/tub and is accessible to common areas. Lots of natural light throughout. Open floor plan in living room, dining room and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. Sitting area on front porch and fully fenced and landscaped backyard with outdoor dining table and grill. Smart tv's in living area and master bedroom. Central heating /cooling, washer/dryer and WIFI included. Great walking neighborhood and within two miles of Village shopping, dining and activities. Playground, Pavilion, and tennis courts at entrance.

Annual Family Outing

While our family has a vacation home in Ruidoso, we have overflow. What an oasis! It was great to have such a beautiful, comfortable place to get away from the chaos! The beds were so comfortable and the environment was beautiful.

Spring break relaxer

We come from West Texas and always look forward to Ruidoso for a relaxing getaway, and this home away from home did just that. Kathy has furnished and decorated this home with such a warm, inviting, relaxing touch. Everything you need is at your fingertips- showers being my favorite! We’ll definitely keep Kathy’s townhouse at the top of our list for future stays. We have 2 teenage kids who enjoyed their time off away from sports- a great way to close out Spring Break week. Thank you, Kathy, for having allowed us to stay at your beautiful home!

So much thought and love poured into a vrbo!

Kathy has nailed the luxury vacation rental market in Ruidoso! What you don't see in the beautiful property photos are the quality amenties Kathy provides that made our stay here feel like home. It was like having a loving aunt who is a talented interior designer select thoughtful brands she knew you would love! Such a treat for our family ski trip. 5 nights wasn't enough. Relaxing weekend

Stayed for a holiday weekend and absolutely loved our time at this property. It was a wonderful seclude away from the regular day to day. Very clean, spacious, everything you could need for a home away from home, and the host was very responsive. The decor was absolutely beautiful. We drove from close city for a few day weekend trip and absolutely loved it. Would love to stay again! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay!

Awesome stay

Me and my two sons (21 and 18) went to Ruidoso for a quick 4 day ski trip. The place was incredible and hade a great kitchen for me to cook. Rooms were spacious , comfortable, and clean. Location to Ski Apache was close. I fully recommend this place!! Scott

One of the things that we enjoy most in our retirement is creating comfortable and inviting living spaces with our rentals that our guests enjoy calling home when they are relaxing, working, and/or exploring the diversity of our unique mountain village.

White Mountain Meadows subdivision is a gated community in the heart of Ruidoso. Quiet and abundant in open spaces and streets it invites leisurely walks, jogging, biking or simply enjoying morning or evening beverages and meals outdoors in the beauty of our mountain village. A commons area with pavilion, playground, and tennis courts are near the entrance. We love the fact that it is easily accessible all year round and within walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops. You may want to drive to the nearby golf courses, museums, downtown shopping and casinos though! You will find many daily excursions to entertain you in our area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The fact that it is easy to access the neighborhood upon arrival as well as navigating the property itself makes it very desirable for many who are physically challenged. The abundance of natural light from the expanse of eastern facing windows creates a welcoming ambiance at all times of the day. Since it is brand new with quality furnishings and amenities, we hope that it will enhance our guests' stay.
