Profitez de cette maison confortable qui offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil de chaque véranda. Cette maison présente de la peinture fraîche, de nouveaux planchers et tous les nouveaux meubles à l'automne 2019. Il y a 3 chambres spacieuses chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. La chambre principale est située à l'étage, offre un lit King et a sa propre véranda avec une table et des chaises. Profitez de votre café du matin ou de votre dernier verre en regardant le soleil se coucher sur l'océan. L'autre chambre à l'étage est située en face de la chambre principale et propose un lit king-size, qui peut être converti en 2 lits jumeaux extra-longs sur demande / frais. Il y a une autre chambre située au niveau inférieur / principal qui offre un lit King. * Des photos d'intérieur à venir bientôt!

Il est temps de se détendre dans la grande salle confortable et ouverte avec de hauts plafonds, ou de trouver votre place sur l'une des lanais confortables pour lire ou faire une sieste! La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer vos propres repas et mélanger vos propres cocktails!

Cette maison de ville est située dans le complexe populaire, mais calme et propre de Na Hale O Keauhou. Il est situé à environ 1/2 mile à pied du parc de la plage de Kahaluu, la meilleure plage de plongée en apnée de Kona! Également situé à distance de marche du centre commercial de Keauhou qui comprend un cinéma, une épicerie KTA, Longs Drugs, une variété d'excellents restaurants et boutiques. Le centre commercial accueille également un marché fermier hebdomadaire le samedi et des présentations culturelles. Vous pouvez également faire un tour sur le chariot Kona jusqu'à divers arrêts sur Ali'i Drive. De nombreuses aventures vous attendent sur la grande île d'Hawaï et nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour au paradis.

Quiet and restful. Needed attention:*Could use a deep clean.*Shoe cabinet by front door is not stable. *Filtered water tap is not attached to kitchen sink. *Drip line by the patio has missing heads and is spraying the house etc. Mahalo!

Very nice place to stay, clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen - quick response from Maja when we had questions or needed anything. Convenient location - nice pool. We didn't need to use the concierge services but appreciated the contacts from them. Thanks!

Very great area and the check in process was super easy. Complex was clean and easy to get around.

Had a super great time at this property. Kona coast vactions is top notch and super convenient. Lots of good deals and the communication was seamless. The mall complex was very convenient and the area was great.

We loved the place! It was in a great location. Close to town and beach but far enough to enjoy the quiet. The place was clean. The view was amazing! Lovely mornings on the lanai was our favorite! We would stay again!

Great Townhouse. Ocean and sunset views!

Our family of 6 stayed here and really enjoyed it. The ocean and sunset views were great! Close to a KTA (walking distance) grocery store and shopping center. It was well equipped for day to day and cooking as well as beach equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice condo, and nice pool especially for kids. An employee really helped us out the day we arrived, going into the office after hours to help us.One thing that might be helpful for others to know is that you need a key to exit the complex, and they only provide you one key. This was a bit of a nuisance for us. A key is also required to exit the pool, and again there was only one key provided. So that was a bit of a nuisance also.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It has all you need to enjoy the island including beach chairs, towels and boogie boards for the beach. Its spotless and in a great location. Beds are super comfy and kitchen is very well equipped. We look forward to our next trip and staying with you again...thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!!!!

Quiet gated community with the beach very close by! It was worth the cost. All the rooms were spacious and nice open concept common areas, the pool and the hot tub were perfect for when the beaches were closed

Little piece of heaven

We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe with a gated community. The house was as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It was very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful flowers all around the facility. I would call it our home away from home and look forward to our next adventure there.

Great condo

The condo was perfect for our vacation. Everything was clean when we arrived. My only recommendation is to add more hooks. Being in the water every day, beach towels and bathing suits don't dry well or quickly hanging in the shower or bathroom area with the regular towels. We will be back and we would definitely stay in the same condo.

Very pleasant stay

The townhouse was perfect for 3 couples. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. Well stocked with kitchen utensils. No spices though not even salt and pepper. Everything else was perfect for us. Thanks for everything. Concierge helped with our Mana Ray trip. Very nice.

My wife and in laws stayed at this wonderful home for a week and had an excellent time. The place is very spacious, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The community pool is larger than most places we have stayed previously and was never overcrowded. The location was within a short distance of a couple of local beach parks and a short drive from Kona town. In addition it has a convenient shopping center 2 minutes away with a grocery store, drug store and plenty of restaurant options. I highly recommend Kenichi Pacific for sushi and Los Habaneros for takeout tacos. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice for a Family stay

This property was very nice for our family. Well maintained and clean. It did have slight Ant problem, as I think the Ants figure out the traps and just bypass them. No big deal. The downstairs bedroom was a must for my elderly Father. Location was good too, near shopping and a short drive to beaches and old Kona town. Recommend Hapuna beach (40 minute drive) for beach days as the nearby beach is more for snorkeling and Magic Sands is a packed out meat market. For Snorkeling Two Steps Cove (20 min) is close and by far the best snorkeling. Overall great experience!

Great condo.

We spent 3 weeks at this condo and it was perfect. First week we had three teenage Grandsons with us and the condo was a perfect fit. The next week was with two other couples and again everything was perfect. The last week was me and my wife and there again perfect in every way. Been coming to Hawaii for 35 years and this was probably the best condo we’ve stayed in. Very clean and well furnished. Everything worked great. Loved having the garage. A/C was needed and worked great. Great location. Great for families and multiple couples. Sure hope to come back next spring with more family and friends.

We absolutely loved staying at Kahaluu Bay. This listing met our expectations and beyond. This condo was perfect for our family: each sibling brought their significant other and everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. It was super clean. We will stay here again for sure!

Absolutely wonderful time

This was an easy process to rent such a beautiful condo. It was absolutely perfect. Very clean, modern and updated, had everything we needed including pool toys, beach chairs, coolers. I really appreciate the full-size washer and dryer which was very updated. Very easy check in process. Location is perfect. Hardly anyone ever at the gym or the pool. I would absolutely recommend this for anyone to stay here.
