Emplacement spectaculaire juste en face de la station de ski Holiday Valley et à seulement 3,2 km du village d’Ellicottville. Cette maison de ville de trois étages avec 4 chambres a tout pour plaire. Trois niveaux de balcons, suite parentale avec cheminée et salle de bain complète, chambre d'amis a également salle de bain complète. Salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, plafond de volume et vues magnifiques. Grande cuisine ouverte sur le pont supérieur. Salle de jeux de niveau inférieur avec jeux vidéo, ping-pong et fléchettes. La 4ème chambre du niveau inférieur dispose de 4 ensembles de lits superposés pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY! Responsive host, beautiful place. Great for two families of 5 to enjoy a ski weekend away in a perfect spot. Easy to get to slopes using free shuttle service. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet be together. We will be back!

Great place to stay for a variety of reasons! -Extremely easy to access and enter upon arrival-Very clean-Super fresh and comfortable bedding-Stackable washer and dryer -Bluetooth speaker -Lots of seating -Fireplace in main bedroom and living room -Deck off of main bedroom -Last house on row with ample parking and trash receptacle to easily throw away your pizza boxes etc. -Keurig -Ping pong and chill area in basement -Great communication with owner -2 minute drive to main lodge; Holiday Valley offers a shuttle service and will shuttle you back to the house ; we used it a lot of times when some of the group wanted to stay out longer to ski)

4th of July weekend getaway

Very nice town home conveniently located within a minute or two of all of the Holiday Valley attractions and 5 minutes to downtown Ellicottville. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Includes everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. This would be a great place to stay during ski season.

Perfect ski getaway

This house is perfect for a multi family ski getaway. Right across the street from holiday valley - we walked over several times and shuttled our skiers back and forth easily. The house is cozy and well appointed with lots of parking. We’ll be back!

Perfect Location

We love being right across from the slopes. This property is on the end which was great because it was close to the dumpsters (frigid temps) and allowed for extra parking spaces. The layout is perfect, the beds and pillows were comfortable and communication with the owner was great!

The house was very family friendly and comfortable. Very spacious. The kitchen was big and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect and so convenient for easily skiing over to Holiday Valley or a super quick drive into the village. Plenty of parking either in the garage, driveway, or the end of the road. It was nice this property is located at the end of the road - we were able to play in the snow with the kids and go on a short snow-shoeing path near the property. One recommendation for the hosts - larger welcome mats/rugs/runners near the entryway doors of the house. With it being winter time, we were constantly cleaning up the entrance area to remove water/salt. It wa a fantastic stay overall and we would stay at this property again in the future.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time staying at this property and once again the whole family had an amazing time. Super clean and modern yet cozy and comfortable, with ample space for our whole family (5 adults, 4 kids and one infant). The downstairs bunk beds and games area was a huge hit again. Location can't be beat -walkable to the base of Holiday Valley and a 3 minute drive to town. Ryan was super responsive and great to work with once again! We'll definitely be back!

Perfect mid-week ski trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Ryan's place at the base of the mountain. The townhouse is very spacious, modern, cozy and comfortable and even better than the pictures. The kids had a blast in the basement with the arcade and ping-pong and it was great that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The location was perfect, a 30 second drive or 5 minute walk to the base of Holiday Valley, which made it easy to come home for lunch or when the kids forgot various elements of ski gear. Ryan was an incredible property manager, super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place for family!

Property is really nice. Quiet area and loved being at the end of the road with extra parking. Downstairs area was great for kids with bunk beds and games. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend this property to anyone with a family with all ages.

Spacious accommodations in a quiet neighbourhood. 15 minute walk to town. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for 7 people. We could have used more outdoor furniture.

Great spot close to skiing

The townhouse was great for our 3 families. The adult bedrooms were nice and well appointed. The kids enjoyed having the entire downstairs to themselves with the bunk room and entertainment area -There were plenty of games and things for them to do. It's so close we contemplated walking but ended up driving down the hill to park at the lodge, which is about 90 seconds away. Recomend!

Just Add Snow

Had a lovely summer weekend here on a retreat with some friends and family. Located just off the resort, it allows an easy walk to all the summer month activities Holiday Valley has to offer. House was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Basement could have used some more furniture for gathering while others play games etc. Turns out the local HOA does not let you use the grill as advertised - which drastically altered our dinner plans, but we figured it out. The neighbors dogs also seem to like to poop in the grass around the house, so be careful out there barefoot! Great place - would definitely look it up again in the winter.

Great stay

This was a great place to stay! It was in a nice location and had everything we needed. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bunk bed was a little tight but we made it work with 8 people in them. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions. Definitely would come back and stay.

Wonderful getaway

Perfect getaway for a family. Host was very helpful and responsive. House was clean and plenty of space for 4-12 people. Kids loved all the games and bunkbeds. Beds were comfortable. Very close to ski resort and only a mile from downtown. Quiet location.
