Villa Beleamy est une propriété de rêve spectaculaire pour les clients exigeants à la recherche d'une villa moderne conçue pour profiter du soleil et de la vue imprenable sur la lagune d'Obidos. Avec une superficie de construction de 5700 pieds carrés, la villa est finie à un beau niveau dans le quartier exclusif de Foz do Arelho à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la lagune et des plages.
Il y a 4 grandes chambres, 4 salles de bains, une cuisine super moderne avec des surfaces de travail en granit Silkstone et des appareils Miele, une buanderie séparée, 2 salons TV / jeux, un espace fitness / entraînement, une salle de jeux pour les enfants avec beaucoup de jouets , un balcon de 1700 m² avec des vues spectaculaires sur le lagon, un coin repas décloisonné à l'intérieur, un coin salon extérieur couvert, une piscine à débordement chauffée, un grand garage double, un barbecue, une grande terrasse ensoleillée et une véranda, 8 vélos à utiliser, une aire de jeux avec balançoire, toboggan et trampoline, de nombreux équipements bébé et enfant pour la piscine (maillots de bain bébé et enfant) et bien plus encore…
La villa est parfaitement équipée pour les bébés et les enfants et en fait un endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille.
En quelques minutes à pied, vous atteignez la lagune et une école de voile avec voile, canoës, planche à voile et tous les sports nautiques. Le parcours de golf Royal Obidos est à 20 minutes en voiture. 5 minutes en voiture du village de Foz do Arelho avec cafés, bars, restaurants, supérette, banque, bureau de poste et école. 5 minutes en voiture de la belle plage de Foz do Arelho et 10 minutes en voiture de la plage de Sao Martinho do Porto. 10 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute A8 et 55 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. La ville de Caldas da Rainha est à 20 minutes en voiture.

We had a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful, the views are amazing! The villa was very clean with shops nearby by car. Everything you need is provided with a fully furnished kitchen to make family meals. The kids facilities were great and catered to my 3 year old perfectly.

Property was great, clean, spacious, plenty of room. Our only issue was that the neighbour opposite was having working done and the jackhammer drilling from 8.15am Monday through Friday meant we couldn’t enjoy relaxing by the pool due to the noise and dust.

Just got back from a week at villa belleamy with the whole family. Villa was lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Had everything we needed with 2 small children. Location is quiet and safe. Check in and check out went smoothly, the hosts are responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend, and we hope to be back in the future :)

Everything we hoped for

A luxe and impressive property, that suited everything we could want in a holiday home. Very very well equipped and a good layout. The local area with the lagoon is great for young children, and the property having a play area was a fantastic plus. We had a wonderful holiday, no small part due to the great place to stay.

It was very relaxing experience. House is really spacious. It's actually better than we could expect. Contact with local host Dora was easy and fast. We had small technical issue but it was fixed directly.Info-book makes everything easy. Great villa.

Peaceful, kid friendly + well equipped

We loved our stay, the house was so well equipped for a range of children and perfect set up for a few families. Ample space and we loved exploring all the surrounding areas. It felt sleepy but there was enough to explore and do that meant we were never bored. Bike rides, the lagoon, the little local village, gorgeous towns… we can’t recommend the house ans location enough.

Lovely Family Holiday Home

Beautiful villa, with everything that you need. We loved the area, the bars and restraunts were really nice. I would say renting a car is essential as quite a bit away from the beach and shops. Would 100% recommend a stay here, lovely if you just need a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellamy! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome package of food when we arrived. The villa itself was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.It’s perfect for families — there were plenty of toys for younger children, and having bikes available for the whole family was a big bonus. The setting is peaceful, secure, and offers lovely views. While there aren’t many local amenities within walking distance, a car is definitely recommended. The beach is just a 5-minute drive (or a 30–40 minute walk if you prefer).Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Villa Bellamy to anyone looking for a relaxing family-friendly getaway in Foz do Arelho.

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was a great size for our 2 families. The house is very well equipped with fun things to keep the kids busy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the Logoa and the beautiful views from the house. The beach minutes from the house was stunning! We had a wonderful time.

Our Portuguese home from home

I’ve been holidaying in Portugal down south for 40 years and we wanted to try a different area- it did not disappoint! The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. The villa is very comfortable and really well furnished with lovely art and decorative bits - it feels warm and like a home from home. The heated pool, the outdoor play area for the children, the bikes and toys available to use were just icing on the cake - fantastic!

Beautiful villa , so well equipped with everything one could possibly want for all ages. We loved having the bikes to ride down to the beach and the bars/restaurants there and also to ride around the lagoon which is a beautiful ride. The location was great, very peaceful yet near enough to places of interest to drive to if you wish. We had the pool heated which was a huge plus in September, great pool toys. I can’t rate it highly enough. We only had a week there but wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect family property

A fantastic property for a family! It has absolutely everything, the kids loved the toys and the pool (we paid extra to have it heated). Really clean and well equipped. Lots of great restaurants close by, and a gorgeous beach. Only negative was the Neighbours, they were jet washing until 9-10pm at night, and the noise reverberates around, got really tedious by the third night (this could just be time of year/getting ready for people to rent etc) Other than that would highly recommend great for family’s and groups lots of space and really reasonably priced. Will be visiting again!

Lovely stay in Portugal

A group of us (8 friends) have just enjoyed a thoroughly good week at this beautiful hillside luxury villa in Foz do Arelho in Portugal (1hr from Lisbon by car). The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and enjoys an outlook over a lagoon (off the Atlantic Ocean). The chairs, beds and sunbeds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and heated to 27°. At an extra cost for it to be heated, this was worth it. The kitchen had everything you could ask of a modern kitchen. Loads of patio and veranda space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We enjoyed 3 BBQs on charcoal brick-built BBQ. You definitely need a car to stay here. The villa is on a hillside, with shops and restaurants all a good 10min drive. A 5min drive to the coast provides free parking for the lovely beach and bars.

Beautiful villa

Villa Bellamy is a beautiful modern villa with wonderful views of the lagoon from the top terrace. My only suggestion would be to have sun loungers on the top terrace and to have a sunbed per guest as we were a party of 7 adults and there were only 6 loungers. Also the 4th bedroom is in fact the playroom and didn’t have 2 single beds and a double futon as described. There was a bunk bed in the playroom and another in one of the double bedrooms. These are not suitable for adults,very narrow steps (for a child) and certainly not for us ladies of a certain age! When I pointed this out to Dora on our arrival she suggested the sofa in the main lounge. Again if guests are up late or early this isn’t great! We put 2 futons in the playroom for our stay,so not very comfortable. The pool is fab and we didn’t have it heated but we made good use of it even though we was very unlucky with the weather on our week (22nd June-29th june) only 2 days of sunshine and mostly cloudy and rain.But my family made good use of the bikes provided which was great!

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa à Nadadouro, et ce fut un véritable plaisir. La maison est très spacieuse, décorée dans des tons clairs qui créent une ambiance de vacances dès l’arrivée.La piscine est fantastique, et les vues depuis la terrasse sont tout simplement époustouflantes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les moments de calme en fin de journée, à prendre le thé en admirant le paysage. L’endroit est paisible, silencieux et propice à la détente.La villa est également très bien située, à proximité immédiate des plages. Les échanges avec les hôtes ont été excellents : ils ont toujours été disponibles, réactifs et tout s’est déroulé sans accroc.Un séjour parfait que nous recommandons vivement.

Villa tout confort très bien équipée pour une famille.

Du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse au barbecue du soir en passant par les petites randonnées aux alentours, soit à pied soit en voiture, c’était parfait pour toute une famille ! Beaucoup de choses à visiter. Region magnifique. Cours de surf à Péniche, visite de Lisbonne, de Óbidos et ses remparts, restaurant au bord de l’eau, randonnées le long de la côte, soirée karaoke à la villa…
