Blue Hawaii, une propriété de 3200 pieds carrés, offre une expérience formidable pour la famille et les amis. Cette grande maison bien aménagée est parfaite pour un grand groupe. En raison de la taille de cette propriété, vous disposez de l'espace nécessaire pour recevoir à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. La grande piscine à débordement est entourée d'un barbecue, d'un grand coin salon, de chaises longues, d'un coin repas extérieur pouvant accueillir 12 personnes ou plus, et même d'un espace priv�� pour se détendre avec un livre.

Cette maison offre une vue magnifique et une brise fraîche! La maison est dans un endroit incroyable; à seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture de la célèbre plage de Magic Sands, du célèbre site de plongée en apnée de Kahaluu ou du célèbre marché de Coconut Grove au cœur de Kona. Il se trouve également à moins de 500 mètres du parcours de golf et du club de loisirs de Kona, classé parmi les meilleurs clubs de golf de l'île. 10 minutes de route en direction du sud vous mèneront au Capatin Cook, intact.

La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière, un four, un lave-vaisselle et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un délicieux repas. Hors de la cuisine est une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes avec 4 chaises le long du bar de la cuisine. Deux des chambres offrent une entrée privée à la véranda. La véranda spacieuse est parfaite pour profiter du coucher de soleil et se détendre; Il y a une salle à manger comprenant un réfrigérateur bar séparé.

Le salon et la salle multimédia sont tous deux dotés de canapés-lits queen-size pour plus de polyvalence lors de l'accueil d'invités. Il y a quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain dont une grande suite parentale. 3 des chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée. Un parc de couchage avec matelas et literie est également inclus, ainsi que des moniteurs pour bébé d'une portée maximale de 1000 pieds.

All rooms were clean, the host was in good communication with us during an extreme weather event. The place was more spacious than we thought and our kids loved it. My only suggestions is to make sure you have a high clearance suv to make it down the incredibly steep driveway

Great for big groups

We loved everything about this place…except the drive way but small price to pay for wonderful location. The pool was great with beautiful sunsets! Loved the outdoor table that could fit most of us, which we could have figured out the fan above it but didn’t distract from how amazing it was! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Luxurious Oceanview Home

This is a fantastic house with lots of space for a large family and plenty of bathrooms. The view from every room is incredible. Two negatives: The driveway is very aggressive, but you get the hang of it quickly. The pool was too cold to swim in, but that is no one's fault. We had a wonderful time, but it was hard to leave.

An amazing place

This was just perfect for our extended family - grandparents, two couples and children 6,8,10. The place was spotless and beautiful! Perfect base for seeing all the amazing things the island has to offer and a great spot for downtime. The pool was lovely. Communication with managers was quick and informative. Definitely recommend the SUV for the driveway (and good for other mountain/park driving.)

Beautiful View and Perfect Accomodations

Everything was wonderful. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. The driveway is no joke. We even scraped the bottom of the Suburban. Rent something high and be careful. It was a lovely view and a great location. The property management team is top notch.

Perfect Paradise

Our family gathered together to celebrate my sisters 65th birthday. Our mother is from Oahu and so it made it special to celebrate it here in Kona Hawaii. The house was perfect which added to our Kona experience . Every room was clean, comfortable, full of additives for every necessity and the infinity pool and immaculate views was to die for. The sunset was one of the best I have ever witnessed from a vacation home. I would recommend this house to any family looking for the perfect vacation home.

We had such a nice stay, thank you! The house had everything and then some.. very comfortable for our 8 adults and 5 children. We did have a little struggle with having enough hot water at times but in hindsight we probably should’ve waited until evening to do laundry or run the dishwasher. Seemed like one or the other was always going! The recommendation for an SUV is legit, the driveway is definitely steep (but definitely doable!) Communication was excellent. thanks for everything!

House was perfect for our group. Elite host were wonderful leading up to trip with all information. House was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Driveway was steep but not as bad as some of the reviews. Sunsets were beautiful. Kids loved the pool. Hot water was at a premium, so get up first to shower 😎 5 stars for this place. Would come back! Great place other than driveway 3 suvs different makes all 3 scraped driveway Needs to be fixed 1 sc

Renting was fine ice maker not working , main master toilet tends to overflow in general home is awesome for a large group had loads of fun

As for the ice maker, this is the first we've heard of a failure with that component and we do perform regular checks.
